In February 2021, Costa Rei was awarded the “Travel Blogger Award” by Lonely Planet, the prestigious publishing house that writes travel guides, as it was considered one of the 5° most beautiful beaches in the world. The villa looks out over a nice, private condominium park, 1600 m2 park typical of the Mediterranean flora, which has private parking. The house it is in the centre of Costa Rei, just 150 m from the main road full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, news vendors, banks, and squares with lots of activities on offer. The inside of the house comprises: A dining/sitting room with air conditioning (23 m2), pellet stove, and stone fireplace; 1 master double room (16 m2) with private bathroom and shower and air conditioning, 1 double room with 1 bed (17 m2) + 1 bed for children available upon request and air conditioning. Also there is 1 double room with 1 french bed (10 m2) + a sofa bed, another bathroom with shower (4 m2), and a hall way (3.70 m2). The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay and is in a very central location, where you can walk to the most beautiful beach. Just the perfect stay. Clean house with a very nice garden, fully equipped and very close to the beach (less than 10 minutes to walk). The host answers in short time in case of questions and is a super nice person.

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The house is perfect: amazing outdoor kitchen, which means you really can spend most of your time outside; large enclosed garden which is great for kids; a glorious outdoor shower, perfect for when you get back from the beach; and views of the sea from the front terrace. The house is a short walk from the incredible seaside and there are enough local amenities to mean you don’t really need a car. The beach was great for young kids; warm and a gentle incline so they could play safely. Enrico and his brother went out of their way to make it a good trip. They were always available to help with recommendations and travel arrangements; they were super friendly and efficient. We thoroughly recommend this place - really a perfect family holiday!

Highly recommend this beautiful property. Spotless clean, extremely well equipped and serviced, very comfortable indoors for 5 people, and the gardens are well maintained and pretty. The outdoor kitchen is ideal for BBQ and chilled dining at any time of the day. Beach is a less than 10 minute stroll away and Costa Rei centre is just a few minutes away. We recommend 2 great restaurants; ‘La Bottega Paneevino’ and ‘Ristorante Sa Cardiga e Su Pisci’. The local beach is beautiful but we also enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches by car. Hosts Enrico and Gi are very kind, helpful, attentive, and responsive to all our needs. Excellent communication and gave us great recommendations for local trips. We had a wonderful holiday here and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Wow! We absolutely loved this place. We were 3 of us (with my husband and mom) for a week. Communication with the hosts started months ahead, followed by periodic check ins and while at the property, even after we left. The house's location was perfect for us. It’s not on a busy street, so it was quite when we’re were home, and only about 5-7 minute walk to the nearest beach. House is equipped with absolutely everything! No need to worry about that. Improbably clean and most important, for us, there was AC. Our stay could have not been better. Thanks to all the hosts and the care they put in that property. Absolutely recommend it!

Traumhafer Urlaub
Von Anfang an hat uns dieses Haus begeistert. Die beiden Bäder, die schönen und sauberen Zimmer, die Aussenküche und der tolle Essplatz auf der Terrasse. Und unser ganz persönliches Highlight war die Aussendusche. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Auch aufgrund des guten Verhältnisses zu den Vermietern und dem so herzlichen Empfang.

ein sehr gutes Haus mit einer tollen Betreuung
Das Haus hat die Ausstattung, die für uns wichtig ist - Klimaanlage (Nächte sind oft sehr warm), Geschirrspüler, schnelles Internet (kaum zu treffen für eine Strandlage), Küche.
Alles funktionierte perfekt.
Eine große überdachte Terrasse.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand läuft man gefühlt 5-7 Minuten.
Die Hausinhaber sind absolut hilfsbereit, nett und sehr freundlich, es ist eine echte Freude, solche Gastgeber zu haben.
Wir sind echt dankbar für alles.

