Guests provide their OWN LINEN and TOWELS, we provide a bath mat and tea towel. There is a shady pergola and BBQ area, with an established garden and lawns all enclosed by the front picket fence in a quiet street 2 streets back from the beach Location Location Location! Our house is ideal for anyone wanting to be within a close walk to the beach. From the house it is only a 5-minute stroll to the a quiet surf beach. If you prefer, the main beach is accessible by car in under 5 minutes.You might also like to enjoy a leisurely 20 minute stroll along the beach or walking tracks, you can choose to arrive at the main beach, or the main street in the town. If you head up the hill Ocean Grove's 2nd newest shopping center is less than 1 kilometer away. Of course,all these and all of the Bellarine Peninsula's abundance of attractions, restaurants, wineries, aquatic adventure parks, bike trails and more are all within a short drive.
