The condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful night's sleep. Sink into plush bedding and wake up refreshed, ready to embrace another day of coastal adventures. Sunbathe on our private beach or on the sundeck of our junior Olympic size swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with the master bedroom with a King bed and a Queen bed in the second bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa bed in the living room area. Check in time is at 5PM and checkout is by 11AM. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day to accommodate late arrivals or early checkouts. Please feel free to contact our front desk anytime during your stay should you have questions, need suggestions, or need additional housekeeping or maintenance items. A refundable credit card deposit of $50 per day on a major credit card is required at check in. No RV’s, trailers, jet boats, or jet ski’s are permitted on property. Additional fees, insurance requirements, and advance reservations are required if bringing a boat. Minimum check in age for the cardholder must be 21 or older. Sorry, no pets allowed. The location was perfect for everything we were doing..REEF, boating, dive shop, eating & cocktails. The room had all the things necessary for our stay. We will return for sure!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Very nice and clean. Lots of relaxing! The only negative was not having regular housekeeping and having to purchase laundry detergent. The rooms should have at least a few tide pods. Just saying!

Very clean property with fantastic pool. Pretty small beach which we dudnt really use. The only thing that could have been better was a pack n play for our son. Maintenance brought over TWO units, none of which could be properly set up, not even by them. They were supposed to bring another one but never showed up again. Good thing we had our own mini crib. Overall though we would come again!

We chose this area to be convenient to activities on the keys as well as to relax on property. Ocean point has a great beach, pool facilities and access to boating. The unit was smaller than anticipated. From pics I expected two double beds in the second bedroom but they were twins. It was tight for four adults a toddler and a 4 year old but we made it work. This unit has an upgraded kitchen and it seems some DIY projects in the bathrooms that seemed updated in pics but still needs some help. Bring Clorox wipes as everything needed to be cleaned. The floor was swept but definitely not clean and with two boys on the floor, they found every nook and cranny that hadn't been cleaned since the floor was installed. The entire property should replace all outside railings as the width between ballasts is large enough for a small child to squeeze through. This unit is on the fourth floor so we could not keep the small balcony slider open as our toddler could easily get through. Overall we had a great time and for the price we didn't complain.

Grounds and pool were nice, clean, safe, but condo was in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. Owner needs to invest a few bucks into getting it fixed up completely. We stayed in 4006. Missing utensils and some other expected basics for the kitchen.
