We ended up with a couple of extras at short notice and Andrew was happy for us to accommodate them and add them to the bill. We were advised of a forgotten pillow and pick up was sorted for that (we were still in Dunedin)

Perfect for larger families. With a king bed and four single beds split amongst three bedrooms, splitting up the kids becomes easy. Great value. Close to the beach and a cluster of restaurants. Clean and full of all the things you'd expect of a house this size. Just a short drive from central Dunedin. We only stayed a night so weren't able to make much use of all it offers, but this would be a awesome option for longer stays and one we'll certainly make use of.

Master bedroom gets a bit of road noise but this didn't affect the kids and we probably only noticed it because we ordinarily live in a cul de sac.

The whole house was spotless, lots of space, in a great quiet location, close to restaurants and the beach and tastefully decorated. There were heaters in every room, a very effective heat pump in kitchen/living area, lots of hot water for showers & a parking space on property. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable and family orientated.

I hate to complain but we were asked to remove sheets from beds before we left and I was uncomfortable finding that there were no mattress protectors, woolrest or something similar between the sheets and mattresses. This didn't feel very hygienic. Also, our apologies but we had lit the fire (which we were very excited about) before we found the note that we shouldn't be using the fire. Also noticed no smoke alarm in main bedroom.

We made this booking around an hour before we arrived and were absolutely stoked with the location (around 2 or 3 blocks from the beach) and close to St Clair cafes and playground which was perfect for our wee daughter. The house was perfect. When we arrived it was warm and the heat pump worked well at keeping the property warm. The hosts have also put in radiators and warm blankets in each room which was an added bonus (but as the duvet was so warm we didn't find we needed to use them). We loved this house and it was perfect for our wee daughter who is nearly two - lots of space to run around inside and there were even baby plates and spoons which was an added bonus. We had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay - the only thing we could have hoped for was extra time. We loved the location. It is close to the road but quiet and ideal for grabbing a morning coffee. We'll definitely be back!

Comfortable, clean and quiet with good facility's

The holiday home was extremely clean, accomodating and had everything we needed. The beds were all super comfortable too. We loved it!

Older but very nicely renovated house. Great location, pretty quiet and roomy.

Only comment around this would be only one queen size bed in one bedroom, other rooms only had single beds.

Real nice area to stay at and close to the water which was a cool site to be near.

We loved the location, so close to the beach and an easy stroll to 4 square for supplies. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I've looked to try and book again, it's a great place. Thank you 😊

There was a note asking us not to lean on the back of the dining chairs. So we didn't use the dining table in case we broke a chair. Would've preferred sitting at the table for meals.

A full length mirror would be a helpful addition to the household.

The house was simple yet had everything we needed. The location was superb.. when we got there but this location exceeded expectations. Great cafes and a beautiful beach all within 500m

EXTREMELY disappointed with this property. We absolutely needed WiFi during our stay which was advertised as part of the rental property, but the WiFi hardly ever worked. (Probably because the Home did not have a modem - guests were expected to connect to owners WiFi in house next door.) Very frustrating to not have WIFI. In addition the house was cold and damp when we arrived and were told space heaters were in each room. When we turned one of the space heaters on it emitted a toxic smell so we had to turn it off and shut door or room to keep smell from permeating the whole house. After spending 2 nights at property we had to find other accommodations. No Wifi was the biggest deal breaker. We prepaid for a 6-night's stay, but owner would not compensate us for any portion even though he clearly new the WiFI was spotty at best.

Get it's own modem so WiFi is available - otherwise they are falsely advertising that WiFi is available. Also newer furnishings should be purchased. It's a nice, big house, but not very comfortable.
