The house has an elevator as well as a folding baby cot, if necessary THE APARTMENT HAS OWN PRIVATE PARKING OPTIONAL ON REQUEST FOR 10 EURO DAY The lease for different use of housing, by season of this property is regulated by the Civil Code, and the Law of Urban Leases, in the unforeseen, being the rent and the duration the will of the parties, being the landlord the owner of the property, and the tenant the guest that contracts through this channel, in the prices of rent, term and deposit, and number of people that will not exceed 4 in any case, stipulated in the reservation. The apartment is well-equipped. The owner was very helpful & even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. We felt very much at home.

It’s all about location, you are minutes away from all the sightseeing’s of the city. Easy to travel to with the metro from the airport. The area is fantastic lots of restaurants and bars. Your own entertainment on the street in front of the apartment, just open the door of the balcony and you have it. Property manager was easy to talk to by WhatsApp or via the Vrbo account. We loved to stay here and had a great time. Thanks Javi!

We were informed that there was a problem with the apartment that we would not be able to checkin till the next day. Javier and the manager worked with us to solve the problem by putting us up at a hotel for a night. Additionally, Javier rebated the cost of our parking. The apartment is very well situated. One of the best restaurants in old town Valencia is right outside the front door. A must place to eat. The kitchen was functional and well equipped with condiments and welcome wine and beer. Our only complaint is that the furniture is Ikea and uncomfortable. One of the dining table chairs was broken. This is unfortunate because the apartment has wonderful character. All in all, we will have great stories about our stay at Javier's place. The location of the apartment is really fantastic.

Great location. Lovely old building. Easy walk to lots of sights. Close to many good restaurants. Hot as hell outside however AC worked fine. Had fan in bedroom so sleeping was great. Bed comfortable— not a fancy mattress but I slept great. Kitchen fine for making coffee. We ate out so we didn’t use the oven/stove, etc. The key to the front door was finicky— patience and cursing but eventually got it to work each time. Plenty of room for my 2 daughters and me.

The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Old Town. There is a nice little Italian restaurant literally just outside the door, and the heart of Old Town is just around the corner. It was the perfect spot to launch our explorations each day.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen much, so I can't really comment on that. The living area and bedrooms met our needs though. Parking was just a couple minutes down the road, which was very convenient.
Our host met us in a timely manner and told us everything we needed to know. Communication was also good using text.
We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Valencia!

Perfectly located property, right in the middle of the old town! Could not have asked for a better location… BTW one of the most in demand restaurants is right across the street … but then again with so much variety in terms of food you’ll find something just few steps away. Check in without a hitch, the owner always available ( before check in- after we didn’t need anything 😀). Property was clean, definitely appreciated the air conditioning ( +38 degrees when we arrived), loved the view from the living room!!! Steps away from major touristic and gastronomical experiences. We’ll definitely look to book it next time we visit Valencia!

Bien placé mais confort minimal
Bien placé, proche de la cathédrale, de la plaça de la Reina et le mercat central est au bout de la rue. Du petit balcon il y a une belle vue sur une rue de la vieille ville et bon restaurant au pied de l'appartement. L'intérieur est propre mais manque de confort. Les matelas sont peu confortables et les oreillers sont les pires que je n'ai jamais vu, vraiment mauvaise qualité. Le support pour la pomme de douche est brisé et impossible a utiliser. De plus l'eau chaude passe de bouillant a glacé dans la même minute. Prendre une douche est toute une aventure ... désagréable. L'air climatisé rafraichi bien la pièce principale mais pas les chambres donc attendez vous a avoir très chaud la nuit dans les mois d'été.
Stationnement proche et pratique.
Je retournerai définitivement dans ce quartier de Valence mais dans un logement plus confortable

Bel appartement, bien situé, on peut tout visiter à pied. (garage frais supplémentaires, à quelques minutes à pied de l’appartement). Ce dernier aurait quand même besoin d’un bon “clean up”. Nous avons quand même apprécié. MJ et Mike

In the heart of the old town the location couldn’t be better. Really let down by the mattress, pillows and bedding. Not pleasant. Sofa has seen better days too. It could be so much better!

Most enjoyable stay. Loved the apartment, only comment to make would be that the sofa was not very comfortable and for 2 people, 2 smallish bath towels and an even smaller hand towel was not really enough for a weeks stay. But overall, everything else was fine. I hope we can go back at a later date as the situation was first class, right in the centre and easy access to everything in the old quarter. The first week of the Fallas was noisy, exciting and full of people of every nationality I only wish we had booked for a stay of two weeks. One week was just not enough time. Valencia is one of my favourite cities. Thank you for a most enjoyable week.

