This waterfront cottage is located on Beach Point in North Truro. It offers unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay and the Pilgrim Monument. Having 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms is a nice bonus too. Sip your morning coffee or eat your evening dinner enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from your private deck or cast a line to fish from the shore line. Located on Shore Road, you can easily catch the shuttle into Provincetown for dinner, catch a show, shopping or to enjoy the galleries. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost. THIS IS A SUNDAY-SUNDAY PROPERTY

We have stayed at this property for several years and our week there is a highlight of each year. The location is ideal, the house is clean and well stocked, and while it seems extremely expensive, we have looked around and haven't been able to find anything comparable at a better rate.

Our stay was great. The cottage is compact, but is has everything you need. You are basically on top of the bay, which is truly unbelievable. Seeing the bird life was magnificent and we even saw a seal! The only drawback was the traffic noise from 6A. It wasn't noticeable from the master bedroom but was from the other two. It might not bother many, but it did bother me. I'm still thinking of renting it again, however.

Our stay was great. The cottage is compact, but is has everything you need. You are basically on top of the bay, which is truly unbelievable. Seeing the bird life was magnificent and we even saw a seal! The only drawback was the traffic noise from 6A. It wasn't noticeable from the master bedroom but was from the other two. Just noting again as in previous years that the toilet in the bathroom with the bathtub runs all the time. Also there is not enough silverware etc for a house of 6 guests. Finally, the refigerator door has a rack missing making it hard to store food items.

After so many years renting 392 Shore Rd, we so appreciate the updates made! The location is ideal for us as we have many friends we have made on the beach over the last 30 years! Just missing a Queen size bed! Overall, very enjoyable listening to the waves and breathing the fresh air.!

We have been staying at this property for the past several years, and we have come to love it and hope to return every year. I have been vacationing on Rte. 6A in N. Truro since I was a kid, and this is probably the nicest place I have stayed. The house is ideal for a family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deck is large and wonderful with a breathtaking view of Provincetown. The sunsets can't be beat. The house has easy beach access. There are a few things that could be improved in terms of the furnishings, but overall, it's a great rental property!

The location and the amenities provided made for a wonderful stay. Also, all the personal touches in the home by the owner were very nice and I would have given it 5 stars for every category except when I arrived it appeared the home had not been cleaned very well.
Counter tops, sinks, the dining table, stove top as well as microwave interior and exterior were dirty. Hallway and bathroom floors were dirty. When I used the oven in the range the smoke detectors went off due to the buildup. With the items provided and some that I had brought I spent a portion of my full first day cleaning what I could.
For over the past 25 years I have not only stayed in beach cottages and homes along Shore Road, but also helped in cleaning them so I do know what to expect and Double Dip fell far short in this area.
This is my first time staying in Double Dip and would definitely like to stay there again and I hope my negative comments are taken not as a criticism of the cottage itself, but rather pointing out how important it is to have a clean place to stay, especially with Covid.

We love the home we rent each year for a week, right on Cape Cod Bay where I have been vacationing all my life. Being right on the beach is a must for us. The large deck looking out over the water offers amazing views, and the sunsets can be spectacular. We were so pleased with all the interior improvements that had been made this year. While the kitchen could definitely stand to be renovated, it is well stocked and workable. It would be nice to have more comfortable seating options in the living room. There was a problem with one of our checks being lost, which was troubling, but we thought maybe that had to do with Covid and staffing shortages.
