It was ok but I I wouldn’t rent this place again

The property was in a good decent location to the area we was going to.

The sheets had holes in them. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the bath towels were damp so we went to Walmart and bought towels. No iron or blow dryer. Beds are very uncomfortable. No parking available

Calme et lumineux

L’endroit est calme tout était propre L’accès à l’appartement était bien expliqué, y’avait laundry juste en bas de l’immeuble.

Les frais de ménage étaient élevés mais y’avait un nettoyage ou changement des draps pendant 9jours

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

I really liked the way the staff was so cooperative and responsive. Everything was ready and clean for our arrival.

The street where the buildimg is located is dirty.

Clean and comfortable apartman, close to Hollywood blvrd.

There was a contradiction between the public address and the real address: it was quite confusing when someone wants to find the place.

Nice and cozy. Would stay again

Place was super conveniently located right next to the Hollywood Palladium. Very cozy place with stove and full fridge which was nice, felt homey. Very detailed instructions on where to find key in lock box which was nice. Short walk to the middle of Hollywood. About 15 min drive to WeHo. Stores in walking distance for groceries/needs. Bathroom had a nice shower. Overall place got the job done, made some good memories here with my friends.

A/C wasn't the best and needed an updated TV.

Unsafe, dirty, don’t stay here

nothing, property charged a hidden 105 dollar ‘cleaning’ fee, the beds, wall outlets, lamp, shower drain and kitchen table were all broken. The stains on the mattress were also nasty Overall just not happy with our experience

To much money for what it is

near stores

the area is really bad trash outside the apartment complex smelled like pee. Extremely hard to find outside parking we had to park 2 blocks away. Miss communication with the host they tried telling me to check out an entire day early so that they can clean it for the next host but we had booked for 2 nights not one. Not like the pictures beds are not at all like as the picture

The stay was really bad, i dont recommend this place at all.

Gas stove, and the wig that was left on the floor.

Towels were wet, smelled like clorox, but wasnt clean. burnt holes in the sheets. the door for the closet was broken. Had to go buy our OWN blankets and sheets.

My Own Apartment to Myself

Right in the heart of Hollywood. Walking distance to hotspots in Hollywood such as the Pantages Theater, Walk of Fame, to name a few. Sunset Gower Studios is pretty much around the corner. Great having a spacious studio apartment (with a refrigerator) to myself. Never expected it to feel like home.

There wasn't anything I didn't really like.

Absolutely horrific

Good location

i arrived last night to a broken lock box. I was left completely stranded and unable to get into the location or contact anyone. i was forced to get a hotel. they text me at 7am not acknowledging all of my help requests. they said their guest services open at 9am. i called at 9am and they declined my call and told me to call back in an hour. the guest service number never connects you to anyone it’s just music. when i finally reached them i asked for them to send someone out. they said they wouldn’t send someone out unless i showed them on a video call and proved it was jammed. i had to walk all the way to the location and show them it was jammed and then walk back to my hotel. they tried to send someone out at night and i had to beg for someone to be sent out today. they said house keeping was coming in an hour. they texted me to walk back to the booking at 11:06. she told me housekeeping would be there at 11:15. I waited on the steps of the booking for over an hour. They told me the housekeeper was looking for parking. When i called the housekeeper she said she was still at her other job. I sat on the ground outside for over an hour waiting for someone to come. When the housekeeper arrived she hit the lockbox with a rock until it opened and that is how we got in. Once here for a couple hours they sent someone for a repair they did not i form us about. The shower head flew off and we asked for help and they would only send help if we pretended to be their cousin. I have tried for days to get help and they have accused me of lying and pretending like they don’t know what i’m talking about when I have pictures and videos for all evidence. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Unprofessional.

Terrible stay

Only the location, everything else was bad.

To begin with: to get the keys you gotta go through some bushes what was kind discomforting since we were all tired and the spot had a difficult access. When we finally got to the hotel and headed to the bathroom to shower, the toilet lid was disgustingly dirty, the shower head fell on our heads (pay attention because if you’re 5’9 or taller you’ll have a hard time showering). The shower has low pressure which makes you take a long time to shower. Second: we couldn’t believe in the mattresses: it was SO annoying and old, super discomforting, you could feel all the metal parts on it since the filling was very poor and thin. We booked the studio from February 17th thru February 21st but we left on the 20th because we couldn’t stand sleeping so poorly. We barely spent time in there, only for sleeping and on the 19th someone from guest services called me while I was trying to have a good time on the beach saying there were complaints about us being loud??? We found it really disrespectful because as stated before we just went there to sleep and was always respectful and thoughtful of others. When we were looking for a place to stay in Hollywood and this studio came acros, I saw some specific complaints like the cleanliness and fridge not working. I decided to give it a try and contacted the host asking about the complaints and he said the fridge was fixed and would make sure to get the studio deep cleaned. We took food with us and we needed a fridge in good condition and surprise: got there and the fridge wasn’t cooling, we had to put all of our food in a cooler with ice, so much work! The sheets were very old and not clean, lots of stains, the AC was terribly dirty and would bring down allergies if we turned it on, so we were hot basically the whole stay. Plus, be aware of parking! host doesn’t provide parking and it’s TERRIBLE to find parking in the area and if you do, you can’t park overnight. A trip that was meant to be de-stressing just caused us so many headaches.

Worst experience I ever had with an room. Won’t use this place again

It was horrible bad beds toilet don’t work correctly so many lock boxes and no light to see. Mirrors falling off wall in bed.

Exceptional

Only complaint is that the refrigerator needs to be serviced or replaced. Stayed for a week, purchased food for a week. Everything placed in the fridge never got cold. And yes the temp was already set on the coldest setting

The TV didn't work there's roaches in the place and advertised free parking but there is no free parking it's street parking and there's meters
