Perfect setting for a vacation retreat with family and friends. This home has a Blackstone propane grill , fire pit off patio and large double deck boat dock great for watching sunrise or sunsets. Dock has stairs for water access. 5 bedroom 4-1/2 bath house. 2 master bedrooms. Lower master with king bed and upper master with queen bed. Both have walk out decks. 1 lower level guest room with queen bed. 1 lower level bedroom with twin over full bunk beds. 1 upper bedroom with twin bunk bed and trundle. Upstairs living room with sleeper sofa, daybed and trundle. Sleeps 12. Open floorplan with spacious kitchen, large island. Wall of windows with perfect view of the lake. Great outdoor living space with both sun or shaded areas to enjoy the lake view day and night. Use of private pier for your boat or jet ski. Several boat launch ramps close by and we have plenty of parking for your trailer. We are sure you will enjoy your time here and look forward to having you! Everything was as listed and perfect for all 10 members of our family.
This was one of the most well stocked (both in the kitchen and toiletries) of any of the places we have stayed at before.
Host was very quick to respond to questions.

This place is amazing! We rent a lake house every year to celebrate a birthday, and this one by far has the best amenities and accommodations for those traveling with multiple families.

This home is fantastic. We had another home that didn't provide enough space. I spoke with Mr Schultz very pleasant man that allowed us to host at his home. This home provided everything we needed.
If you are looking for a family vacation spot PLEASE choose this home. We will be renting again.

My family had a great weekend at the lake. This house was well stocked with everything that we needed. There was enough beds and baths for our group. We loved fishing off the dock and watching the sunsets. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to run around in. Would definitely book again. Thank you!!

This house suits our family beautifully! Very well supplied with towels and toiletries, cooking supplies, tv channels, and bedding. The owners are quick to respond to messages and questions. Very reasonably price for families on a budget. Fenced yard for fur babies. Lovely dock and swimming area. The lake was up this summer so swimming for kids was perfect! Can’t miss with this one! The property is amazing and one of the very best I've ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and very well done. By far, the best stocked ever. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Tons of space to accommodate a lot of people. The back entertainment area is huge with a beautiful view of the lake and has tons of seating. The fenced in yard is a bonus and made us feel very safe and is awesome if you bring your dogs. Highly recommend this listing and would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at 3different houses at Cedar Creek Lake over the last few years and this is our favorite. The house is very comfortable and roomy. We love the back yard and all the different seating options. Access to the lake is convenient and the sunrise/sunset views are the best. Our consensus is we will book this house again next year, no reason to look anywhere else. Hughes family

We have been back to this property multiple times now! This by far is our favorite rental for our yearly family lake trip. Deana is a wonderful host. The house has plenty of room for our family of 12. We bring our boat and the large driveway is wonderful for my husbands large truck and trailer. The dock was great to tie our boat up too and the kiddos caught soooooo many fish. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us !

We had a wonderful stay here. The view is amazing. The house is fully stocked. The backyard is pefect for gathering and kids have plenty of space. My daughter loved playing basketball. The back porch area is incredible and lots of seating. Our family enjoyed fishing, boating, cooking, sitting around the fire pit, etc. The reasons I deducted a star were as follows: There is an ant problem in the kitchen area. We couldn't serve food on the counter without attracting ants. Judging by the jugs of poison I'm assuming the owner may have been aware of this, so a little heads up would have been appreciated. Also, the gate was nice, but you have to enter the code to exit the property and it was inconvenient. Lastly, the floors and rugs in the living area could have been cleaner and access to the washer/dryer would have been useful to wash clothes or towels.

This is a wonderful property that has been beautifully decorated and furnished with everything any guest will need for their stay. We spent Thanksgiving here with our adult children and their dog. It was chilly and rained - everyday - but we didn't even care because we were so comfortable and cozy in this house! Having a completely fenced yard is a luxury for anyone with a pet - or small children. Communication with the owner was excellent. No detail was overlooked. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return. Thanks! The Dunn Family

The location was wonderful! You could see the sun rise and set and a great view of the lake. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a family reunion here and would definitely come back and stay again.

This is our second time at the Schultz Lake House and we love it. Thank you for stocking supplies more than the typical VRBO rental. It's made it such that we didn't have to leave the entire stay for forgotten supplies.
We find the gating of the entire property a godsend since once of our dogs is an escape artist.
About the only thing we were lacking was a beach kit... Because the lake water was so low, we were able to walk the "beach" and wish we had digging tools.

Retired adults came down to Texas for the First Monday Trade Days in Canton. Stayed for two nights. The house was wonderful! Fully equipped kitchen, open living, kitchen and dining room with a large picture window revealing a gorgeous view of the lake. Outdoor area has everything you need. Wonderful Blackstone griddle and outdoor dining with enough chairs for a football team!! We had a great time and will rent this house again in the future.

We have stayed at several properties on Cedar Creek and this house has been our favorite. It was stocked perfectly. It was very clean. And the back porch shade and gated yard was fantastic. The owners even went as far as raking the sanded beach for us which was perfect for our little ones. Thanks for a great stay!

Great lakehouse for our family vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Beds great. Nicely designed home. Fenced for our dogs. Everything we could have asked for! Lake was a little low but didn’t bother us at all. Grandkids played in sand and we were able to anchor boat from shore. Loved this rental!

This place was just as pictured. Our family enjoyed hanging out at the house and the kids all loved playing in the water and on the sandy beach area due to the low lake level. We had plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. Thank you Deana and Steve for sharing your home with us.

Fabulous Second Annual Family Vacation
This home is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has lots of room for everyone! Appliances and kitchen set up makes it easy to feed a 2 or a crew! The entrance to the water is easy for everyone, from 4 years to 89 years old. The deck is beautiful and comfortable, with seating for everyone. Just sitting out watching the lake is a joy from that location! This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it won’t be our last!

Easy Breezy
This was the perfect getaway on the lake for my mom’s birthday. There was something for every age to do. The kids loved the upstairs retreat with a multitude of games and the adults loved the open kitchen and sitting on the porch at any given time of day. Everyone also loved the easy access to the water from the dock. (As a mom, I especially loved the peace of mind that comes with everything being gated.) Deana was also a quick message away!