Most enjoyable stay. Helpful stay in stressful time
We loved the property! So close to everything (las Fallas) celebrations that were unfortunately cancelled. The parking garage was close and so convenient for us. Olesya was so helpful--well beyond the call of duty and arranged so that we could stay an extra night. I would definitely come and stay here again, without corona virus shutdown. Stay safe and healthy, Valencia!!

Perfect Location
The property manager definitely enhanced our experience. She was helpful and informative. The area was right in the center of the Old Town. We could walk everywhere. San Tommaso was literallyat our feet. We ate there twice. It was amazing. We walked to the market and prepped foods I the kitchen. The kitchen was adequately supplied with condiments, milk, and necessities for making coffee and small meals. We had a wonderful time!

Old town living
Very conveniently located in the old town near Plaza del Virgin, Plaza de la Reina and a 10-15 minute walk to the Plaza Ayuntimiento. Close to restaurants, bars, small grocery stores and several museums. Lovely, good-size apartment tucked into the winding streets of old town.

Mehr Valencia geht nicht - mittendrin!
Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral, 5 Minuten vom Centralmarkt und direkt an der Kathedrale. Das Einchecken war super entspannt und sehr hilfsbereit. Die zugehörige Garage war goldwert. Wenn wieder Valencia, dann wieder diese Wohnung!

Excellent first visit to Valencia
This was our first visit to Valencia and we had a terrific time! In addition to enjoying the city such, we were very pleased with the apartment and its location. The apartment was clean and spacious, and while the bedroom was away from the air conditioning, a couple of fans were provided which made sleeping quite easy. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the washer for cleaning our dirty clothes. The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center with many nice restaurant only a very short distance away! Thank you to our hosts Javi and Alicia for their assistance during our stay!!

We loved this apartment. Beautiful place, wonderful location, and very very helpful host (Olesia).
We were a couple of minutes from the Mercado Central and very close to outdoor cafes and shops. Our teen daughter and her friend were able to wander around on their own. The one small suggestion is to adjust the description to be a 2 bedroom. There is an option to sleep on the fold out couch in the living room (it’s not a 3rd bedroom). That was the only glitch. It was otherwise perfect in all ways and we will happily stay here again.

We each had a bedroom (there are two) one master with double bed and nicely appointed and one much smaller with single bed, but plenty of hanging and storage space. Both have opening windows but great black out shutters. We used the balcony a lot, looking down to the busy little back streets. There is gas hot (very hot) water. We didn’t use the tv. The WiFi worked really well. The person we dealt with was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place...however, as previous people I think have mentioned, there is a very popular restaurant below and across the street. It seems that staff or owners reveled into the morning (2.00 or 3am) being raucous. The beds and pillows are also on the quite firm side.

Ho trascorso una bella vacanza a Valencia per le feste PAsquali. L' appartamento è in ottima posizione nel centro di Valencia, a circa 2 minuti dalla cattadrale. Si trova al 4° piano di un vecchio edificio (con ascensore), è silenzioso, e così coposto: cucina attrezzata, ampia soggiorno + sala con divano, una camera matrimoniale, una camera singola e un bagno. Molto gentile il proprietario Xavi. Lo consiglio.

Tutto perfetto
La casa grande,luminosa ,in una zona centralissima! Javi vi ha fatto trovare anche il necessario per la colazione.siamo stati a febbraio e la casa era riscaldata.sotto casa stra pieno di locali,bottegucce.il taxi ci ha lasciato di fronte a casa( una 20ina di euro dall' aeroporto).abbiamo usato il taxi anche per il Bioparco e per il museo delle scienze e l oceanografico (a tratta sui 8€ massimo).la casa sta al 4 piano,con ascensore, fronte ristorante San Tommaso. Javi gentilissimo e super disponibile.speriamo di tornare.a mio figlio (di3anni)

Well equipped/stocked and great location. But, AC is only in the living room.
Staff were wonderful. Easy walk to everything we needed. Loved the balcony.
We used the parking. It was a few blocks away, but very nice to have the option.
The unit is very "homey": linens, dishes, etc. were an eclectic mix of left overs, but they worked. Shower is a little awkward. AC is only in the living room so we ended up all sleeping in there instead of bedrooms.
I'd stay there again.

