New and comfortable furniture. There are: - three bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed (on request two double beds can be divided into two single beds). - living room/dining room (IN THE LIVING ROOM THERE IS AN AIR CONDITIONER. THERE ARE FANS IN THE OTHER ROOMS). - full kitchen (equipment: microwave oven, toaster, kettle, oven, iron, ironing board, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.) - closet - n. 2 small balconies. The surface of the house is 80 sq m. Free parking is easily found nearby. IF THE APARTMENT IS BOOKED FOR A FEWER NUMBER OF PEOPLE (LESS THAN 6 PEOPLE) THE OTHER ROOMS CANNOT BE USED (THEY WILL BE LOCKED) The house is easily accessible: By car: from the A/12 motorway, take the La Spezia exit, follow the signs for the city center (seafront) and then continue towards the Pegazzano district. (15/20 minutes) By train: La Spezia central station is about 1 km from the house. They are 15/20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car or taxi or bus Line 1 'Pegazzano' (stop 150 m from the station) or bus Line 14 The apartment is located in La Spezia - the 'Pegazzano' district. About 1.5 km from the center. Near the apartment there is a small green park. Directly under the house there are various shops: baker, tobacconist, bar, newsagent, ice cream shop, beautician, hairdresser. At 100 meters: butcher, pharmacy, laundry, vet, food. At 300 meters a supermarket and another at 600 meters. There are also no. 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant. In front of the apartment (5 meters) there is a bus stop that connects with the city center (frequency every 20 minutes). In the apartment you will find information material: - city maps; - about museums, - on localities (5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Val di Vara and Val di Magra and others); - bus timetables - trains - ferries - on the activities in the area (diving - boat rental - jet skis, etc.)

Rosi and her husband are wonderful hosts . We were met at the train station which was unexpected and extremely helpful - it was 39 degrees that day and walking with our bags would have been a chore . We were given personalized maps and recommendations for restaurants , buses , boats and it was all so helpful . The neighborhood is not at all touristy so if you don’t have a car be prepared for a 20 m walk in and out of town or to take the bus . The apartment is large , clean and had everything we needed . We visited porto venere and the towns of the cinque terre which are all easily accessed from La Spezia . We really enjoyed meeting our hosts they are lovely people and we would recommend staying there. We stayed 3 nights and we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers .

Enjoyed the place, and owners . Apartment is a bit off the city center but once we figure out the busses, no issue. Good shopping and food in LA Spezia. Thanks

Sommerurlaub
Wir haben eine super saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, dazu sehr hilfsbereite, sympathische Vermieter kennengelernt.
Die Lage und Umgebung ist nicht so super, da kein geeigneter Strand in der Nähe ist und ein Parkplatz vor der Wohnung zu finden ist eine Glücksache.
Die Stadt hat auch ein Militärhafen und dessen Museum ist ein Besuch wert

Rosella et son mari, tous les deux vraiment charmants, nous ont très bien accueillis, nous donnant plein d'information utiles sur les environs et quelques bonne adresse de restauration. L'appartement est très soignés et très agréables. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Séjour très agréable
Rossy et son mari nous ont bien reçus lors de notre arrivée et nous ont donné plein de suggestions d’endroits à visiter en plus des Cinque Terre. Aussi où et comment se procurer les billets de trains, de bus et de bateau.
L’appartement est bien situé à La Spezia pour aller visiter la vieille ville et se rendre à la gare.
Séjour très agréable.

Breve soggiorno con famiglia
La casa è spaziosa, arredata con gusto e molto ben attrezzata (ci sono persino secchiello e paletta!). I proprietari sono 2 persone squisite e accoglienti. Il loro punto di forza sono i consigli che, da persone del luogo, forniscono ai loro ospiti: mezzi di trasporto, locali dove mangiare, possibili escursioni o cose da vedere. Non è x niente scontato. Peccato che essendoci fermati solo 3 giorni non è stato possibile fare tutto...una buona scusa x ritornare. A presto!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Zeit vom 30.09. - 07.10.2018 in La Spezia, um die Cinque Terre und die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden.
Die ausgezeichnete Hilfe von Antonio und Rosella erleichterte uns unsere Unternehmungen, z.B. lohnende Wanderwege und -orte, Restaurants, Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, z.T. direkt vor der Haustür.
Das zur Verfügung gestellte Karten- und Informationsmaterial ist nach verschiedenen Sprachen geordnet und aktuell.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und umfasst drei gleichwertige, großzügig möblierte Doppelzimmer,ein freundliches Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Wirtschaftsraum und ein modernes Badezimmer.
Für uns war das Appartement ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unseren Urlaub.
Bis zu unserer Abreise standen uns Rosella und Antonio äußerst freundlich und hilfreich zur Seite.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr positiv.

