Come relax in this beautiful Zilker Park condo on the edge of Dowtown. Within easy walking distance to Zilker Park (Home of ACL), Barton Springs Pool, Hike and Bike Trails, Barton Creek Greenbelt, restaurants, coffee shops, retail and more! COVID-19 UPDATE: We are still operational! Our cleaners are working hard to ensure the space is completely sterile and safe for every reservation. Hard surfaces and upholstery are disinfected and linens / towels are bleached on sanitize cycle. Please ask if you have any other questions or concerns. This condo is in the recreational heart of Austin. Rent a bike down the street and cruise the Hike and Bike Trails along Lady Bird Lake or explore the Greenbelt. Just 5 minutes by car or taxi to downtown Austin. Walk to Umlauf Scuplture Gardens, Zilker Botanical, Barton Springs Pool and "Restaurant Row", where you will find excellent dining, coffee shops, and bars. There is even a mini-market right next door that has everything you could possibly need! The bedroom has a queen bed with privacy screen and the living room has a full size, thick gold bond futon sofa sleeper (extra linens available for $25). Full bath with plenty of space and fully-equipped kitchen. One onsite parking space is provided. Wireless internet included. Laundry facilities are located in the utility room near the parking lot, NOT inside the condo. Each guest will be provided with a unique access code and is responsible for self-checkin. No interaction with host is required unless explicitly requested or required by the transaction. The Barton Hills neighborhood is located in Austin's coveted South Central District. It sits on the edge of the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and is surrounded by world-renowned amenities such as Barton Springs and Zilker Park, home of the ACL music festival. Lady Bird Lake and Downtown are only blocks away, where you will find the Convention Center's SXSW festival, Auditorium Shores, The Long Center, 6th Street, shopping on Congress Ave (SoCo) and so many more bars and restaurants it would be impossible to list them all! Rent a bike and enjoy everything Austin has to offer! Metro transportation and ride-sharing services are available. One parking space will also be provided. ~ Absolutely NO loud parties. We take this very seriously. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours after 10pm. ~ Reservation may be subject to prior profile history and reviews. ~ Falsified reservations, such as reporting an incorrect number of guests to avoid per person fees, will forfeit the entire rental deposit. ~ No smoking indoors. ~ No pets. ~ Please respect the space and take care of it.

Was pretty much what we expected. Perfect accommodations for the two of us, perfect location for us - very easy walk to Barton Springs and the hiking/running trails around the springs and to Town Lake.
Only complaints: extra folding chair on the balcony was filthy and unusable. and we could have used a decent set of wine glasses!

This condo was perfect for what we needed-a comfy bed to sleep in! Although a little dated the condo was clean. Not a lot of space but we weren't going to be in the condo much so that didn't really matter. Great location!

This charming studio was the perfection location for my recent trip, not only to get around Austin but also was directly across the street from my daughter’s apartment. Walking distance to Barton Springs as well. Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony every morning too. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a great location, this is the place for you. However, the apartment is much smaller than it appears in the picture and could use some updating and paint. The housekeeping staff does a lousy job. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my white socks were almost black after walking around at various times of the day. The sponge provided to wash dishes, was old, worn, and filthy. There were not sheets for the futon.
Pluses: Wonderful little grocery store next door, bike rental station just a couple of blocks away, Barton Springs Pool is an easy walk. An easy ride share to downtown. Bed and Futon were very comfortable. Cute, hip decorative pieces and stained concrete floors. A/C and fans. Full kitchen.

Location, Location, Location!

We were delighted to have found this spot - Barton Springs and South Congress are some our favorite places to spend time, and to have them both in walking distance was a joy. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and just what we needed. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

This happened on the second day of a week long stay.
Apartment also had tons of personal items stored everywhere so not much space for your own stuff. The bed is also not in a separate room which the description doesn’t mention so two people working remotely here with meetings was pretty difficult.

My fiancé and I were so surprised by the lovely space we rented. Super comfortable bed, well air conditioned room with nice fans, a futon bed in the living space with a Guest account on Netflix! Also this is settled in an awesome and quiet area with easy access to downtown Austin and many local eateries around.

Perfect location for ACL and Barton springs
Excellent, clean and quiet condo with a perfect location to South Austin's best offerings. The owner/manager provided clear directions and instructions. The place is smaller than I expected but it met our needs for two people. I would not stay here with two couples (using the futon) because it's an effiency with little privacy. But it's perfect for 2 people. Being 6'3", the shower was small for me but I managed. I recommend adding a thermostat to the AC so it will shut off in the night when it's cold enough. Overall we had an excellent time there.

