Nestled in Truro, this attractive house for £471 per night is a great option for your next trip. This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious home is located in a quiet residential area just one mile from Coast Guard Beach. This lovely home has been updated and appointed with comfy furnishings, including a new Crate and Barrel sectional, 2 new swivel chairs. w/d located in primary bathroom, new mini split AC throughout the home. The Kitchen is appointed with modern appliances and all the essentials. Situated on a very private 1/2 acre in beautiful North Truro this home is truly a retreat. Renters are required to provide their own sheets. Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a queen bed, bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor and double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. Large private yard for your enjoyment and a new outdoor shower. The family room is situated with comfy furnishings including a sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels. Living room has A/C for your comfort. We enjoyed the house - it was far more spacious than I anticipated. The proximity to our favorite beaches and local vendors was very much appreciated. We also celebrated our daughter's engagement - a celebratory moment captured at Corn Hill Beach at sunset so this trip was truly memorable!
The house offered just about everything we needed (and we cook in a lot)! It would have been helpful to have beach gear (but we have collected quite a bit over the years and are used to bringing it all with us!).
The owner is extremely responsive and was so on any inquiry we had prior to arriving.
I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower).
There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple
matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

I can’t say enough about this property. From the huge kitchen to the huge fenced in yard this place offers space unlike any other rental. The rooms are bright and roomy and unbelievably clean. Our favorite house on the Cape
My family spent many years trying to find the best house, and best location for our family's annual vacation to the Cape. Finally, in 2019, we found Deborah's incredible home nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in Truro. This home is well-cared for, CLEAN, and almost entirely updated. The new washer/dryer in the bathroom were awesome! The interior is spacious and allows plenty of room for us to enjoy the evenings inside or out doors. The spacious, fenced-in backyard is an absolute treat and our dog loves running around in it. Mornings spent with a coffee out on the deck are among my favorite at this gem. It is a quick, easy drive to our favorite beach: Head of the Meadow, and just down the street from Highland House, which we always enjoy going to. Provincetown is just 15 minutes up the road, so it allows us a good proximity to it without being in the busy city. This year we got a flat tire and found that the local gas station and automotive shop in Truro were also incredibly accommodating and kind. Thank you to Deborah and the town of Truro for having us! We will definitely be back!

The yard is as stated very large, but there is no lawn. It is mostly just dirt. Overall it is a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Deborah is very responsive.

Really nice, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. Huge backyard with a deck and a grill. The kitchen is huge..the beds are comfortable. There are three double beds and a bunk bed where the lower bed is also full sized. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and TV and there is a big TV in the livingroom. Two dining tables so if you have a big party the kids can have their own table. Can’t really say enough good things about the property.

This house is in an excellent location and perfect for travelers with dogs. The house is laid out well and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen cabinets could use an update but it is completely functional with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The house is in a very quiet location but close to several attractions including beaches, hiking/biking trails, the Wellfleet Bay Audubon Sanctuary, and Provincetown. We hope to rent this house out again next year.
