About this house rental

Situated in Balboa Peninsula, this charming house for £439 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy the beach in this large 2 story 4 bedroom 2 bath home on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach! The house is walking distance to shops, restaurants and bike rentals! This home features two private decks, both up and downstairs and tile floors. Our summer weekly rental runs from Friday to Friday. Check in time is 3pm and Checkout time is 11am. Do not hesitate to ask if your arrival is different from Friday. We try our best to accommodate. We have 3 day minimum stay. Located just steps from the sand on the 27th street. Whether you surf or not, this property is just for you. The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. We provide high speed business internet if you need to work while your family is out playing. The dining room has a large table that seats eight with extra chairs available. Enclosed atrium will fit all your surfing and biking gear comfortably. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric range and oven. It also has plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing appliances and preparing food. Keurig coffee machine and pods. French press coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender. The lower deck on the street level has outside table/chairs and BBQ; great for cooking and relaxing with family and friends! On the second floor is the master suite, which has a king size bed, seating area with couch, coffee table, TV, access to a private deck and an adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 queen and 1 twin XL size bed, nightstands, dresser and a closet. In the closet is an extra fold up single bed. First floor has 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We take additional measures to sanitize and disinfect high traffic surfaces on top of a deep cleaning we do after each guest. Welcome home, away from home.

Enjoyed this vacation so much. House is close to everything! Beach about 1 minute away! Everything was great! The grandkids loved it too! Excellent communication with manager. Hope to be back next year

This place looks just like the pictures. Very nice clean house. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Would recommend it to anybody that wanted to stay in a nice place next to the beach.

We loved our stay at this charming beach house! Great size and plenty of room, the master bedroom is huge! The location is perfect - the beach, pier, restaurants and bars are all within a 10 minute walk! We had friends over for the day and the patio was perfect to barbecue and hang out! They even had beach chairs & boogie boards on site for us to use. Check-in process was a breeze, and Ave communicated right away. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location! Everything was very good, except.... No A/C upstairs. Windows had to be open all night, which made it a bit noisy for sleeping. Construction on next door house started about 8:00 a.m. Other than that, I would rate a solid A.

It was are great beach house. It was close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The beds were great and we loved the soft fluffy bath towels. Ave also had many beach items including a large bucket of sand toys, beach chairs a cooler and two boogie boards. We had ten people in our group and we all enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we could of used that was not in the kitchen was a pancake griddle other than that the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils/ cooking necessities. Thanks again!

This was an adorable little beach house! Very clean, perfect location and plenty of room. The down stairs is open so everyone can hangout and not feel crowded. Then up stairs has a big room with three beds and a huge master with a nice balcony. Ave was great to work with and very fast to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this sweet little beach house for any occasion.

Stayed in Newport with teenage boys. Was the perfect location for the kids to surf and stay close to restaurants and shops. My husband and I walked to lots of great restaurants and the grocery store also a short walk. Perfect spot! Great house and a big thank you to our hosts!

We had such a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. And the fresh flowers were an added touch. The beds were comfy and there was so much room! The location was excellent! We were able to walk to all the restaurants and had a great spot on the beach everyday. We rented bikes and even biked to Huntington Pier. We will definitely be back here to create more family memories!!

We loved staying in this property! The location couldn’t be better. Being so close to the beach made it easy to run back and forth to the house with little kids. It’s just a short walk to the pier so we walked in for food multiple times a day. The master bed was so comfortable! We slept like a dream! Definitely the cutest house on the street. We loved the cute patios and the string lights at night gave us all the beach vibes. My only concerns were that the big flat screen TVs aren’t mounted on the wall. It was stressful with little kids to make sure they weren’t going to be knocked on the ground. Also all the decorative tables are glass tables so I felt like it wasn’t as child friendly as it could be. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you are going to book this property. Overall we loved it and would EASILY stay here again!! Thank you for having us!

The house was better than expected. There was a lot of room for a larger group, and the location was near the pier, beach, and restaurant/bars. Nice bathrooms, and lots of kitchen utensils. I would definitely rent this home again.
