It was a terrible experience. We booked the property and received the confirmation letter, then we took an one-hour cab to get to the property. When we arrived at the concierge around 18:55 to collect the key, we were told that the room was not available because someone else had already stayed there for almost a week. And the airbnb owner sent me a message through booking.com at 19:00, saying that we cannot stay there for the night.
The owner never remembered to send me a message to notify me, instead I received a confirmation letter;
The owner did not take the property off the booking list even though the other guest was already there for days;
The concierge said that the same situation has already happened 3 times, to different people.
And the worst of all, it was late and there was no other property available nearby. The property owner did not find us another place to stay, nor offer help, nor compensate us, nor apologize. Nothing at all. We had to contact customer service to find us a place to stay, on a very rainy day.
The owner was really irresponsible, and we wasted our time/energy/money because of her.
It was a really awful experience at the Kew House, I write down this comment so that you don’t book this place and be away from the irresponsible airbnb owner.

Very nice and clean apartment.
The apartment doesn’t have parking, I got a parking ticket cos it say you packed ion a private land in front of the flat which is confusing and I am still trying to understand. So if you have a car not a place to stay cos u will get a ticket for no good reason.

The whole apartment was lovely.
Felt like a home from home.
It had everything you'd need for a stay, I was ready to move in!
The whole apartment smelt lovely especially the bedding!
A little far from the centre of London but it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Definitely recommend this lovely, spacious apartment on a quiet, secure estate. Fab balcony which was nice to relax on in the warm afternoon/evening.
Everything was clean and tidy, decent size tv, well equipped kitchen.
Fans available which were brilliant as we were in a heatwave.
Parking was reasonably priced and we felt safe leaving the car there.
Very easy to relax here for our short break and the owner was very easy to communicate with.
Definitely recommend and would happily stay again.
Tiny things - a side lamp would have been useful (if we had been staying longer we would have asked if one was available) and the mattress would benefit from being thicker/firmer - this is obviously a personal thing, others may find its softness ideal for them.

Kitchen was very nice and had some basics like salt and oil. Also the washing machine was a pretty sweet addition!

The property is nice and spacious and the terrace is a lovely spot to sit out in the sun and have breakfast on. The place was clean and came with everything needed but air con but we knew this prior to booking and was caught up in a heatwave while saying there.. The host was super accommodating and supplied us with fans when we asked though.
The double mattress was about 4 inches thin and very springy, I could feel the coils as they dug in to my ribs and thighs and me and my partner woke up sore on both mornings.. we loved everything else but as sleep is the most important part of any stay to feel well rested for the next day plans, we didn’t feel well rested.

Lovely community and property. All hosts were wonderful and attentive. Good location, as was only a short train journey into London Bridge. The apartment was clean and respectable, just like the pictures shown.

Had a really poor experience here from the start.
To be able to get information on where the keys are you need to send over a £165 card deposit. I had sent over our deposit the day before checking in. I had chased asking where I can collect these from but received no response until I got a message at 7:50pm on whatsapp saying I needed to go quickly to get the keys before the concierge shut at 8pm. This left me 10 minutes to get to the concierge & was the first time I had access to knowing where the keys were and how to get them. I had to immediately leave where I was & get a very expensive cab down to collect the keys in time for the concierge to stay for me. I also had to cancel my dinner reservations for myself & my partner. The only reason he had travelled over to stay on Friday is so we could visit our favourite restaurant (I was over for work).
There were no toiletries at all bar a nearly all used hand soap & there was 50p electricity available to us. The flat wasn't very clean and had lots of pre done damage to it. The stay was extremely overpriced for the property.
I have contacted the airbnb owner to try and resolve the issue from the first night, but they were uncooperative and I didn't even get as much as a sorry for the situation with the keys on the first night.

Everything! from the location to the extremely comfortable bed. It was a very clean place, would definitely recommend and stay again

Good quiet location
The property wasn’t very clean, stains in the fridge, rubbish from previous quests still in the bin, dusty surfaces, grubby mirrors. No parking even though it’s advertised as £10 a night on the premises but was told by the concierge that this isn’t the case.