Ein äußerst entspannter Urlaub in wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir können nur positives berichten. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, eine schöne Terrasse, ein sehr schön angelegter großer Garten und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Nähe zum Strand und ein Gastgeber, der sich immer wieder erkundigt hat, ob der Aufenthalt angenehm ist. Enrico, vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Tolles Haus mit vielen schönen Blickrichtungen
Wir waren in der letzten Oktoberwoche 2021 in diesem schönen Haus. Das Wetter war schon sehr wechselhaft und es waren sonst praktisch keine Urlauber mehr vor Ort, auch die Läden und Restaurants schlossen eines nach dem anderen. Das war aber egal, denn wir konnten uns noch ohne Probleme selbst versorgen und dieses schöne Haus in einem sehr ruhigen Umfeld genießen. Die Vermieter waren - wie schon vielfach beschrieben - unglaublich freundlich und das Haus zeichnet sich für uns vor allem dadurch aus, dass es viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten mit unterschiedlichen Blicken in die schöne Umgebung hat. Das Haus ist ein Reihenendhaus mit schönem Garten. Den tollsten Blick bietet natürlich die überdachte Veranda vor dem Haus auf das Meer. Aber auch im Garten oder hinter dem Haus kann man wunderbar und geschützt vor Sonne oder Regen die Zeit verbringen und entspannen. Danke an unsere netten Vermieter!

Unsere perfekten Ferien in der Villa Lucy!
Wir würden mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn dies möglich wäre. Wir hatten als kleine Familie eine wundervolle Ferienwoche in der Villa Lucy.
Der Kontakt zu Enrico war von Beginn an sehr herzlich und sehr zuverlässig. Wir wurden so umfassend mit Infos zum Haus informiert, dass wir perfekt vorbereitet in den Urlaub starten konnten. Vor Ort wurden wir unglaublich freundlich und warmherzig empfangen. Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett, was für uns unglaublich erleichternd war. Die Ausstattung des Hauses liegt unserer Meinung nach über allem, was erwartet werden kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe und Detail eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Das Grundstück bietet mitsamt der beiden Terrassen und des Gartens sehr viel Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Der Garten ist toll angelegt und super gepflegt.
Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Einerseits war es in der Nebensaison super ruhig, andererseits konnten wir fußläufig das Meer sowie Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichen. Die Lage am Berg ermöglicht wirklich traumhafte Ausblicke zu allen Tageszeiten. Dies hat selbst unseren kleinen Sohn fasziniert! Mit dem Auto sind die weiteren Strände in der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen.
Wir sind schon viel gereist und haben viele Ferienwohnungen erleben dürfen, aber diese hat uns, auch durch die unglaublich zuvorkommenden Vermieter einfach restlos überzeugt und uns einen Urlaub beschert, der nicht schöner hätte sein können.

Wunderschöner Ferienort, super Unterkunft
Die Villa Lucy hat uns sehr gefallen, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und fast wie zu Hause! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter Enrico und Giuseppe sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber. Schon zum Voraus sind sie bemüht einem die bestmöglichste Unterstützung für die Reise und den Aufenthalt in Costa Rei zu bieten. Bei Ankunft wird man sehr freundlich empfangen, erhält sogar noch ein Willkommensgeschenk und alles im Haus wird erklärt und gezeigt. Danach fragen sie regelmässig nach, ob alles i.O. sei, dies aber ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Haus selber ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und entspricht in allen Details den Fotos auf der Internetseite. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht positiv überrascht. Auch hat es jenstes Material zur Stelle (Wasch- und Putzmittel, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme etc. etc.). Die Aussenküche ist top, da gut eingerichtet und in der gedeckten Veranda, welche für uns wie ein tolles Wohnzimmer im Freien war. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, man ist schnell zu Fuss im Ort, wo es alles zu kaufen gibt und überall Restaurants sind. Einzig der zu Fuss erreichbare Strand war überbevölkert, daher sind wir jeweils mit dem Auto etwas weiter gefahren um bessere, weniger bevölkerte Strände zu suchen. Aber das lag auch daran, dass im August in Italien Ferragosto ist und daher sehr viele italienische Touristen das wunderschöne Sardinien besuchen. Die Villa Lucy können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gestimmt. Wir danken Enrico und Giuseppe herzlich für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit. Falls wir je wieder nach Sardinien kommen, wird es Costa Rei und die Villa Lucy sein!

