Situated in Las Terrenas, this lovely house for £121 per night is a great option for your next break. Villa Caribbean dreams, offering 3 beautiful air-conditioned rooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool with its built-in jacuzzi, all ideally located in an intimate and secure Residential at 200 meters from the prestigious Las Terrenas beach: Las Ballenas. It has a neat decoration and finishing, all modern comforts in a tropical setting, Zen atmosphere and welcoming. All the options of modern life are offered in this wonderful villa. Life is organized easily on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the terrace, living room and dining area. A first bedroom equipped with a 200 * 200 king-size bed, another equipped with two 100 * 190 twin beds. It has a laundry area, a door that opens on the back of the house to access the drying area. Only the master bedroom is located upstairs, with a 200 * 200 King Size bed, an office area, a safe and a double sink bathroom. The villa is equipped with an inverter to mitigate the few power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general. Also it has a large shutter that opens the entire villa and always you will have the feeling of living outside. The villa offers large volumes that help with relaxation. The harmonies of colors are perfectly mastered, no wrong note. Also it has relaxing atmosphere and holidays. For your information: Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD. A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe. We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

We really loved our trip to Las Terrenas and this rental was a big part of that! The property is clean and well-maintained with a beautiful private garden. The pool was wonderful, the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and we were able to park our rental car inside the gates so everything felt secure. The location was great - a close walk to the beach and into town, but we did appreciate having a car to get to the larger grocery stores. The staff for check-in and check-out was also very good - clear communication and reliable. Getting to the town from the Santiago airport was a bit challenging on back roads - about three hours to travel 60 miles - but that was part of the adventure.

We just came home after staying here for the month of February and I can’t say enough about how wonderful this villa is. It is exactly as in the photos and truly is a 4 minute walk to a beautiful long beach. The house was very clean, perfect size for 6 people, very quiet area and extremely safe. Marie Hélène made everything so easy. You can walk into town along the beach in just over 1km. There are such good restaurants there, an Italian Cafe and gelato shop too. Or you can go to your beach in the short walk and eat at any restaurant there. If you are planning to work remotely there are frequent power failures so be aware of the adequacy of the back up inverter system in any villa you rent.

Nous avons été accuellis chaleureusement par Manuel à notre arrivée. Il nous a fait faire le tour du propriétaire et nous avons découvert une superbe villa. Surprise! En plus de l'eau potable promise, un magnifique plateau de fruits tropicaux nous attendait. Par la suite, Manuel a répondu à nos demandes au besoin. Nous avons rencontré le jardinier et la femme de ménage qui ont fait un entretien impeccable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique endroit près de l'océan. Nous avons profité de la cuisine toute équipée pour préparer tous nos repas. Nous avons mangé un seul repas dans un très bon restaurant près de la plage à dix minutes à pied. Nous avons aimé le grand salon où nous avons découvert dans le meuble-télé une petite bibliothèque de livres en français (romans, guides touristques, etc) qui nous ont divertis pendant la soirée. La télévision donnait accès à des chaînes françaises, espagnoles, italienne, allemande, etc. mais la réception n'était pas toujours bonne. Nous avons bien dormi dans un très grand lit grâce à la ventilation et à l'air climatisé facile à régler selon nos besoins. Mais un des moustiquaires de la chambre a laissé passer quelques moustiques. La piscine bien entrtenue nous a permis de nous rafraîchir après chacune de nos randonnées à la plage et dans le secteur plus commercial de Las Terrenas. La plage était à cinq minutes à pied et tout était à moins d'une demi-heure de marche. Nous avons découvert deux supermarchés à moins de 10 minutes en auto. Attention aux motos, elles sont partout! En conclusion, un excellent séjour qui nous permis d'entrer en contact avec la culture de la République dominicaine.

What a vacation!! We rented the house for two months and had the best time. The house is everything you can expect, very safe, clean ,bright open outside & inside leaving, gorgeous pool and I can go on. The location was also beyond perfect, at about 45 second walk to the beach (Las Ballenas). Marie-Helen , Camille and all the team were so professional and so easy to deal with, ready to help at anytime ,day or night, and answering any questions we had. We're missing it so bad already.
