The view over the lake was beautiful! Andrea met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-equipped. We had lovely weather during our stay, so sat out on the terrace most evenings and made good use of the BBQ. There is a well-stocked Carrefour within easy walk of the property, and a lakeside promenade with wonderful views, which takes you to a wide range of restaurants and cafes. We were nervous about driving into Rome so caught a train into the centre from a nearby town (Anguillara), which was easy and cheap to pre-book online, and there was free parking near to the station. There were lovely places to visit around the lake and a little further afield within an easy drive from the property. We especially enjoyed Viterbo. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

This cozy 3 bed/2 bath house was PERFECT for the four of us. It was immaculately clean and just a 10 minute walk to the lake and the center of town. We used it as a home base for two weeks that included a couple of short (ie Orvieto) and not so short (Bologna) day and overnight trips. One of the beauties of the house is that the incredibly reasonable price for the beauty of the location allows you to NOT feel guilty for exploring rather than staying at home. Don't get me wrong, every time we left, we couldn't wait to get back. This town is truly magical - especially for anyone who loves to swim in a crystal clear lake-- and the location of the house made it easy to pop in and out for coffee, groceries, swims in the lake, apertifs, etc. You won't hear English spoken during the entire time you're here unless you want to. The hosts are in an adjoining house and incredibly helpful and wonderful people, but you won't see them unless you choose to; it is very private. We all highly recommend (unless you're looking at during the same weeks as us next summer, in which case I hope we book it first : ) )

Enjoyed a lovely few nights after sightseeing in Rome, never tired of the amazing lakeside view and walks along the promenade. Very convenient location for supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent accommodation.

We enjoyed the location, the house, the terrasses with spots for sun, shadow and wind….Beach and restaurants along the lake are 10 - 20 minutes walk away. Lovely! Andrea, the host, is very welcoming, and good at English.

We just loved this villa! Nice and clean and sunny and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home instantly. We were blown away by the huge, well furnished terrace - it is just beautiful with amazing views. After walking the ( lovely) promenade and having a late lunch on our first day we wete roasting from the brilliant sun - we got back to the house and covered terrace and it was cool and perfect and always had a nice breeze. - we could have sat there for hours with a cold glass of wine! But with that promenade and all those restaurants and the lovely lake - we had to further explore. A very short walk to the Carefour market which had everything we needed, and all those restaurants .........driving around the lake and exploring other towns which was so much fun. The house was never hot, no AC but fans provided any relief if needed and we slept very well. Andrea was the perfect host - friendly and helpful and we had a few great conversations with him - he was never intrusive in the least but there if we had any questions, etc. Andrea thank you for the delicious liquor! We were able to wrap it securely and managed to get it home - it's almost gone! Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us and please give our best to your mom - she is so sweet. And of course your adorable daughter! So happy we had the chance to meet her! We would highly recommend Andrea's house for a perfect stay in this lovely town. We hope to return!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. During the day there are many dogs barking, but this applies everywhere in Italy. Shopping is very close to the home. The garden is fenced so your dog has a large area to move around. The view is breathtaking and the two terraces make it possible to find shelter regardless of the weather. A really nice house to spend a holiday in.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Outside space and views of lake are fabulous. The villa is conveniently located a very short walk from the large supermarket. The lake is also within walking distance. The villa comes with a car parking space, which is great.
The host, Andrea, was very helpful both before and during our stay.

Wundervoller Seeblick
Wir haben in Andreas wunderbar gelegener Villa in Trevignano Romano einen absolut tollen Urlaub verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die riesige Terasse mit den einladenden Sitzgelegenheiten und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den schönen Bracchianosee hat es uns besonders angetan. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns mit zwei Teenagern perfekt, denn sowohl der See als auch der Ort und der Supermarkt waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Andrea hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig waren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und im Kühlschrank stand sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns. Wir werden viele schöne Erinnerungen und Eindrücke aus diesem Urlaub mitnehmen und würden sehr gerne einmal wieder kommen.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation hat auch super funktioniert. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Fragen immer Tipps und Auskunft geben können.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war im Großen und ganzen ok.
Eine Kaffeemaschine anstatt den Espressokannen wäre für "Nichtitaliener" vielleicht noch empfehlenswert. ;-)
Alles im Allen sehr empfehlenswert auch für Kinder, da die Terrasse und auch die Schränke in der Kücher absperrbar ausgeführt sind.

