It was pleasant

Since No restaurant is there in hotel, you have to depend on outside breakfast though it is provided by hotel

Pleasant

Their rooms are nice and perfect. They have modern room fittings. Complementary breakfast was standard.

Rooms were good but the wooden floor was damaged at few places. Bathroom fittings were standard but bit rusty. The worst thing was I found a large earthworm in the washroom. Geyser works for 10 minutes properly then again need to wait for half an hour to reheat.

If planning only to stay and night and rest day enjoy outside. Then ok to stay, but overpriced.

Breakfast is only good part of this stay, staffs are helpful and good behaving. Most challenge we face is cleanness and neglected pest control. Giant spiders found in the room. No elevator in this hotel, which is expected in hilly areas. No active restaurant available at this property, but staffs can arrange and server food nicely at dinning areas as based on request.

Cleanness is a biggest issue , Bathroom drainage system (attest where i stayed , room no 101 and 102) is not properly maintained.

Good budget hotel at the Darjeeling town centre

People working here are friendly

No slippers in the entire room nor in washroom

This was my 2nd visit in this property. They should take online payment which will be more flexible.

I was pleased when driver Mr Arjun picked me up from NJP on time. He knows Bangla, English, Hindi to understand the guest. At the tine of dropping to NJP, Mr Arjun was not available, but his courtesy was so nice that he called me expressed his apology.

Mr Samuel, Manager of the hotel was so friendly that anyone can depends on him. But he should negotiate with owner regarding the car fair. Without this, I will encourage him to keep his nice helping mentality for all time.

The room is good please take care of the entrance road and washroom /staff is very good just take care of property

Good delux room with a view

The best part of this hotel is its location..Rooms were very good ,neat and clean..

I didn't like the breakfast..That same Aloo ka paratha and bread ..I think they can bring some changes in the breakfast menu.

Not upto the mark.

Ist day breakfast was yummy but 2nd day packed breakfast was not upto the mark. 6 boiled eggs and four pieces of bread only now butter and jam. Bathroom pipe was leaking and moreover Readymade tea milk sugars are not available in the room. Drinking water was not adequate only one bottle in a day.

Already mentioned above.

They arrange dinner as it is not prepared at Hotel. Perhaps many guest won't be needing dinner.

Pleasant

The hotel was near the Mall road and the rooms are clean. View from the top floor is amazing

The bathrooms are very congested and due to some leakage, the bathroom was always watery. No in-house kitchen and if we had to order we had to pay 100 rupees extra.

Please don't book this hotel any more.

BF is not in buffet, by ordering they serve a few only. ABF only some Toast and Omlet and Indian some paratha and vegetable. No chicken, meat or fish.

Seriously telling how this Hotel get 3star rating? It's a completely non star hotel. No lift, wooden made ceiling hit your head even you can not stand up in few places of room. Dirty bed sheets and Curtains. Absolutely bullhead. Totally worst of money paid.

I felt fantabulous 😊.

The breakfast was so tasty and delicious 😋. And the location was also best.

Please don't repeat the same breakfast everyday 🤣.

Nice clean and cosy

Little away from Male but due to its height a beautiful view of whole Kanchenjhungha is seen from the dinning hall if the sky is clear....staffs are friendly and helpful....clean housekeeping....breakfast is complementary...rooms are good.

Some of electrical points in the room weren't working....since due to some fire mishap lunch and dinner were not available....hope our next visit proves it otherwise....atleast simple roti,sabji and vegetables should available for dinner atleast.

The worst stay at the Queen of Hills

Nothing about the Property is of worth mentioning Worst stay experienced ever.

The room, the bed, the staff except one or hardly two - all are bad, truly speaking Worst.

ok but not so excited about this property

only location, street food and one vegetarian restaurant is very close to this property

without elevator, it it tough to go third floor after tour. Medium facility, room heater is additional cost , even after paying too much for one day

Please dont stay in this overpriced hotel. There are other good hotels in and around Darjeeling.

Only the room was good and view of Kanchenjunga. Bathroom was clean.

We booked the premium room with the Kanchenjunga view. We reached the hotel on 3rd Dec 7pm. We asked the hotel whether we can bring outside food to the room. They said its not allowed. If you need the food, service boy would bring and we would pay 100rs to him. What a utter nonsense. While checking out, the receptionist informed wrong information has been given. We were not informed of anything. Breakfast starts from 9am which is unacceptable. And they won't bring breakfast to the room. Even Tea/Coffee we went outside and had it. Also there is a charge for geyser usage. We dont understand why there is a charge for geyser and all. Its supposed to be inclusive. So much miscommunication. There was no room service at all. We had to come with only disappointment.
