About this house rental
A charming, renovated and quiet four bedroom antique cape one half block from Spiritus pizza and Bubalas located at 12 Court Street between Bradford and Commercial streets in the heart of P-town. This wonderful cape has 4 queen size bedrooms (8 total persons) Two bedrooms up, two down. All mattresses, linens and towels are included. There is a large bright living room with couches and chairs. A cozy dining room with seating for up to 8. A fully equipped kitchen with casual seating and kitchenware. A lovely patio and gas grill. Washer and dryer in the first floor laundry room. There are TWO full bathrooms on the first floor with an additional one half bath upstairs. A/C bdrms, lv/dn rms!!! THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! If you are looking to go wild and crazy please look elsewhere. 8 person max sleeping/12 daytime max.

Charming house close to it all yet quiet. Setup gives lots of privacy with nice space in the common area. Host was awesome. Would stay again!

Allison was a great host - very accommodating and nice. The house is very cute and extremely well located in the heart of the town - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Would highly recommend!

You cannot get more central of a location and the hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive. A rare find in Provincetown with 4 good sized bedrooms.
Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The location can’t be beat - very central but still pretty quiet. The only thing to know is that no shampoo/conditioner or moisturizer is provided.

The property is great for friends and family. The owners are amazingly responsive probably the best I’ve ever encountered. We will definitely make this our go to place to stay every year.

We loved our stay at this house! The pictures did not do it justice -- it is comfortable, homey, and the location is both central and quiet. We hope to rent it again for another stay.

The location of this house is truly PERFECT. We were able to walk to everything, many of which were ~5minutes away. The house was great for 4 couples, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Allison, who manages the property, lives in the back and was super accessible if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying here again!

This house is in the heart of town but very quiet. It has every amenity we needed, great a/c, well appointed kitchen and Alison was the perfect host. We will definitely be back

The house is beautiful and clean. It is very well-maintained. We were all pleased how spacious it was. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Even if we had 8 people (which is how many it sleeps) I don't think we would've felt cramped. And the perfect location; around the corner from Spiritus! Everything is so convenient.
Allison (one of the owners) was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. I was in touch with her throughout our arrival day, updating her on our changing arrival time. With her "no worries" attitude, I was put at ease that I wasn't inconveniencing her. She was there to greet us and give us a tour and answer any other questions we had.
I have rented several different houses in Provincetown and this is by far one of the nicest! As soon as I entered and had the tour from Allison, I was asking to reserve it for upcoming events in 2022!

Was a perfect experience from the beginning. We are ptown vacation regulars, and you can’t beat this location, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The rental itself is super spacious, and we never felt crowded. Communication was great as well. Hoping to stay here again!

We had a group of five and everyone liked the place. Tucked away from commercial Street, but close enough to be in the thick of it all with a short walk.

Excellent space, great amenities to stay in and grill! a block from cafes and shopping, off the beaten path and quiet. great communication and aide from the hosts. I would rent from Revere Guest House again!

The posting doesn't do the house justice, it's much larger than the photos suggest. We had a wonderful stay right in the center of Provincetown, truly an amazing location. The house is exceptionally charming and came with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This charming property was comfortable and spacious for eight people to come and go. Located right off Commercial Street we were a quick walk to shops and eateries and the oceanfront. With a nice patio we could eat indoors or outdoors. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals.

This house couldn't be more centrally located, and yet it's still quiet and removed from the bustle of Commercial. The bikes that were included were a nice value. Paul and Allison were very communicative and warm hosts.
