Sea La Vie: What can I say? This was one of the most relaxing stays I’ve had in quite some time. As an avid traveler, I fell in love with the set-up of this property, and it’s proximity to the most beautiful, turquoise, calm beach that went on for miles. Host (Majid)was kind, quick to respond, and thought of all the little details for this quaint living space. From a well stocked and equipped laundry room, a swimming pool, their personalized Netflix login, to pool/beach towels. The grounds were covered in towering coconut trees and tropical fruit trees like sapodilla and cherries that transported my girlfriend right back to her childhood in the Caribbean. Things she had long since forgotten. Sea la Vie came equipped with safe parking accommodations, and we felt safe, and at ease, as we soaked up the sun, enjoyed the beach and took the time to recharge our batteries at this wonderful property. 10/10 will recommend, and will most certainly book again, during my next visit.

Remarkably equipped for access to the entire island. Attention to detail was impeccable from full kitchen…IN A STUDIO, to mini cooler provided for beach/kitesurfing activity. Every unit has a deluxe outdoor shower to wash off after a long day at the sandy beach and a beautiful pool to cool off, especially lovely if you come during the summer months. Also, a full equipped laundry building. The VRBO compound has multiple studio, 1,2,4 bedroom units, contemporary in style, all within the confines of a private gated area. I’ve already booked another stay in 7 months. A one bedroom. Finally, if you’re a Kiteboarder, the conditions, and area are second to none in the world are. Do not pass up this opportunity. Financially speaking, it’s the best deal on the island pound for pound,

We had the best time. The host is really there to help and make sure we have everything. The place is perfect for kiteboarding, would a 100% recommend.

It was listed as a 1 min walk to the beach, it was more like 15 min through a sand dune. I was unable to get to the beach due to hip issue. The pictures of the property must have been taken when it was new. I didn't even stay I had to book a new place to stay.

My husband and I wanted a romantic week away and I chose Sea La Vie for a few reasons. For one, the property was gated so we felt very safe, it was a quiet residential area. It was also a 5 minute walk to the beach which we walked to every morning to watch the sun rise and then walk along the beach shore, it was magical. Also, the unit had a kitchen so we could make some of our own meals. Majid, the host, was very attentive and when I asked if we could check in early, he made it happen. The unit was clean and the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. Overall, the unit and area exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Majid!

Unit 3 was cozy and well equipped everything was fresh and clean. Great location, easy walk to virtually private beach. The unit was in a gated villa and we felt safe and secure. Owner was extremely helpful, with a wonderful gift of hospitality. He was always responsive to our every question and need. He had extras such as beach chairs and a kayak and SUP stashed at the beach. Swimming pool was fresh and clean. I highly recommend Sea La Vie for anyone who loves the beach!

My husband and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed the property. The host lives on site and was very helpful and responsive. The lodging is within walking distance to the beach access. The room was perfect for our needs and the kitchen was equipped well. Prior to the check in, we had the ability to wait in the pool area which was very comfortable in the al fresco dining area. Additionally, in the pool area there is a restroom which is super convenient. Also, there are multiple outdoor showers which is very useful. I enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. The property is very pretty with lush vegetation.

If you want a clean, updated property in a secure location, then this is a great fit. Especially if you are there for kitesurfing. We went for the location, as we did not want the large resort atmosphere. The only disappointing aspect were the lack beach amenities provided. There is not an awning and only two chairs (one was broken) so if you plan on hanging at the beach under shade, you will need to drive to a resort.

Great location to explore the entire island. But also a great location if want your own private beach. Was an added bonus to have beach chairs, rafts etc on property to use.

Had a great time. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Pool area is wonderful. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes.

My wife and I stayed in unit #3 and had a blast. The location is minutes from the beach but still around all of the attractions. Definitely would recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Sea La Vie. Will be back!

Price good based on images but the odour was impossible to mask. The neighbours, same property, had cockroaches, but we only had a large dead one. Property faces parking lot and garage which wasn’t disclosed on the listing. Owner had not been paid for last half as he hadn’t sent the request. It is impossible to pay without receiving the notice. He’s a large man, over 6 feet, and he angrily banged on the door to get paid on the second morning. We paid the same day but we didn’t deserve the angry awakening. As long as you know what to expect, you may enjoy TCI. Good luck!

Great studio close to the kiteboarding.

Beautiful studio with BBQ, outdoor couch and a BBQ. The pool area was great to enjoy in the afternoon or on a rainy day. 5 in walk to the beach. Majid is a fantastic host and we'll definitely be coming back.

The property was beautiful! We had access to beach chairs that we were able to take with us to other beaches. My husband enjoyed the villa paddle board and kayak. We did need a car rental to get around the island but Majid was so kind. He offered to take me to and from the beach in his electrical cart when we wanted to go to the beach near the property bc I have a disability and the walk on the sand was challenging for me. The pool was very private and we enjoyed several meals by the pool on the patio. I have already recommended this property to several people! We would definitely come back:) Thanks Majid!

Our experience was more than we expected. Majid takes such pride in taking care of his property and guest. It is a beautiful, modern, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. We are coming back for sure! Thanks Majid!! Steve and Michele

Majid had a beautiful property with a pool that we had all to ourselves. Majid is an amazing host and made us feel welcomed and gave us recommendations for dining and activities. He even took us for a boat ride! You are a very short walk to Long Bay Beach a world renowned area for kit surfing. We took out kayaks that were provided by Majid. We felt like we had Long Bay Beach to ourselves. The views and sand are amazing. We highly recommend you stay at Sea La Vie when you travel to Turks and Caicos.

We stayed at the little studio on the first floor and it was perfect for my husband and I. The pool and the grounds far exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, Long Bay Beach had seaweed all around during our stay, but we had a car to go around and explore other beaches, so that wasn’t a big deal. Everything was only a very short car ride away. Sea La Vie was the perfect place to stay in Turks and Caicos We’ll definitely be back with friends!
