Location was fantastic, so close to the beach and the Port Hughes Jetty. The shack had almost everything you could want or need for a relaxing trip away. The free wifi, linen, towels, extra blankets, soaps, toilet rolls and boxes of tissues were all really great to have included in the price and I loved that I could do a quick load of washing and dry the clothes on the line as the owners even thought to have pegs.

There were only two steak knives although there were more butter knives but for a family it was a little difficult if everyone wanted a steak. Also the DVD player only plays in black and white which could be easily solved with a HDMI connection instead of AV

Bottom 2 steps to upstairs are a bit off, couldnt see through the glass on the balcony so only a view if your standing. no bathmat supplied,

If you want old school quaint reminds you of your nana's place then this is the place to be ! warm and inviting with all the creature comforts. Really felt like a home. Thank you.

Smelled musty and very cluttered

Perfect location & view of the bay. Straight across the road for access to the beach & nice walk to Tavern & Cafe.

The ceiling fans were noisy, as we had them on during the night, they blow the vertical drapes around also which made for a restless sleep.

TV too small

Perfect position, humble but fully equipped. We especially liked the separate accommodation, upstairs and down, each with a full bathroom. Great sea view.