Ruhiges Haus an der Costa Rei
Dieses Haus liegt nur 8 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Obwohl es ein touristischer Ort ist, liegt dieses Haus sehr ruhig in einer Privatstr. Es hat eine wunderbare große Terrasse, die an den Seiten offen ist, mit schönen wehenden weißen Tüchern, die etwas Wind vermitteln. Auf dieser Terrasse ist eine Außenküche, in der alles vorhanden ist, so daß man gut draußen kochen kann. Wir haben uns nur auf dieser Terrasse aufgehalten und waren nur zum Schlafen im Haus. Sonnenschirme sind im Haus, die man wirklich braucht am Strand. Das Wasser ist so super klar und türkis bis grün. Am schönsten am Strand ist es morgens und abends. Auf dem Weg vom Strand geht man am Spar-Geschäft vorbei, in dem man fast alles bekommt. Nebenan ist gleich ein Fischgeschäft, in dem man frischen Fisch bekommt. Im schönen, gepflegten Garten des Hauses ist eine Außendusche, dort kann man prima ungesehen duschen.
Enrico und Guiseppe sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert.
Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Strandurlaub, wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Wunderbare Tage in traumhaft schöner Umgebung
Wir haben im Juni 2021 14 Tage in dem top gepflegten Haus von Enrico und Gi verbracht. Schon der Empfang war sehr liebenswürdig und vermittelte das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Das Haus war mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt.
Herzlichen Dank an Enrico und Gi. Wir waren schon oft auf Sardinien, haben hier aber unseren Lieblingsort gefunden und werden gern wiederkommen.

Una fantastica esperienza, pulita e accogliente!
La Lucy è veramente molto graziosa e grande, luminosa, tenuta in modo impeccabile e fornita di qualsiasi cosa vi possa servire. La pulizia è perfetta, la biancheria profumatissima, un grande giardino ben tenuto, con splendide piante ed una comodissima doccia esterna in pietra e con l’acqua calda. Molto vicina sia al centro che alla spiagge, raggiungibili entrambi a piedi in pochi minuti, vicina ai supermercati e ai ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla e con un super panorama sul golfo di Costa Rei. Il mare è cristallino e la sabbia bianca e fine, abbiamo girato parecchio per turismo ma questa costa è una delle più belle in assoluto, pochissime reggono il confronto.
Enrico e il fratello sono delle persone speciali, super gentili e disponibilissimi a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie su quello che c'è da fare e da vedere, attenti a qualsiasi bisogno e richiesta dell'ospite. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e abbiamo avuto modo di visitare dei posti stupendi che speriamo di poter rivedere presto. Consigliato vivamente a tutti!!!

Pulita confortevole e vicina al mare
La casa è grande comoda e molto pulita! La doccia calda esterna una vera comodità, suggerirei magari di creare un pò di privacy essendo di fronte alla veranda.
Fornita di tutto dalla biancheria letto ai teli mare. Molto comodo!
Mi è capitato più volte di affittare anche su altri siti ma non mi era mai capitato di avere una tale accoglienza e cortesia. Enrico è stato assolutamente super! E il cesto di benvenuto è stato assolutamente gradito! Tutti prodotti locali e dolcetti sardi preparati dalla mamma ...buonissimi!
Insomma in un anno così particolare sono stati 15gg di tranquillità e questo sicuramente anche all'attenzione riservata a chi viene ospite in questa villetta.

