Would not recommend!

Excellent location and very helpful happy staff

The hotel is very tired and not overly clean in all areas, needs a complete refurbishment. Didn’t help that they told us they were closing for the lunar new year (4 days of our holiday) even though we booked months in advance. So they moved us to their partner hotel which was even worse , with mould and damp issues would not recommend either hotels again.

Goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ze hebben ons geholpen met onze vervolgreis. Ons verblijf van 2 dagen met gezin bestaande uit twee kinderen (12 en 9 jaar) was goed. Vanuit hier waren restaurants en Ho Hoan Kiem meer op een paar minuten loopafstand. Zeer aan te bevelen.

Soms last van verstopte toilet.

Very nice and value for money

Strategic location. You can go anywhere just by walking. The place is quite small, but it's very comfortable and beautiful!

At night the sidewalk is dark

Great hotel in the Old quarter.

The decor was smart and the bathroom was lovely. It was nice to have a little balcony. The staff were absolutely brilliant, we had a couple of issues on our trip and they went above and beyond to help us sort things out.

I found the beds too firm but my partner and son didn’t.

Nick at Reception was great

The accomodation is terrible. Very old and you need to turn on the hot water for 30 mins before you can shower, after being cold and wet all day a nice shower was needed but had to wait. A lady at reception was quite rude when we didn’t want to book the car to the airport that she recommended and came out to our grab driver yelling something, he was then reluctant to take us. Terrible

Very cozy and comfortable hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter

Small hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter, close to the lake and everything else. We didn't know what to expect because there was a neon sign and the entry was small, but the rooms were great. There were two big queen beds (we are a family of 4) that were super comfortable, and a large bathroom, and there was AC. It's not luxury, but it's more than adequate and we could have easily stayed here longer to explore Hanoi, but only had 1 night, sadly. The staff also had the best English of all the places we'd been, so they were super helpful.

No complaints, lovely place to stay.

Location and friendly staff members

First, they changed the type of rooms of our booking and then tried to overcharge as our original booking were unavailable. Finally, room without a window and no matching the description of the listings

Recommend for price, position and for the staff kindness

Great position and super staff! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, assisting our travel even after our check-out! I would definitely recommend them with any doubt!

No breakfast and restaurant service but the desk girls helped us suggesting cool places to have breakfast and lunch, definitely not a big deal!

The electricity tripped twice in the night. Requested for change of room but claimed the hotel is full.

Staff was friendly, prompt in responding to our requests.

Hotel is old, lift only service until Level 8 and we have to walk up to level 9 which is the highest level.

Perfecto salvo por el baño

La ubicación está genial, el hotel en general también, el personal encantador. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.

El baño. La habitación era enorme y muy bonita, pero el baño estaba bastante mal. La ducha rota, salía agua por todos lados menos por la ducha en si, estaba todo medio viejo y roto. No concordaba el baño con la habitación .

Pleasant stay

Central location, friendly and helpful staff and AC was very good (needed in 37 degrees heat). Netflix on the tv when the wifi wanted to work.

Room looked a little dated in comparison to the photos, was clean enough but not spotless. Wifi on the 8th floor did not work not sure if a hotel wide issue.

Disappointing

Location was fantastic. Easy to navigate through old quarter. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff were friendly

Lift was broken, we were on the 7th floor so not ideal. No breakfast even though it was advertised as included.

lovely location. lovely staffs but rooms are just very tight and air conditioning is not great for a hot day

the location was great. close to the centre and walkable distance to all the food places and near the beautiful lake.

the room was very very small and claustrophobic. aircon was not working well at all and there isn’t much ventilation. very tight squeeze.

our stay in Hanoi was amazing!

the property was located within walking distance to most of the sites and restaurants in Hanoi. James and Rose, the front desk attendants were super friendly, and very helpful with booking a walking food tour and the tour to Ninh Binh. The rooms were very nice and extremely clean. the beds were super comfortable as well. would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Very good

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. they help us throughout the stay. they are kind enough to let us stay at the lobby when we reach there around 4am. the room and toilet is a bit small but still comfortable and clean. the location is great too as it is near to hoan kiem lake.