Great bang for your buck!
This condo was exactly as described and perfect for our little holiday vacation. Yes there was beer waiting for us in the fridge and that made my husband's day. We have a 2-year-old and we chose to walk everywhere the whole time we were there (Barton's Spring, Zilker Park, Barton Spring Rd restaurants, and even across Town Lake for some Amy's Ice Cream), so it was nice not ever having to use the truck and find parking. Lynne gave us a list of recommended things to do and that was very helpful. As someone else said, there is no TV but we planned accordingly and used that as an excuse for some quality family time. We did bring a laptop for some morning cartoons for the little one. One other fun tip: We arrived on July 4th and were planning to make it to the big firework show along the lake but were running late from dinner, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a bunch of locals camped out on blankets just a block or so from the condo (you can see the whole show over the lake just steps from the condo)! A great way to celebrate the 4th without all the crowds! Will definitely stay here again next time we vacation in Austin!

Great Condo next to Barton Springs
Lynne's condo was comfortable, convenient to one of the best spots in town, and a great deal. She was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this cool condo to others and would certainly consider staying here again when I get another chance to visit Austin. Thanks a lot Lynne!

Cozy condo - perfect location
This studio condo was a perfect fit for me and my wife for the weekend. It is nicely decorated, well stocked, very quiet, and just the right size. There's no TV, but we were actually glad for that. The large patio was great for morning coffee in the trees. The best part was the location, so close to Zilker park and the hike and bike trails. We easily rode our bikes everywhere, and walked to the Barton Springs pool and Zilker hillside theater. We'll definitely plan to return.

Great rental
Our first impression was the pictures can't show how cute this is. Everything that you could need conveniently located.this condo is perfect for two or would be great for a small family. If you bring kids be sure to bring a laptop for movies etc as there is no TV. We did not miss it however and it in no way would keep us from coming back. The patio is awesome private yet you can see around you. THE LOCATION was perfect close to the park and easy to get downtown. I just can't say enough good :))....Thanks again Lynne you were GREAT....

Lynne's condo was wonderful. Fantastic location, meticulous attention to detail, and a very cozy living space.
I arrived to Austin for the weekend to attend the UTvBaylor football game, and as we all met in the condo prior to heading towards DKR, everyone commented on how impressed they were with the space, and that they are writing off hotels from here on out.
Crisp sheets, everything beautifully tended and folded. She left an information sheet just in case I had any questions, and was available to call (or text) if anything came up.
Less than 50 yards from the door is an incredible corner convenience store! It had fresh produce, a wine rack, and anything you could want in a pinch. This really made everything extremely convenient.
I plugged my laptop into a computer speaker system she had there, and the music filled the space perfectly. I was surprised with how balanced the midrange and bass tone was.
Closing comments: BEER!
I'd stay here over and over again. I'd book early this place early if you plan on staying in Austin, I'd hate for you to lose out because I'd be staying there again. Actually, no I wouldn't, cuz this place is so freaking awesome! BEER!

Great Place for ACL festival!
This Condo was a perfect place to stay for ACL! My wife and I were very comfortable. All the amenities you could need nestled in a quiet walk/bike friendly neighborhood. The next time we return for ACL we will definitely try to stay here. Thanks so much!!!

GREAT RENTAL
I rented Lynne's condo for a weekend trip to Austin, and it was absolutely perfect. The place comes with good appliances, stocked bathroom, and beach towels for swimming. The bathroom and kitchen is clean and the patio provides a nice place for breakfast. It is close to Barton Springs and downtown, which made it is easy to get out and enjoy Austin. I recommend this condo to anyone who is considering going to Austin and looking to experie everything the city has to offer.

Better Than Any Hotel!
I can't say enough positive things about this condo but I'll try...
It is wonderful; all the comforts of home and more convenient than a hotel. It's probably best suited for 2 but our family of three stayed a week and had sufficient space for each of us to relax and unwind. My favorite spot was the balcony ~ it is a perfect outdoor living space that really makes the condo stand out. We really settled into the place and used the washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and even made fresh OJ with the hand juicer.
Check in was a breeze. We paid online using HomeAway's billing system. The condo has an electronic deadbolt so we simply picked our code a day in advance and were able to let ourselves in upon arrival.
Parking is convenient. The neighborhood is active yet quiet. There's an amazing convenience store next door that has everything you could possibly need. Parks, trails and greenery are everywhere and downtown Austin is just on the other side of it. Overall a perfect location for whatever activity brings you to Austin.
On top of all that, Lynne is amazing. She was very helpful, flexible and easy to work with. 100% Texas hospitality.
I wholeheartedly recommend this property to friends, family and fellow travelers alike.

Perfect spot and location
This place was perfect for my wife and I to do a little getaway. My recommendation, bring or rent bikes... hit town lake, local restaurants, or just buzz down to barton springs to relax and cool off. Lynne was super accomodating and the place was perfectly charming. Also, they have a fabulous market within walking distance in case you forget anything, or need a snack (or movie, or whatever). Great spot!