Sehr, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben auch gleich mehrere Willkommensgeschenke erhalten. Es wurde alles hervorragend erklärt. Beide Brüder sprechen gutes Englisch, so dass es keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme gab. Das Haus ist wirklich toll und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Insgesamt alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus ist unbedenklich weiter zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderbare Villa mit sehr netten Vermietern
Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Es passte einfach alles. Wir kamen an und wurden sehr nett von Guiseppe und Enrico mit einem Willkommenskorb empfangen. Guiseppe und Enrico sind tolle Vermieter, die sich schon im Vorfeld sehr gut um uns gekümmert haben.
Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strand ... alles fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Veranda vorne mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer.
Wir werden immer gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Ruhige Lage, gepflegtes Objekt. Man findet im Haus alles, was man braucht. Die Betreuung durch Enrico und Gianmarco und die Kommunikation mit Ihnen sind vorbildlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten in Italien das Beste, was wir bisher hatten. Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Ein empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Besser geht es nicht!
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern an der Costa Rei verbracht und uns im Haus von Enrico und Giuseppe wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Bereits im Vorfeld hat uns Enrico mit Anreiseinformationen und Fotos versorgt und bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet (inkl. brennender Kerzen und Präsentkorb). Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme, Strandstühle, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl...alles inklusive. Das Haus und der Garten sind absolut gepflegt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Unser Highlight war die Außenküche und die Außendusche (mit warmem Wasser).
Die Gegend an der Costa Rei ist wunderschön. Zum tollen Strand geht man ca. 10 Minuten bergab, vorbei an Supermarkt, Fischladen und Metzger. Ein Bäcker ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Dementsprechend fehlt es an nichts.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Haus von Enrico und Giuseppe Urlaub machen. Es war einfach ein Traum! Vielen Dank!

Traumhafter Familienurlaub auf Sardinien
Wunderschöne Villetta mit tollem Blick über Costa Rei und auf das Meer. Sehr grosser, gut gepflegter Garten. Highlight der Villetta ist ganz klar die überdachte Terrasse mit Kochnische, sozusagen ein „erweitertes Wohnzimmer“.
Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, welche auch bei jeglichen Fragen oder für Informationen immer sofort zur Verfügung standen.
Gehzeit zum Strand 5 - 10 Minuten, Jessy Beach Bar!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bar‘s, etc. alles zu Fuss in max. 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Excellent
This is certainly a home away from home! The location is perfect - the house is well planned and in perfect order. We spent the evenings in the garden or in the outside kitchen with dinner area. In the mornings we had our breakfast on the small porch, with a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. Costa Rei is a nice place, and you are right in the middle of it, within walking distance to an excellent beach, restaurants and shops. From the moment we booked until the day we traveled back home Enrico and Giuseppe kept in close contact and made us feel welcome. You can not have better hosts! We truly recommend this place, and hope to return some day.

Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen!
Kann ein Ferienhaus durchweg eine 5 Sterne Bewertung erhalten? Ja, es kann! Villa Lucy ist kein Ferienhaus sondern für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes ein Zuhause ! Ich möchte nicht wiederholen, was in vorangegangenen Bewertungen bereits gesagt wurde...daher nur in Kürze...ALLES war perfekt ! Ein wundervolles Haus, liebevoll und mit allem , was man braucht, ausgestattet. Restaurant , Supermarkt, Eissalon und ein wunderschöner Strand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und reagieren zeitnah auf alle Fragen...Nochmals vielen Dank, besonders an Enrico, für die Geduld und Freundlichkeit trotz mancher wohl typischer Touristenanfragen per Whatsapp...Enrico wollte z.B.extra persönlich vorbeikommen ,weil wir Probleme mit der Nespresso Maschine hatten ,welche sich dann aber gelöst hatten. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und perfekt erholt. Ein Traumhaus und die atemberaubenden Natur Sardiniens, die wir mit dem eigenen Auto erkundet haben...besser geht es nicht! Der Abschied ist uns nur deshalb nicht ganz so schwer gefallen, weil wir direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder reserviert haben !

