Pelican Waters is a delightful 3 bedroom townhouse situated adjacent to the lake in Ocean Grove, few minutes drive to the beach, Barwon river, fantastic restaurants, shops only a few minutes walk. Being at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, a 15-20 minute drive places you in Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington or to many of the districts wineries and olive groves. Pelican Waters is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with new queen size Sealy Villa Plush mattresses and a third bedroom with two single beds with comfy new mattresses. Sleeping a total of 6 persons... the townhouse is light, modern and fully self contained. There are two toilets, two showers, and large bath. The house is air conditioned and heated throughout. Your stay will will be made that much more pleasant with a wall mounted 65inch smart TV, Blue-ray DVD & Bose stereo system, Bose portable speaker, Wi-fi, charging station and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equiped for your stay and complete with dishwasher, microwave, sufficient crockery, cutlery, and glass wear. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The outdoor courtyard comes with a webber bbq, large outdoor umbrella and outdoor setting for eight also comfy chairs for relaxing on lazy summer days. Pelican Waters is a great summer holiday destination for your next holiday. Quilts, pillows and hand towels are provided. JUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES & TOWELS. This property is like home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and well facilitated with quality appliances. The playground and basketball court nearby was handy for our children. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to rebook. The host is a great communicator and very accomodating.

Carol was a wonderful host. She was great to communicate with. Her place was very spacious for a family of four. The place was modern and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were thoughtful details such as charging cords by the bed. Location was very ideal for us. It was a short drive to local wineries in Ocean Grove, Barwon Head Golf Club and Thirteenth Beach. We enjoyed the local coffee/brunch spot ‘Garage’. Thank you Carol. We look forward to returning if you will have us again 😊

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Its perfect for a family or couples, with a nature reserve to walk around at the rear of the property and playground across the road.

Lovely modern property with well appointed kitchen, and great location to explore Bellarine Peninsula. Heating and cooling throughout. Adjacent playground and lake walk are great for kids. Excellent communication from host. Highly recommended.

This is the best Staz place I have stayed in. Very well equiped, clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend. Carol the owner was lovely and all information about the stay was promptly sent and easy to follow.

The house has a peaceful and relaxing feel about it. Clean and spacious, comfortable with a generous supply of kitchenware.
We didn’t spend much time in the house as we were out and about for most of it but will definitely keep it in mind for another visit.

Our family of 6 found Pelican Waters a great place to stay. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and with the park across the road and Lake at the back convenient for outdoor activities. The host was very helpful with making our stay as hassle free as possible.

Property is well set up to make your feel at home. We could not fault it at all. The property has everything you could think of in it. We could just come in and relax. I would highly recommend the property & the owner was wonderful to deal with. Next time I'm back this property would be the first one I would check to see if it is available.

From the moment we booked we were impressed. Carol was attentive and personal, made contact with me to offer advice and recommendations. The property was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Beds were super comfy and decor lovely. We were overall incredibly thankful and thrilled with our stay. Pelican Waters is a very comfortable, clean house in a great location. The house provides a very relaxing feel, is modern, has all the comforts of home and is well stocked. Carol is a fantastic host. We stayed 5 nights while visiting for a family wedding in Barwon Heads. The home was spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and many thoughtful details throughout. Communication with our host Carol was prompt, friendly and responsive. The area is beautiful; the shops are a few short minutes drive away, with great cafes and restaurants. Barwon Heads is only 15mins drive away just over the river. Highly recommended property, we would definitely book again.

Perfect location near the Blue Lake and just a few minutes' drive from Ocean Grove Beach and shopping centre; clean; well-appointed and extremely comfortable. Carol is a delightful and responsive host, and we really couldn't ask for more!

Much thanks to host Carol. This was probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Clean and comfortable on every level, and every appliance you could wish for. Lovely courtyard and being close to the lake was a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very relaxing time at Pelican Waters celebrating our Mum's 83rd birthday. The property exceeded our expectations in regard to cleanliness, comfort, location and very detailed communications from Carol, making us feel very welcome. What a wonderful stay we had at Pelican Waters. The property manager was very friendly & helpful in her communications with us. The townhouse is fitted out with everything you could possibly need for a family or friends getaway. The location is very handy to the beach, river, town centre & walking tracks. Can highly recommend & we will certainly love to return in the near future.

A really lovely house, it’s a relatively new build and has all the creature comforts covered. We were there in the depths of winter and it was lovely and cosy. A really lovely spot too, overlooking the park. We would happily return! Thanks for having us

Lovely stay in Ocean Grove
Very clean, updated and child friendly property. Nice decor and is equipped with everything you need including lots of games and toys to occupy the kids. Great big park with a playground and lake right opposite the property. Pefect for kids. Great heating for those chilly days/nights too
