About this apartment rental
The property is newly built ( year 2014) and furnished in a modern and welcoming style. It is on the ground floor, with living room and kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. The house is approximately 65 sq m. It has a privat garden, furnished with table and chairs for 4 people, where you can have lunch or relax. There is a climb to get to the level of the house. The house is located in a green area. The road is closed to traffic (access reserved only for our home) and in front of a sports area with a basketball court. 4 people can stay thanks to the spacious bedroom and the sofa bed (located in the living room). There is only one bedroom. In the house you will find air conditioning, wi-fi connection, smart TV, oven, dishwasher and equipment to enjoy the garden (2 garden chairs, 4 garden chairs and table, umbrella). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is a private parking space available for the guests, adjacent to the house. It is possible to go around by public transport leading to the center of La Spezia, Portovenere or the central station of Spezia. A few minutes walk away there is a bank, a bar, a pharmacy, a post office, a grocery store, a takeaway pizzeria and some excellent restaurants.

The property is in very good condition, easy to access and the exchange with the owner very smooth. You need a car to get to the flat as is not in the city centre. We enjoyed the stay and had a fab time visiting around la Spezia.

Me and my friends are studying in Florence right, and wanted a place to stay near Portovenere. The apartment was probably the cleanest that I have have ever booked, and the owner was so nice. The bus sutuation to the beach was a little confusing but we figured it out. Overall would recommend!

The apartment has everything you need. But be aware that it is a bit out of La Spezia itself. You will need to either drive or catch the bus in if you want to access the train station and travel on to Cinque Terre. We found that the bus didn’t run very late in the evenings. But it is a lovely base.

Très bon séjour à la Spezia
L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, bien placé. La terrasse est très agréable, nous avons manger dehors ! L'impasse est calme et il est très facile de se garer. Très bien placé pour aller à Porto Venere et aux Cinque Terre. Le bus s'arrête tout près de l'appartement, très pratique ! Peut-être un peu petit pour 4, pour un long séjour, il y a 1 chambre et un canapé lit dans le séjour (pas 2 chambres ). Nous n'avons pas vu la propriétaire mais elle est très réactive par message. Super sympa !

Sehr saubere und neuwertige Unterkunft.
Sehr gut um Cinque Terre und La Specia zu besuchen. Für Strand Bus bzw. Auto notwendig. Standort ist sehr sicher. Gerne wieder.

Réactivité sans conteste de l'hôte, appartement propre et agréable, conforme à l'annonce, confortable.
Quartier un petit peu excentré, il a été pratique d'avoir la voiture.
Terrasse très appréciée, ainsi que les petits aménagements faits pendant notre séjour et sans en avoir émis la demande!

Très positif
C’est un appartement très agréable dans un cartier calme sans bruit :) Il est bien placé a 30 min deS plages et 10 min de la spezia pour prendre les bateaux pour les 5 terres!
Très propres, manquerai peut être un peu de matériel pour cuisiner mais cela reste possible.

New and modern apartement
Tiny little apartement, which was likely new renovated. Even if "Ikea-Style" the appearance was modern and elegant. Host was fast and precise in communication. Everything was like described, but some circumstances you have to be aware: we had great summer days - no AC, means the 2 fans are definitely needed. Due too mosquitos we couldn't let the doors open and sitting on the terrace was difficult either. The easy parking option was great but the neighbourhood was a little "aged". Conclusion for us: great starting point for 5Terre, AC in summer was highly missed but finally absolutely recommendable for a few days.

Apparemment super confortable et idéalement placé pour visiter les 5 terres et Porto Venere qu’il ne faut surtout pas oublier.
Tout est nickel.

Idéal pour visiter les 5 terres
L'appartement est propre et confortable, s'il y avait une petite climatisation ce serait un véritable plus en cas de forte chaleur.
Comme il est situé dans une impasse c'est idéal pour une famille avec enfants (il y a un air de jeux pour les petits juste en face)
Pour ce déplacer il y a un arrêt de bus à 100M (la rue au dessus) et la gare centrale est à 4KM.
Privilégiez le train pour visiter les cinq terres, c'est beaucoup plus pratique (accès compliqué en voiture et stationnement inexistant…)
Bonnes vacances à toutes et à tous et n'oubliez pas de savourer la cuisine Italienne qui est exquise.

Appartement idéal pour notre famille
Dans une petite résidence calme, logement TRES propre, spacieux, fonctionnel. Place de parking réservée très pratique. Supermarché Coop à 5 minutes en voiture. Accès à la station pour visiter les Cinq Terres possible en bus.
Elisa etait très réactive pour répondre à nos questions et son sens de l’accueil a été très apprécié.
Nous recommandons.