Lovely stay in Valencia old town
The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient for the centre of town and all the sights. We liked the views and even the sound of the cathedral bells as our morning alarm clock. It was great being in the centre of a busy barrio, only a few minutes walk away from the Central Market, the Cathedral and all the main shops.
We found that it was really easy to walk everywhere from the apartment so have not been bothered with public transport.
We didn’t mind that the weather has been very varied and have made the most of our time, dodging showers by visiting the museums and grand houses. On the two sunny days we spent time at the port and in the Turia Gardens, picking up some suntan as we enjoyed the fresh air.
All in all it has been very restful and enjoyable. The only slight concern was the noise from the restaurant and wine bar late at night or the people in a nearby flat who had loud conversations at 2:00am (we’re not used to noisy neighbours). Still it has not spoilt our little break in this lovely city.

Brilliant location
We had a wonderful short stay in this apartment.
Javi and Armi were flexible so we could make the most of our stay. They were friendly and helpful and quick to reply.
The flat is lovely with big windows looking onto the busy streets in the evening. It has a well equipped kitchen and fast wifi.
The location is ideal to explore the old town on foot. The flat is just a few minutes from the main square and the very attractive central market. Lots of restaurants literally on the door step and small shops a few meters away.
Just the place to stay right in the heart of Valencia.

Awesome vacation
My husband and I absolutely love Valencia, so when planning a rare summer vacation for his Birthday, it seemed fitting to go to "our favorite place"! This apartment could not have been any better! Between Javi and Armi, our arrival was seamless. The location is the BEST!! With the cathedral just up the street, it was lovely to hear the bells ring on every hour. With the bedroom in the back, they were never disturbing to our sleep. A small balcony allows you to sit outside and watch the never ending bustle of this incredible city! The El Mercat is moments away where you can find anything you want, as well as the not to miss district of El Carmen! Restaurants and shopping are all right at your front door. The architecture is absolutely amazing inside and out. I can not say enough wonderful things about this great property! We are already thinking about our next visit, and would love to stay at this property again!

Warm comfortable very well situated
Nous avons beaucoup appréciè cet appartement clair, bien équipé, situé en plein coeur du vieux Valence , d ses rues étroites et ses petites places,à 2 pas de la plaza de la Reina d'où partent autobus et taxis. A peine à 5 mn à pied du marché central, petit magasin d'alimentation juste à côté.

This property is spacious and has all the facilities for self catering. Excellent location.
During our stay of 33 days (December to January) we wanted to enjoy the local Spanish foods and so this apartment was ideal. It was 3 minutes walk to the large Central Market, where there is an amazing range of foods - pork, beef, lamb, and fish of many kinds to enjoy. Prices were reasonable compared to the UK, especially fruits and veg. We cooked almost every day in the well equipped kitchen and although there were many good restaurants in the area we only ate out six times.
Valencia is a wonderful city for interesting and historic sites. The apartment was near to the Cathedral with its relic of the Holy Grail and impressive art work altar. Near by was the church of St. Nicholas with a painted ceiling as good as the Sistine Chapel in Rome. Other memorable sites were the Ceramics Museum, the new ultra modern Science Museum, the Hemispheric 360 degree IMAX cinema, the Bio Park Zoo and the Oceanographic water world. Over Christmas and the New Year there were celebrations and colourful street parades. Public transport to other villages and towns in the area is very low cost and efficient. Xativa and Sagunto have great castles and Albufera Natural Park with its vast lake is ideal for bird watching - all are within easy reach.
Our host Javi and his assistant Barbora were extremely helpful and made sure that everything was good and that we had all that we needed to enjoy the apartment and the city. We can highly recommend this apartment and plan to return again for the Fallas festival where the streets and full of incredible towering tableaux's which are placed at key places throughout the city. Often they depict satirical lampoons of well-known
Spanish and international celebrities or politicians. The giant figures are made of cardboard, wood, cork, plaster and papier-mâché and are set on fire on the last day. So there are bonfires and fireworks all over town. A crazy must see fiesta!

Great apartment in the heart of Valencia!
The apartment is beautifully refurbished, tastefully decorated and literally footsteps from hundreds of great dining choices. If you want to be right in the middle of the old quarter of the city and cathedral district, this is the one for you!
We were greeted upon arrival with keys, and shown to affordable parking. Barbora went above and beyond in making sure were found where we needed to be and got settled - thank you so much for helping to make our stay a wonderful one!
