We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chateau 403. It was our first time staying in this particular condo but not our first time at the Chateau. This condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The bed was a nice firm mattress. Comfortable seating in the living room and dining room. We found it very comfortable and inviting and we made ourselves at home almost immediately. It was just my wife and I so we spent most of our waking hours out on the sand or eating out and numerous great restaurants. We've been coming down to this area for years and we got to see something we've never seen...BABY SEA TURTLES! They hatched right outside the condominium during one night, but the condominium facility lighting is too bright so they got disoriented and thought it was moonlight and came toward our condo instead of going out to the ocean. Needless to say there was an all out search for baby sea turtles by the fish and wildlife employees and a few vacationers the next morning. 17 babies were found and released. Then, we seen one in the grassy area 30 minutes after they left! We got a box and put him in it with some sand. We called the authorities and they came back out and got him. SO, we saved a baby sea turtle!!! Amazing experience! We also seen the regular stuff too. Tons of dolphins, several manatees, collected a few sea dollars and some great sea shells. Overall, we had a great week! Thanks Barbara for the use of your beach home! It was great.

We chose The Chateaux and surrounding area because of good times here 30 years ago with our children. Pool, beach, parking, security, balcony view-all rate well this many years later.

Barbara’s condo is gorgeous!! Love the new flooring!! Had everything anyone needs from beach chairs, umbrellas, etc! Will be staying again next year!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

This condo is located on the beach with direct access to beach. The condo was well equipped with most everything we needed. I really liked the Lazy Boy recliner. We plan to rent again when we come back to Florida.

We spent another great time at Indian Shores. Great food, great weather. The room was beach front 2nd floor. Great view. Best restaurant in the area you should try if going is the Conch Republic.

Very nice and clean condo,Barbra has everything you could ever need! The location is great, you can throw a rock and hit the gulf. Our stay was for 2 weeks, we wish it was for 6. We will definitely be back!

Property right on the Gulf of Mexico. Close to shopping and restaurants on and off of the beach. Condo was as described and living in Florida having direct access to the beach is great.

Chateaux 203 did not disappoint! We had a great week enjoying spectacular sunsets from our balcony, great food from restaurants near by, and relaxing days on the beach and by the pool! Owner Barbara is great to work with and responds quickly with any questions. We will be back!

The condo was well appointed with a beautiful view on a private balcony. We loved being able to get to the beach easily. The elevator was quite slow so we took the stairs the majority of the time. That was fine for our fitness level but could see that being an issue for someone physically challenged in the heat. The location is great with lots of happenings going on in the area. The beaches were cleaned often even during the red tide. We would definitely stay again and are thankful for the use of the condo during our stay!

Wonderful time. Did 4 on clean because black bedroom ceiling and air ducts. Great patio furniture. Bed comfy. Appreciate chairs but too low for older people. Umbrellas were broken. Not much to walk to in area but beach and property were most important and 5 on that. Great time. Thank you.

Great location, very comfortable, right on the beach, many beautiful sunsets viewed from our second floor balcony. Convenient location to anything you may need, or want to do. Very relaxing, wish we could have stayed longer!
