Clean room, hot water in the shower, good towels and free water bottles.
There is no elevator and no one to bring your bags upstairs. The lady working at the reception was nice enough to help us out, but it wasn’t her responsibility.
Everything closes quite early and it’s quite dark and gloomy outside. 7/11 pulled through for our dinner.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very good location. For me was quiet even the room was from the road side i haven't heard any big noises.

Location was great especially if you want to stay close to the pier and the night market.

good location, near to the pier, everything is near (food markets, massage, restaurants…). Good owners.

5 minutes from pier, close to night food market and supermarket, close to scooter rental.
We could hear gees whole night from backyard. No hair dryer.

The host was very helpful. good beds, we had a good sleep. there is coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning.
little bit dated but it is also very inexpensive, not a big deal for how convenient it was

The room was clean and comfortable. It's just a short walk from the pier, so the location was good for a stopover. The staff were polite and spoke English.
The water heater for the shower was broken. There was a sign on it saying "do not turn" the knob, so it was clearly a known issue.

Hotel was in the very good location, if you want to take a trip by ferry is 10min walking distance. Many shops,restaurants and tourist agencies around. Fridge in the room, hot water in the shower and if you want you can get hot water in the reception for your instant coffee or tea. Friendly staff.
I don't get how they do beds, there is a blanket in between sheets. Sheets are nice and clean but not blanket...