Ontspannen met een uitzicht
Heel schoon en volledig ingerichte ruime woning. Wij waren de eerste week met 2 en de 2de week met 4 personen en dat was prima te doen. 6 volwassenen lijkt mij wat veel voor deze locatie maar qua slaap en buiten zit gelegenheid kan het wel. Genieten met een grote G.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Andrea hat viele tolle Tipps und ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren zwei Mal mit dem Zug in Rom, von Bracciano kostet es als Familie zurzeit 7 Euro und ist sehr entspannt. Das Meer ist nicht weit weg und das Baden im See war auch wunderschön.
Auf der der Terrasse mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf den Lado di Bracciano.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cordialità e comodità
La proprietà è molto piacevole, spaziosa e nel contempo riservata. Nei periodi più caldi il patio della casa ti riserva sempre una piacevole e fresca ventilazione ed una rilassante vista del lago. A piedi attraverso una scorciatoia è possibile raggiungere senza fatica sia il centro storico che le spiagge, i negozi, bar e ristoranti. L’host Andrea è molto cordiale e disponibile e sa indirizzarti per usufruire al meglio della vacanza. Vivamente consigliato.

Wunderschön!!!
Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen, hat eine riesige Terasse mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. hinter dem Haus steht auch noch ein Garten zur Verfügung. Toll fanden wir auch die Lage, günstig für einen Rombesuch, immer noch nah an den Küstenstränden oder der herrliche See vor der Tür. Unser Gastgeber Andrea war unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Visit Rom
Ein herrlicher Ort zum entspannen und um Rom ohne Auto zu besuchen. Zugfahrt dauert ca. 1 Std. von Bracciano, aber mit einem Tagesticket kann man sämtliche Verkehrsmitttel auch in Rom nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön am Hang mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den See gelegen, Terrassen riesig mit Süd- und Westausrichtung. Ausstattung: alles vorhanden, was man im Haushalt benötigt. Alles bestens gepflegt, da Eigentümer die Wohnung selbst für die Herbst-/Wintermonate nutzt. Ausreichend für 6 Erwachsene oder Familie mit Kindern. Ein Auto sollte man aber schon haben, um Ausflüge zu machen oder zum Bahnhof zu fahren bzw. in den Ort. Gute Restaurants im Ort (vom Vermieter beraten lassen) sowie ein schönes Zentrum mit engen Gassen. *****

A perfect place to relax
We have enjoyed a lovely summer break at this house in Trevignano.
The house has fantastic views over the lake from the large terraces and offers easy access to the local shopping area, walks along the shore of the lake as well as the beach for bathing and swimming. Many of Latium’s main attractions are just a short drive away.
The house itself is in a beautiful location and offers ample space for four adults. Andrea is a perfect host, who deals with all questions promptly and is always ready to help if there are any issues.
We will always have fond memories of our stay in Trevignano.

En ferieidyll
Vi er akkurat kommet hjem fra et herlig opphold i Italia. Huset til Andrea var akkurat som i annonsen, med en drøm av en utsikt :) Beliggenheten var perfekt, i en rolig og sjarmerende liten landsby, med storbyen Roma kun et steinkast unna. Husverten Andrea var utrolig koselig og hjelpsom, og kom med mange tips om hva som var verd å få med seg under oppholdet. Comfortable house with a fantastisch terras with like view
We much enjoyed our stay in the house of Andrea. Although Andrea was on vacation himself, he advised us through what’s app (nice to have such engaged owner).
The house has nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Whilst the inside living room is somewhat small, the terras is great and that is where you live during the summer. The house is located close to a luxurieus Carrefour and the lake (both walking distance). The lake is great for cooling down, skimming, surfing, SUP, etc. And of course sun bathing. We travelled to Rome twice (use Parclick for parking in the City center) and much enjoyed the cultural wealth Rome has to offer.
We had a great stay and can warmly recommend Andrea’s house.