Nous remercions Rosella et son mari pour ce séjour à La Spezia. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, nos hôtes ont pris le temps de nous expliquer comment profiter de La Spezia et des 5 Terres, sans oublier de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurant.
L'appartement était parfait, et correspondait à la description du site. Appartement très calme et très confortable. C'était pour notre famille de 5.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 Terres, en bateau ou en train.
nous conseillons le bateau pour bien profiter. Quel bonheur. Magnifiques 5 Terres. Magnifique Portovenere.

The perfect appartment and host
To stay by Rosy and Antonio have been a perfect holiday experience, and especially the introduction to the area was outstanding.
It was a perfect apartment, with all you need for 6 persons, in a safe neighborhood only 1.5 km from the city center.
If we ever need to go back to La Spezia, then we will stay by Rosy & Antonio

Wonderful
We stayed in this great appartment for 4 nights while in La Spezia as a family of 4. Very spacious, clean, quiet to sleep, good a/c, and incredibly attentive owners who went more than the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. They spent a full hour with us when we arrived, providing very useful information about the sights, the best way to get around (car, train, bus), and even had some water for us in the fridge when we arrived.
From this very central location we were able to easily drive to beautiful beaches in Lerici and San Terenzo, as well as take the train to Monterosso, and spend two wonderful evenings in Portovenere.
We highly recommend this appartment and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Un vrai petit chez soi!
Rosella et Antonio sont des hôtes merveilleux et très attentionnés. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien conseillés sur les visites et sur les endroits où manger. Laissez-vous guider en toute confiance !
L’apparte ment est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Le train (gare à 15 min à pieds) et les bus (moins de 10 min) permettent de rejoindre tous les sites magnifiques en quelques minutes. De plus, il ne manque rien dans cet appartement très propre et parfaitement équipé et décoré.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Very nice clean convenient
Hosts were very nice and helpful. Apartment is big clean comfortable and updated. La Spezia is a great city fun and charming and a hub to many sites and other places. Would definitely go back again.

Sejour très agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine en août dans l'appartement de Rosella et Antonio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et tous deux ont pris le temps de nous expliquer, à l'aide d'un plan de la ville et de nombreuses documentations, tout ce qui était à voir dans les environs, les bons plans restau, les bus... Merci beaucoup! Rosy a toujours répondu très vite aux multiples questions que je pouvais avoir et nous l'en remercions.
L'appartement est bien équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Nous avons très peu utilisé la voiture durant cette semaine et avons facilement trouvé une place de parking non payant à proximité de la location.
Nous quittons une location agréable, des propriétaires disponibles et à l'écoute. Ne nous reste plus qu'à tester la recette de la farinata de Rosy!

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT !
Nous avons passé trois jours dans ce superbe appartement, entièrement refait neuf avec gout, propre et très bien équipé avec trois superbes chambres. Nous étions une famille de cinq personnes et avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont très bien conseillés pour nos visites de la région. A recommander sans problème.. On s'y sent comme chez soi ! Encore merci pour votre accueil.

En famille, nous avons profité d'un super séjour de 4 jours. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les 5 Terres, Pise, Portovenere, Carrare mais aussi La Spezia. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et pleines de rangements. La cuisine est bien équipée, bref, super appartement avec des propriétaires très accueillants et bienveillants pour renseigner au maximum leurs hôtes. Merci pour tout. Céline et sa famille

My family and I stayed at Rosella's appartment for 3 nights in early September. We chose this area because of its close proximity for visiting the Cinque Terre. It was easy access by train and by boat to this beautiful region. The train station was a 10 minute walk and we caught a bus from across the street into the waterfront of town.
The appartment was immaculately clean and had lots of little extras to help us settle after a late arrival; tea, coffee, milk. etc. Rosella and her son Luca welcomed us like old friends when we arrived.
They supplied a folder ( in English but there were others in different languages) with local maps, boat and train timetables and were very helpful with supplying information about the locality of supermarkets, restaurants and buying an Italian SIM card.
The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There are 6 of us - 2 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space to relax. I also made use of the washing machine during our stay. Thank you Rosella we have very special memories of our stay in La Spezia.

6 of us stayed at Rosy's appartment in August of 2012 and Rosy and her Husband were the most wonderful hosts! They were at the station to pick us up and had a whole lot of information,hiking trails and maps ready for us..They also gave us the number for a great scuba instructor! :)
The apartment is an absolute delight-warm cosy and colourful...It was very clean and well equipped.. It has everything you could possibly need and a great location too-Just a few minutes from the bus stop and super market.