We have spent a week in mid-april in the "Villa Lucy" in Costa Rei and we can absolutely recommend it. The hosts are absolutely friendly and helpful, they stay in contact before and during the stay and welcomed us with drinks and fruits - just perfect!
The house is in a very good shape, very clean and well-equipped. There are three bedrooms. We've stayed there with two children and had loads of space. The outdoor-kitchen is very nice and has a huge fridge and a barbecue. In the house you will find a good oven which is important because the nights are still cold in april, so no one has to freeze. The bathrooms might be a bit small, but you have a shower outside in the garden with warm (!) water, so it's a pleasure to use this, too. Talking about the garden: Its a really nice garden in a perfect condition, with blooming plants and citron-tree and it's quite private because the neighbours don't have a "direct look". And the best is of course the terrasse in front of the house - with a beautiful view on the sea!
Costa Rei is a touristic place which would offer in summer many restaurants, supermarkets and probably lots of touristsetc. Mid-april many places have been still closed, but there was enough choice of restaurants at the evening and a nice café for ice-cream. For a supermarket we had to take the car.
From "Villa Lucy" to the beach you walk about 8 to 10 minutes. It's a great, superlong beach with beautiful water, soft sand and and a great view to the rocks. In april it's too cold to swim, but you can spend a relaxed time on the beach on sunny days, there are some tourists, but not many, so it's really relaxing and quiet.
So, to summarize: We can recommend the place, the house and the hosts and would like to thank them for their precious care!

The outdoor-kitchen is very nice and has a huge fridge and a barbecue. In the house you will find a good oven which is important because the nights are still cold in april, so no one has to freeze. The bathrooms might be a bit small, but you have a shower outside in the garden with warm (!) water, so it's a pleasure to use this, too. Talking about the garden: Its a really nice garden in a perfect condition, with blooming plants and citron-tree and it's quite private because the neighbours don't have a "direct look". And the best is of course the terrasse in front of the house - with a beautiful view on the sea!
Costa Rei is a touristic place which would offer in summer many restaurants, supermarkets and probably lots of touristsetc. Mid-april many places have been still closed, but there was enough choice of restaurants at the evening and a nice café for ice-cream. For a supermarket we had to take the car.
From "Villa Lucy" to the beach you walk about 8 to 10 minutes. It's a great, superlong beach with beautiful water, soft sand and and a great view to the rocks. In april it's too cold to swim, but you can spend a relaxed time on the beach on sunny days, there are some tourists, but not many, so it's really relaxing and quiet.
So, to summarize: We can recommend the place, the house and the hosts and would like to thank them for their precious care!

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern
Wir waren im September 2018 für 12 Tage an der Costa Rei. Das Haus ist schön gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert und auch schon vor der Ankunft bei allen fragen behilflich. Sie versuchen allen Wünschen gerecht zu werden und antworten stets schnell. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat Enrico Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben und sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in circa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wirklich schön angelegt. Alles in allem ein super Ferienhaus, welches man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.

