Bathtub was really nice.
The kayaking was fun.
The staff were very accommodating to my dietary needs - vegetarian.
The boat took us to areas of the bay that were a little less touristy and fewer other boats. Would have liked even more of this during the cruise.
The bathtub is in full view of the window so cannot have a daytime bath with a view if near other boats.
The kayaking and cave was great but would have preferred to have another adventure activity available rather than the small onboard options.
The pool - the water was super hot to the point of uncomfortable on stepping in so could not swim.

What an amazing experience. Staff were so friendly. Best food I’ve had in the world. Special mention to Sara. The staff work so hard but always have a smile on their faces. Kayaking was amazing as was the visit to cat ba island. Room with balcony was a highlight

Halong Bay is full of trash, plastic, styrofoam, bags, etc. It is such a shame and it made the whole experience a major let down. Here you have this beautiful landscape that is just polluted with garbage. None of the cruises put any effort in cleanup or reduction. You float along just witnessing this ecological disaster and it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'm by no means an environmental cruisiador, but this place makes you wonder.
The cruises (650 of them) are all ok. Nice staff, good food, cool itineraries so this isn't a knock on the experience, but rather the management of the place they are supposed to put on display.

Calm atmosphere, reasonable size boat, welcoming staff
2 seat bathtub with view over the bay
Organization before checkin a bit messy. I had to ask them about reservation details multiple times before they could send me any proper info. I had also asked for a little something for my husband's 40th birthday on the cruise ; the booking manager Alice said they would bring out cake but on the D-Day nothing happened because they "forgot". Not a big deal but just part of a messy organization. Staff on the boat was amazing though. Very polite and thorough.

Everything was pretty seamless on this cruise - from car transfer to the port, from port to the boat and the whole experience on the boat was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful and scenery was stunning. What was the standout were the service by the staff and the staff themselves. From Cherry (cruise assistant Manager), Elvis (Cruise manager) to Gin (restaurant manager), all expectations were exceeded. The staff are the best thing about this cruise.
Internet connectivity is not great in the rooms however wifi is great near the bar (top level) of the boat.

The rooms and common areas are beautiful and clean, and the staff was very nice and attentive. It was my brother’s birthday and they set up a really nice celebration for him, so that was much appreciated!
Jacuzzi on the top floor was a nice bonus. The masseuse Dung was amazing, highly recommend you book her if you can.
Overall, the staff is what stood out the most, so thank you for your hospitality!
I really hate that I have to write this, especially given we’re post covid and I know these businesses are doing the best they can so please take this with a grain of salt. But the whole boat smelled of gas and sewage. I’m not sure what they could have done there but it really made walking around the boat unpleasant. The food was average and all the activities (kayaking, swimming, etc) felt very rushed. Their route was amongst so many other boats. If you’re looking authentic Viet cuisine and a route that is off the beaten path then this is probably not the boat for you.

We opted for the 3 day 2 night cruise. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the food choices and the excursions.
The executive suite is at the back of the ship, and when you’re on the private balcony the fumes from the boat motor are overwhelming. We could only enjoy the balcony when the ship was stopped.

Service recovery was excellent!
No connecting room even though I requested.

Great experience touring Ha Long Bay. Staff were terrific and worked hard to make this a great experience.
Day tour was disorganised. We didn’t get any insight into where we were going nor any cultural/historical/environmental
significance on the sites visited.Would have been nice to get some Info on the Bay also (eg landmarks, etc). Kayaking activities on both days were rushed and crowded by multiple cruises.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was amazing.
The check in/check out process was very long, making the whole stay feel very short. we arrived and the marina lounge at 11:30 am as instructed and waited until after 1pm to onboard the shuttle boat. Only after 2 pm we finally made it to our room. The morning after we were already of the boat before 11 am.

Beautiful ship, well maintained. Staff took pride in service and a job well done, particularly Ken, Lee and Son. Excursions and activities were all wonderful.
Not much time between the cave trip and check out of room.

The excursions and activities were well organised and fun.
The cruise boat goes back to starting point each day to return guests and pick up new guests. it would be better if it stayed out on the bay for longer and 1 & 2 night guests were in different boats.

we loved the staff’s commitment to giving us a wonderful experience and the full itinerary with exceptional timeliness in keeping to the schedule. They kept a clean ship and we had a spacious room.
The food, while good, was nothing to write home about. Their breakfast’s and lunches were better but the dinners were odd. We aren’t particularly picky eaters, but found the food to be a little off-putting.

This cruise ship was stunning! The room with the large tub and balcony was the icing on the cake.
Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

The cruise was so beautiful , the views were once in a life time and staff were so amazing. Especially Rika who decorated our dinner table for our honeymoon.
Probably a bit expensive for the amount of time you have on the boat.
9.0
Spacious and comfortable rooms, great food, excellent staff, amazing location. Cruise director Huang was brilliant, we loved the tai chi at sunrise.
Only issues were excessively loud party at night, and 1.5hr wait between hotel transfer and launch to the ship.
