About this house rental

Nestled in Tauranga, this lovely house for £128 per night is a great option for your next break. This cute black cottage is situated close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes at Mount Maunganui. Positioned on a large section with plenty of space for kids to play as you kick back and lounge on the deck. The Bach is open plan with wonderful big sliding doors that open up to the deck which flows to the back yard, along with a separate TV room. In winter there is a great gas fire to keep you warm and cosy. Three bedrooms, a separate shower and toilet and all the mod cons you could want in a Bach. Located within walking distance to the beach, cafes, park, local shops, supermarket and golf course. Bayfair Shopping Centre and the Mount's boutique shops and restaurants only a short drive away - you are so close to everything. Rates are for 4 guests. Additional guests up to a maximum of 6 are $25.00 per person per night. Linen provided. A compulsory cleaning fee applies per stay and this will already be included in your quote. Nightly rates will vary according to the time of year.

Beautiful sunny property in quiet street. Perfect place for a catch up with old friends and lots of beach walks. Kitchen was a brilliant space for all 4 of us to cook and not get in each other's way.

We stayed for a short break, the bach has everything you need (but do note there is no microwave). Lovely linen and towels. Unfortunately it rained the whole time but it has a lovely big backyard for summertime. Gas fire kept the place warm despite bad weather.

Fabulous spot to stay. Would love to come back in the summer time. Only issue was the driveway- I have a large vehicle and the driveway is steep & quite narrow. Cutting back the plants that over grow it would help.

We stayed here as a family (including my parents) because my so. Had a waterpolo tournament. We couldn’t fault the place. It is so well appointed and the backyard has space for hours of fun and backyard games! The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

A great stay that was hassle free with excellent communication with the owners. A spacious open plan cottage bought back to life with a modern look. Positioned half way between downtown Mount and Bayfair with a short walk to the beach just ideal. Thanks so much Brett and Loretta.

Really impressed with this lovely home. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into their guests’ comfort. Big, lovely house, modern and clean. All appliances you’d want (except microwave) and thoughtful touches like handwash, toilet paper and washing powder. Rooms good size. Quality linen. Excellent media room with barn door. Great wifi. Absolutely huge backyard. Could list a million things I loved about this place. We’ll definitely be back.

Just what we needed for a family winter getaway - including teens. Great having the gas fire and blankets for the chilly wet days. Loved tv room and separate seating for playing cards. Super location - near the beach to enjoy sunrise and sunset walks which we loved, walking distance to supermarket and cafés. Comfortable beds, good shower, great kitchen and dining facilities - just missing a microwave. Easy check in. Great communication. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Living abroad is fun...until there's a pandemic.I didn't get to enjoy much of the surrounding area, but the house, patio and yard were very comforting in a scary time. The owners were also very helpful. Hope I can return when things settle down.

Thanks for the stay guys! Stayed here with my groomsmen before my big day and it was a perfect set up. Great back yard for some BYC with the lads and a nice out door setting for a BBQ! Great set up inside and loved the theme going on. Brilliant location, quick 5 min walk to the beach. Easy check in/out process. Highly recommend. Will be booking this again in the future. This was perfect for what we were looking for over Christmas, loads of outdoor and indoor room (as it did rain), kitchen facilities were great had everything we needed and more. Beds were nice and comfy and shower was a big hit.

Excellent property with great facilities. Set up for socialising in the kitchen/dining and outdoor areas. Smaller lounge area (not required by us). Good location for the Bay Oval and cafes and bars.
