Our 2 bedroom /2 bath condo is located in a cozy oceanfront resort. Stainless appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, sink, faucet, paint, trim work. Vanities with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, chair height toilets, paint and white trim. We've added a marble tile surround with shower in the master bath. We've repainted the condo throughout. Now decorated in the cool beaches colors of sea blue and sunny yellow with all bright white trim work and new 6 panel doors throughout. DEN FURNISHINGS: sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, rug, and pictures. Also wall-mounted flat panel LCD TV. King size bed in Master bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the den. Wireless internet. This 5 story complex with an elevator is just steps away from the best beach on Hilton Head Island with beautiful ocean views from your balcony. Parking is conveniently located at the front of building and underneath parking at the Hilton. Our complex has it's own boardwalk directly to the beach. Enjoy grilling and eating outdoors on the picnic tables in the courtyard.

The shower broke in the second bathroom and ran hard for four days straight. It was moist and hot and had a hard time sleep. Manager attempted to get a plumber, but the holidays made it difficult. I was refunded a small amount of my payment for the hassle. Not happy. Additionally, the coverlet for one of the beds had a large patch of blood on it.

We loved the location of the condo. We had friends staying down the beach at one of the resorts so it was nice and convenient. The condo they’ve updated and tried to do the best with the space, but my family of my husband and I and my 3 kids were a bit cramped. This would be perfect for a family with smaller kids. It was a great price for the location.

The place was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Exactly like the pics. Pay attention to where you are allowed to park. The amenities were amazing. My grandkids loved the ping pong and hot tub! Pool was cold. Would definitely stay again.

Condo is very nice. Some of it is dated and other parts have been updated (master shower was nice). TV's are pretty small, but you don't need to be watching much television while on vacation. Access to use the pool and other amenities of the Hilton Grand Vacations property is what really makes this such a great condo to rent. Owner/property manager needs to invest in some new bed sheets as ours had stains. Also, needs to clean the air return register for the AC as it was filthy.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s great having a keyless entry. We enjoyed all extra beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. Thank you so having them available. We also took advantage of the pools and workout facilities next door. We’ll come again and recommend it to others. Arriving Tuesday and leaving on Tuesday was also a blessing in disguise. The traffic was less and the island was less crowded over the weekend. Fantastic place to stay for a relaxing week.

We really enjoyed the location of this property - very close to the beach and we took full advantage of the included amenities through the Hilton. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels. We had a group of 5 - 3 teenagers and 2 adults. I would stay again with fewer people as it was a bit tight. A clarification in the listing - the pullout sofa (which did work fine as a bed) is in the one main living area with the table and the kitchen - it is not in a separate area with any privacy.

Never been to Hilton Head. Picked this place because of price and proximity to beach. Small unit, a bit tired, but location turned out to be perfect, especially beach access and use of adjacent resort amenities. After becoming familiar with the island, even happier with our choice. Kitchen could use refreshing of utensils. Bathrooms could use refreshing of paint.

Unfortunately, I wasn't down for sun and fun but for a family emergency. The condo was just the right amount of room for the two of us staying. There was some noise in the mornings as people got to their cars and maintenance was done but, overall, a lovely stay. The host could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We had a problem with the television on the first night and as soon as I called in the morning, it was immediately responded to and fixed. We also needed to add an additional day and they immediately accommodated that for us as well (though, of course, in a busier season, it would have been harder to do). Right on the beach, luggage carts and an elevator helped us to bring our things in quickly and easily. It is a corner unit so we didn't have people next to us. We could not hear if there were people above or below us so I either the sound control was great or there was no one there while we were. All in all, a lovely stay.

Visiting Hilton Head Island for an off-season destination wedding. Unit was perfect for our needs for our three night stay. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. Beach access and use of Hilton Resort amenities was a plus. Everything in the unit worked as expected. Beds were very comfortable.

Great location. Great ocean view from the balcony. Great beach access for my parents with disabilities. Villa was nice but those twin beds are horrible, I thought after all the bad reviews on the beds they would be replaced for my visit. I wont be back unless the beds are replaced(very disappointed I mean twin beds aren't that expensive to replace I wouldn't have expect a child to sleep on them) the main light in the ceiling fan in the kitchen was not working, along with other lights through out the villa we replaced the bulb in the fish on the counter, the vent for the air conditioning was very dirty took it out while we stayed and put back in when we left, when you opened the microwave the exhaust fan blew right in your face and was just laying in the door, it was great there was an ice cube maker but it leaked and had huge ice cycles hanging from it and all the ice cubes froze together Toilet paper holder in Bedroom was all rusted. The elevator was a great amenity it was broken for 1 day we had to use the steps( understanding this is not anyone's fault) Maybe a small dresser in the 2nd bedroom closet no where to put your clothing if it didnt need to be hung up. Better directions would be great as to how to enter very confusing with the Hilton also we had gotten on the incorrect elevator at first until we found our way around. I Would love to return to this villa but those BEDS NEED REPLACING!! and some minor things would be need to be done. Overall it was a great vacation and will definitely be back to Hilton Head🏖🏝

Conveniently located on South Forest Beach, this unit was pretty much as described. The unit was clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The two twin beds looked like they might not be comfortable (a little saggy) but there were no complaints from my family. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We had to contact our host for an additional parking pass when we got to HHI and Steve Ryan, the property manager responded right away and helped us out. The wifi was sometimes a little unreliable, but we spent most of our time on the beautiful beach and in the pool area. We would definitely rent this property again!

Very small condo, but king bed was very comfortable. Master bath was extremely small but OK. Wouldn't want to stay for long. The internet was very slow, so the TV didn't stream well at all. I will say the directions were a little confusing, but the manager talked me through it.

The condo was conveniently located to the beach and to shopping. The “ocean view” was minimal (down the side of the building) but the real view was trees and bushes not another building. Quiet, private little balcony. The living room furniture has seen better days but are probably on the list to be replaced considering the good taste seen elsewhere in the space. The kitchen was well stocked and a recent remodel. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and so nice. King bed was comfy and well appointed. Nice beach chairs and umbrella provided. All in all a great property.

From start to finish, this was the perfect place to stay. In fact, this is the 3rd time we've stayed here! The owner is super attentive answering any and all of our questions. The unit is well appointed, incredibly clean, and in the best location and, with access to Ocean Oak's amenities, couldn't be a better pick. We will definitely be back!