It was perfect :)
Andrea and his mother are very nice and both take care that every guest has a nice holiday. We had a birthday during our stay and andrea organized us a cake. We could send him messages with any wish via whats app and he took immediate care of it. the house is gorgeous with great views of the lake. The house does not have air conditioning but it is cool enough and therefore no problem. There are nice restaurants and shopping opportunities everywhere. thank you Andrea and your mother for the great holiday :)) !! We will be back definitely :)

Schöne Urlaubstage!
Wir waren 1 Woche in Trevignano Romano und hatten tolle Tage dort, wofür der Vermieter Andrea ein ganzes Stück beigetragen hat. Er hat uns viele Tipps für unsere Ausflüge gegeben und sich liebevoll um unseren Hund gekümmert, als wir in Rom waren. Vielen Dank nochmal!
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das große Plus sind die Terrassen, wo man einen Platz zum Ausruhen hat und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Braccianosee.

Wonderful place to stay!
This apartment is everything as described and more. The views are spectacular. The surrounding porch is lovely. Everything you need is there. It is an easy walk to shopping, dining and the water's edge. Andrea is a wonderful host. He was exceptionally helpful. The overall location is perfect for access to Rome and the airport, and for touring the countryside. Highly recommended!

La villa est idéale pour 6 personnes, la terrasse est appréciable et les chambres très confortables. Elle est très bien située (proche de la plage, des commerces et du centre-ville).

Familienurlaub mit Hunden vor den Toren Roms
Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit 2 Hunden in der Wohnung von Andrea und alle waren mehr als begeistert.
Für die Hunde ist dort viel Platz und auch der angrenzende Garten mit der Gartendusche war sehr angenehm.
Andrea hatte uns wegen der großen Hitze Ventilatoren für die Schlafzimmer gegeben. Der Ausblick auf den See von den 3 sehr grossen Terassen und der Loggia ist dort einfach atemberaubend schön.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, nur einen Toaster und eventuell weitere Sonnenliegen zur Entspannung haben wir vermisst.
Der Ort Trevignano Romano ist sehr schön und sowohl die Altstadt als auch die Uferpromenade mit vielen entzückenden Restaurants und Bars , hat uns sehr gefallen. Sowohl mit dem Zug, als auch mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell und unkompliziert in Rom. Auch die alte römische Stadt Ostia Antica war uns einen Tagesausflug wert. Dort kann man ohne lange Warteschlangen die Überreste und Bauten und das Leben in Roms alter Hafenstadt bestaunen.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Platz zur Erholung und ein sehr angenehmer und hilfreicher Gastgeber.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben zu fünft 8 erholsame Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Trotz 35 Grad im Schatten lies es sich sehr gut aushalten, da auf einer der Terassen immer eine leichte Brise ging. Unsere 3 Teenager hatten ausreichen Platz, um sich auf einer der vielen Bänke zu lümmeln. Das Elterschlafzimmer hatte eine weitere kleine Terasse - Einfalls mit traumhaftem Blick. Zu Fuß waren es nur 5 Minuten zum See und in den überaus charmanten Ort. An der Promenade gab es zahlreiche kleine Restaurants und Bars. Ebenfalls in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen waren 2 Supermärkte. Der Lago Bracciano hat sehr sauberes Wasser. Wir waren jeden Tag schwimmen. Einen Besuch im Schloss in Bracciano können wir ebenso empfehlen wie die Fahrt mit dem Zug ( von Anguilara) nach Rom.
Danke an Andrea, der uns auch abends kurz vor Mitternacht noch anreisen lies. Die Abwicklung war absolut problemlos - ebenfalls ein Plus: Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung waren im Preis schon Inbegriffen.

la descrizione e le foto coincidono perfettamente ,immobile pulito e in buono stato,
il proprietario il Sig.Andrea e' veramente una persona squisita e ci siamo trovati molto

