Great views of Lake Travis and the surrounding Hill Country. Public Boat ramp is 1 mi away, Just for Fun Boat Rentals is 1 mi away as well. Ask about reduced long term rates for fall and winter. Amenities: 1. Pool 2. Outdoor Batting Cage 3. 3-Hole Putting Green 4. Game Room with Vintage Arcade Games for the kids 5. Pet Friendly $100 first pet per stay and $50 each additional pet 6. Outdoor TV and Stereo system 7. Hot Tub Randalls grocery store is 3 miles away, many good restaurants are within 10 min of the house. Master bedroom with full bath – King Downstairs bedroom with full bath – King Upstairs Bedroom with lakeview – Queen bed Upstairs bedroom with lighthouse view – King bed and Queen Bed Rec room – 1 queen sleeper sofa and two queen air mattresses. Overnight Guest Fee is $70 per night per person over 10 guests up to 16 guests. $100 for first pet and $50 additional pet. Non-Overnight Guests allowed over agreed upon overnight guest count. $25 for each additional non-overnight guests. (3 day minimum booking for holiday weekends, Memorial weekend, July 4th and Labor day (Groups under age 25 must be preapproved) Property sits high up in the hills overlooking Lake Travis. We couldn’t enjoy our stay as everything was filthy. We only stayed because it was Christmas weekend and we had nowhere else to go at the time. We had our dog with us. The place was very cluttered and unclean.

Had a quick getaway with family for a weekend. We stayed at this gorgeous house with our furbaby and everyone had a wonderful time. We had a bonefire going at night which Greg provided for us. Very responsive and considerate of some changes in our dates. Highly recommended!

We were surprised to find out when we arrived that the owner lives full time at the property. During our stay he moved to a camper facility down the driveway for two days before leaving to go out of town.
This would not have been so bad, but the owner's stuff was left all over the house - closets, desks, kitchen. The fridge was nearly full so there was not room for our groceries - we used coolers during our stay for most of our stuff. In addition, the place was very dirty - as examples there was dog hair on the sheets of one of the beds and the cup holders in the living room were very dirty. We went out and bought blow up mattresses to sleep on.
The property itself is great with lots to do - the pool is wonderful, batting cages are fun and it was plenty big for our two families of 4 people. We rented a boat for the lake right down the road. The owner met us and was very informative and nice and brought donuts the second day. If the property was used only for rental purposes and was cleaner it would be a great place.
We won't be coming back due to the clutter and lack of cleanliness.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the layout was great for cooking, grilling, and playing games. Greg, the owner, was helpful and very hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

Had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous 4000 sq ft home in the hills of Austin. Plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and helpful (even brought us breakfast one morning). Pool was fantastic and the views were spectacular. Pet friendly with deposits for each pet. Only 4 real beds, others are blow-up and sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well stocked. Gas Grille was ready to use. All in all we had a great time and would stay here again.

The owner was most gracious and very hospitable. He made us feel welcome from when we first stepped foot on the property making sure to give us all information to work the hot-tub, the wifi, where local food restaurants were, and places to rent jet ski's and boats. The place itself was AMAZING!! Very spacious for big groups where you won't feel crowded. Four Bedrooms and three bathrooms with a queen sofa was enough for our whole group and the layout with another living room upstairs that led out to the pool was great. The home is located on multiple acres spaced out from neighbors, which was very convenient during the hours we wanted to play music over the loud speakers near the pool. The views from the helicopter pad on the hill are beautiful with the Lake Travis in the background and are serene and wonderful, especially during sunrise. We will definitely be back!!!
