Well, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - it is exceptional for those seeking an après-ski style relaxation, a combination of spa, good cuisine, and high-standard hotel service in the mountains. The spa area is excellent, the views are breathtaking, and the staff genuinely tried to assist whenever we asked them something - and we asked a lot of questions since we are a couple who loves active tourism. If you are looking for some activities, I strongly suggest trying the Yell Park zipline (just a 10-minute ride), visiting the city of Ijevan to get a sense of how the locals live in the area, and exploring the Ijevan wine and cognac factory.

The constant/consistent smoke smell (maybe from the sauna or ??) polluting what should be clear mountain air by the pool. Pool area too small for a resort. Broken item in room. Decor outdated and not warm and inviting. Over priced and not really a resort. Too many bugs at the balcony couldn’t enjoy it.

The scenery is breathtaking! The hotel is located in a village on a cliffside. The views are out of this world! The outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, the saunas wet & dry was excellent. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, especially housekeeping.

The rooms need to be upgraded, the furniture is old and walls need a new coat of paint. The TV's are very small and have poor reception. There is only 1 option for a restaurant on the property and nothing else around.

The room was amazing. With a beautiful view. Everything was clean and new. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. Delicious and varied breakfast. Good cuisine. Very friendly and responsive staff.