Situato in una zona tranquilla e ben equipaggiato c'è tutto quello che si ha bisogno per passare una vacanza tranquilla con la possibilità di visitare i posti più belli della Toscana e della Liguria ( Cinque Terre, portovenere, portofino, Viareggio.) Un grazie a Elisa per la sua disponibilità

Belle location qui correspond tout à fait au descriptif.
Nos 15 jours se sont bien déroulés grâce au bon emplacement de l'appartement pour visiter la région avec les transports en commun et/ou en voiture: Cinque Terre en bateau et en train, Pise, Lucca, Parme, les carrières de Carrara, Lerici…
La chaleur étant très forte, nous avons profité des terrasses pour se reposer. Malheureusement, les travaux sur la route au dessus de la maison ont été bruyants.
Pour éviter les moustiques en soirée, il faut s'installer devant la porte-fenêtre du séjour.
Dans la location rien ne manquait si ce n'est une bouilloire ou un petit poêlon pour chauffer une petite quantité d'eau.
Enfin, les locataires du dessus ont été prévenants et sympathiques avec nous.
Merci à Eliza et son mari pour leur accueil.

Très bonne adresse
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos deux enfants dans l'appartement d'Elisa. Idéalement situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre et Portovenere.
La place de parking permet de ne pas avoir à utiliser la voiture.
Les photos sont conformes, le logement est très propre et les petits présents de bienvenue très appréciables.
Elisa, ses voisins et ses parents ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable malgré un petit soucis indépendant de leur volonté.

Na ja!?
Die Wohnung ist wirklich nett, zweckmäßig, eingerichtet.
Nur leider ist das Umfeld nicht sehr erfreulich!
Die Terassen sind sehr ungepflegt und das Mobiliar im Außenbereich sehr unbequem und wackelig. Ein schattiges Plätzchen zu finden ist tagsüber schon eine Herausforderung.
Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Damit ist auch die Nachtruhe stark beeinträchtigt!
Der Blick von der Terrasse in das Marinearsenal und die heruntergekommenen Sportanlagen ist ebenfalls wenig erfreulich.
Hier Abends auf der Terrasse zu verweilen macht nicht wirklich Spass.
Für Ausflüge nach La Spezia und in die Küstenorte mit dem Bus gut gelegen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr sehr schnell und korrekt.

Lovely apartment in a safe area!
My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend when we were visiting Cinque Terre. The apartment is all updated and has everything you need and very clean. There is a lovey patio to sit out on as well. The only drawback is that it was a little too far away from the city for us. However, there is a bus stop right at the top of the hill and you would be in town within 15 minutes. If we didn't need the markets then it would not have been an issue at all! If you want to get away from the crowds then this is the place for you. I would definitely stay here again!

La région est superbe pour les amateurs de randonnées.

Aucunes surprises l appartement conforme a la description.L accueil et la gentillesse de Monica.La situation (proche des Cinq Terres)Le petit cadeau de bienvenue après une longue route. Elisa est toujours très réactive a nos demande par Mail.

Très belle appartement
Nous avons passé trois nuits agréables dans cet appartement tout neuf.
Rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisants.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Monica, la disponibilité et la gentillesse d'Elisa lors de nos échanges, le petit cadeau de bienvenue...La possibilité de pouvoir profiter de la petite terrasse a été très appréciable.
Les seuls points négatifs sont la proximité de la route même si l'appartement est très bien insonorisé, manque quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine.
Nous recommandons également le restaurant au port de la Gracie Il Gambero.
Nous vous conseillons cette location sans aucun problème!!!

EXCELLENTE LOCATION
Que du bonheur dans cet appartement : il est tout neuf, totalement conforme aux photos, très bien situé pour visiter les Cinq Terre, depuis La Spézia il est aisé de rayonner pour visiter cette magnifique région.
Accueil très aimable des "deux Monica", nous avions notre chien avec nous qui avait la possibilité de se défouler en bas de la maison.
Merveilleux séjour nous recommandons cet appartement.

Es war super!!!
Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in La Spezia. Die Wohnung von Elisa ist sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Dadurch dass der Garten eingezäunt ist, konnte sich unser Hund auch frei bewegen. Die Mieter obendrüber sind sehr herzlich und super nett. Wir hatten unseren Enkelsohn, 6 Jahre, dabei, auch für ihn war es wirklich toll. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.
