Location. The Ardennes is a wonderfull place. Nature in its best.

Unacceptable behaviour towards her customers. In the description is written you get the "whole house" but the owner lives on the top floor. At first she seemed to be a nice woman. But she isnt when there arrived an extra guest we wanted to pay the amount that also would be charged in booking.com if we add another person. But she asked triple this price. I didnt agree with that. She gave us an uncomfortable feeling because she was watching us in the garden from her top floor. In the garden is the Jacuzzi located. No privacy whatsoever. So because of the ridiculous price she asked for our extra guest. And her agressive tone, we decided to leave after 1 night. The second night was paid for but booking.com was unwilling to help us find a solution for the problem. Our safety and comfort should be the first priority. When i asked for another accomodation or my money back for the second night. Which we didnt stay there. The answer was : No. So we were stranded and had to find another place to sleep for the night ourselves. We are very dissapointed in all parties involved. Before corona booking.com was more willingly to help their customers...

Martine is a great host. De accomodation is basic but everything you need is available. The jacuzzi works fine, altough you don't have a lot of privacy there. Overall it's certainly something I recommend.