The house is perfectly located and is ideal for a relaxed stay at one of the most wonderful coast we have ever seen. Everything is in a perfect condition whith much love for the detail and for the comfort of guests. Thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of Enrico and Gi we spent a great time! Giving a five star review rises the number of rivals in booking this lovely accommodation but is only fair 😀.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Monte Nai
Im Juni 2018 verbrachten wir - 4 Erwachsene- unseren gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Wir buchten die Villa Lucy und waren gespannt, was uns erwartete.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Brüdern Enrico und Gi empfangen, die uns mit einem Korb sardischer Spezialitäten überraschten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist sehr geschmackvoll und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind alle liebevoll gestaltet und alles ist sehr sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die praktische Outdoorküche mit überdachter Terrasse, die jeden Morgen bei Sonnenschein zum Frühstück einlädt. Außerdem befindet sich im schönen, gepflegten Garten eine Dusche mit heißem und kaltem Wasser die sehr nützlich ist, wenn man vom Strand zurückkommt. Die Abende kann man sehr gut auf der vorderen Terrasse ausklingen lassen, man hat einen herrlichen Blick - durch die Hanglage bedingt- zum Meer. Fußläufig erreicht man den langen Sandstrand -auch für Kinder super geeignet- in ca. 10 Minuten. Ebenso Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Sehr schöne Location
Die Villa Lucy ist ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig, fußläufig erreicht man in ein paar Minuten den Supermarkt, den Strand und Restaurants. Wir waren Ende Oktober da, und in der letzten Woche schlossen die meisten Restaurants und auch die Supermärkte waren nicht mehr ausreichend bestückt. Mit Mietwagen ist das kein Problem, und wir haben die Ruhe im gesamten Ort sehr genossen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.Man hat 2 überdachte Terrassen zur Verfügung. Der Blick von der vorderen Terrasse ist traumhaft, mit einem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet: umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, Wlan, ausreichend Handtücher, auch für den Strand.
Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert. Schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Sie nehmen sich die Zeit für die persönliche Begrüssung und auch bei unserer Abreise um 7.00 Uhr morgens waren sie zur Stelle.Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir einen Korb mit sardischen Spezialitäten.
Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein toller Familienurlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus
Zwei Wochen Strandurlaub Anfang Oktober in Costa Rei - Top Wetter, das Mehr ist noch warm und ein sehr schönes Feriendomiziel !
Schon der Kontakt zur Anmietung und die Abstimung bei der Anreise war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, ebenso die Begrüssung bei der Ankunft.
Das Haus ist das ehemalige Haus der Familie und sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Aussenküche mit Essplatz hat es uns angetan. Hier hat sich hauptsächlich unser Familienleben abgespielt. Das Haius liegt ruhig in einer Privatstrasse und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer von der Hausvordserseite aus.
Bis zum Strand - oder auch zu Restaurants oder zum Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg - wir hatten einen Bollerwagen dabei und konnten unseren PKW fast die ganze Zeit auf dem Hausparkplatz stehen lassen.
Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und würden selbst jederzeit wieder buchen.

A very nice spot, right in the middle of Costa Rei. The house is very confortable and located very close to the beach and the facilities (3 minutes by foot). The place is calm and very well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the huge terrace and the shower in the garden. Instructions for access were very clear and the welcome was excellent. We highly recommend this place for families or also for couples. Don't forget to visit Capo Ferrato, Villasimius or Cagliari in the area. Climb at the top of Monte Ferru to see the sunset; it's simply amazing ! One day on a rented boat is also a great experience. We rented a boat by Blu & Blu in the marina of Villasimius. Book in advance during summer to make sure you get one. And enjoy the many secluded beaches around Capo Carbonara and Punta Molentis.

I cannot praise this house enough! Absolutely wonderful! Giuseppe and Enrico were extremely welcoming and kind, the house had everything we could have wished for and more. We would spend hours in the evenings sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful view! The house is extremely comfortable, luxurious, spotless clean and we all absolutely loved it! We cannot wait to go back next year!
The location is ideal in a lovely quite area, with a view of both the sea and the mountains, yet at walking distance from the beach and all amenities.
My husband and I have traveled all over the world and have a vast experience in all kinds of accommodation, but I can safely say this was by far the best we have ever experienced!

Everything you could want
You can't get much better than this. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, quiet, in a pretty garden with a great view and yet only 5 minutes walk from a superb beach and excellent family restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean on our arrival and our charming hosts had a generous welcome basket ready for us. The house had everything we needed and we spent a wonderful week there. We'd highly recommend Villa Lucy for a holiday destination and will certainly return ourselves. Thanks Giuseppe.

We had a wonderful days in this Villa. Set in amongst the wonderful garden it is a very peaceful and relaxing place.The view of the sea from the anterior terrace is simply perfect. The villa itself is full of character and charm and suited our needs and surpassed our expectations.
Our hosts were very nice and helpful and we much appreciated the lovely bowl of fruit and the bottles of wine, etc. left for us on our arrival. Would definitely recommend this house if you're looking for cosy luxury with a unique feel right near to the beach .All in all definitely one of the best Villas we have stayed in, we would recommend it and would love to stay there again!!