2 erholsame Wochen in toller Umgebung
Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir haben dort 2 herrliche Wochen verbracht. Es ist hell und modern eingereichtet, Alles vorhanden was man braucht und es standen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffee im Regal, damit man nicht gleich losrennen musste. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren reichlich vorhanden. Das große Plus an dieser Unterkunft sind die Terrassen (3), man findet auch bei Hitze ein Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und der Blick auf den Braccianosee ist wunderschön. Da wir mit Hund angereist sind, hatte dieser auch einen kleinen, eingezäunten Garten, der sich den Terrassen anschließt. Wir haben fast die gesamt Zeit draussen verbracht. Dieser Blick auf den See ist einfach zu einladend.
Der Vermieter Andrea ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er spricht auch Englisch. Für unseren Ausflug nach Rom hat er sich sogar tagsüber um unseren Hund gekümmert. Was könnte noch besser sein? Auch hätte man ihn immer erreichen können. Die Abwicklung mit ihm verlief reibungslos.
2 Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Die Uferpromenande mit Cafés und Restaurants ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit Englisch kommt man hier gut zurecht. Von Bracciano (Nachbarort) lässt es sich gut per Bahn nach Rom fahren (1h), bequem, günstig und stressfrei. Man kann das Auto günstig für 4,00 Euro/Tag in Bracciano am Bahnhof parken. Mit dem Kombiticket für 8,00 Euro/Tag kann man mit der Bahn, Bus und Metro fahren. Zu empfehlen ist auch eine Bootsfahrt (1,5 h) auf dem See. Wir waren sehr traurig als unsere 2 Wochen vorbei waren, denn wir hätten es bestimmt länger dort ausgehalten. Man hatte seine Ruhe, war aber nicht aus der Welt. Eine gute Mischung. Das heisst also - wiederkommen :-)

Traumhafte Terrasse und gemütliche Wohnung
Nach drei erlebnisreichen Tagen in Rom haben wir eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen, wunderschönen Wohnung die Füße hochlegen und uns von der vielen Lauferei erholen können.
Andrea ist ein wirklich sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er hat uns sogar, nachdem wir nicht wie geplant mit dem Mietwagen kommen konnten, zu später Stunde vom Bahnhof in Bracciano abgeholt und am Ende unseres Aufenthalts wieder dorthin gebracht. (Vielen Dank noch einmal Andrea!) Tagsüber gibt es aber auch gute Busverbindungen (siehe unten).
Die Fotos geben die Wohnung und den Blick sehr gut wieder. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das absolute Highlight aber ist die Terrasse oder vielmehr sind drei riesige, ineinander übergehende Terrassen. Die Tage haben wir oft lesend und den traumhaften Blick über den See genießend hier verbracht. Hier findet man auch an etwas kühleren Tagen (wir waren über Ostern da) immer ein windgeschütztes, sonniges Plätzchen (und an heißen Sommertagen sicherlich auch ein schattiges, luftiges). Wenn es abends kühl wurde, haben wir gemütlich vor dem knisternden Kamin gesessen.
Der See mit seiner schönen Uferpromenade und ein großer Supermarkt lassen sich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Zu dem sehr hübschen Altstadtzentrum von Trevignano läuft man etwa 10 min.
Von hier aus fahren auch die Busse nach Bracciano und Anguillara. Von beiden Orten aus kommt man mit dem Zug, der teilweise sogar alle halbe Stunde fährt, in etwa einer Stunde nach Rom.
Wir haben es auch ohne Auto geschafft, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung anzugucken. Beeindruckend sind die (stinkenden!) Schwefelquellen von Caldara di Manziana und die Ruinen von Monterano, die sich in dem Naturschutzgebiet Riserva Naturale Monterano befinden, in dem man auch sehr gut wandern kann. Übrigens gibt es auch am Fuße des Ruinenhügels einige sprudelnde Schwefelquellen, an die man - besser als in Candara die Manziana - direkt herankommt.
Sollte man ohne Auto unterwegs sein, lohnt es sich bei Ausflügen aber in jedem Fall, sich vorher nach Buslinien und Zeiten zu erkundigen (z.B. in der Touristeninformationen von Trevignano) , denn die Haltestellen sind nicht immer gekennzeichnet und es hängen keine Fahrpläne aus.
Insgesamt waren wir erstaunt, wie ruhig und erholsam schon die nähere Umgebung von Rom ist, und können nur jedem Rombesucher wärmstens empfehlen z.B. auch noch einige Tage in Trevignano und Umgebung zu verbringen.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was very close to the centre. I would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay here again.

"We had a wonderful stay in the very nice village of Trevignano romano. We enjoyed the beautiful vew of the Bracciano Lake from the several terraces (incredible sunset). The house was corresponding to the description. Everything would have been perfect if we didn't have to ear the dogs barking at different times.
Riccardo was very helpful in providing a written plan to go to Rome by train ; but most of all, his help was very well appreciated when I had to deal with the lost of my wallet. He let me use his telephone to call Canada to cancel all my credit cards. Once again, thank you very much Riccardo."
