Our home sits on a large double lot with a direct and private beach path via a lush and magical sandy trail that we keep "bare foot friendly"! A ONE minute walk and you are at the middle of a beautiful white sandy beach, pristine and very private! There is a heated and fenced pool recently added for our guests to enjoy! To the front of our home is White Pelican Dr., lined with tall and majestic Royal palms, absolute paradise! On the day of your arrival, you will be met at the dock and we will get you and your luggage settled into the house, which comes with your own personal golf cart for your island transportation during your stay. Our island has no cars, no traffic, only lushly lined sandy trails and golf carts! The property is a short 5 minute golf cart ride from the dock. Once you get settled in, you can explore the island with the furnished golf cart, take advantage of our INCLUDED Island Club Membership which offers free bicycle and kayak use, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and other VIP amenities, or just relax and enjoy this magical Island Home.
