4 BR, 2 BTH beach house has been completely remodeled. Beautiful kitchen fully equipped w/granite countertops, center island, dining area & dishwasher. Also includes washer/dryer and central air. This home is a mere two blocks from the ocean and less than 3 miles from downtown Watch Hill. Walk to the beaches or use the parking pass to private Misquamicut Land Owner's Beach. Fantastic outdoor living space with gas fire-pit on the patio for fun after a long day at the beautiful beaches of Misquamicut or Watch Hill. Outdoor Shower. Wonderful covered deck with dining table and grill for entertaining. The interior has a modern open floor-plan. The first floor has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining area, family room and mudroom with washer/dryer. The upper level has the master bedroom, full bath and bunk room. Misquamicut Beach spans seven miles from Watch Hill to Weekapaug and is Rhode Island's largest stretch of beach. Misquamicut offers a wide array of family fun activities such as Blues on the beach, carousel, go-carts, batting cages, kiddie rides, weekly big screen movies on the beach and much more. This property is less than 3 miles to the Village of Watch Hill which is a renowned, picturesque seaside resort with exclusive boutiques, restaurants, carousel and beach. Westerly is a quaint New England coastal town . Everything is within reach of this home including the Ocean House, Watch Hill Yacht Club and the Westerly Yacht Club and Marina. Westerly is home to more than 10 marinas. Enjoy golfing at any of the numerous courses such as the Shelter Harbor Golf Course, Pond View Country Club, Winnapaug Country Club and the renowned Misquamicut Club. There are deep sea fishing charters down the street and it is a twelve mile ferry ride to Block Island. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are a short jaunt for spectacular shows and fun. Block Island and Newport make great day trips, and the Roger William’s Zoo and Mystic Aquarium and Seaport provide more fun and educational experiences that will enhance your getaway. The train station is less than 5 minutes from any point in town and offers easy access from New York to Providence for summer vacationers. New York is a mere 140 miles...Boston 90 miles...Hartford 60 miles....Providence 45 miles. The house was just lovely -- super clean and with an especially terrific kitchen if you like to cook. The neighborhood is charming and only a few blocks from the beach. We had the most relaxing week and appreciated all the house had to offer especially the back porch where we were able to read and work. There is also a nice backyard for frisbee and other sports. The owner is friendly, accommodating, and offered us many great recommendations to the area. It was a terrific stay and we are planning to return next summer. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! This home is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Kevin was a wonderful host! He was available to answer all our questions and gave us a lot of information about Westerly and restaurants to go to. We loved the proximity to the beach and access to private beaches in the area. We had a really great week and we will definitely be back!

Great property! Very close to the private beaches and so helpful that they provide a parking pass! The house was very clean and beds were comfortable - We appreciated the blackout shades. Westerly itself has so much to offer, it rained most of our stay, but we kept plenty busy. Kevin was a very helpful host - Highly recommend!

The home was comfortable in every way. Everything you need is there, washer/dryer/dishwasher/air conditioning, etc.

Have been to many homes in Westerly and this one was a favorite! Well stocked, beautifully decorated, short walk to a great beach and appreciated the beach passes. Owner very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is newly renovated and the yard is very big and private. It’s a great property for a family or multiple families. The deck and patio with fire pit were fun in the evening. The house is only a few blocks from the beach so it’s a great location. Overall we had a great stay!

The house and location was perfect for our family beach vacation. The outdoor space and grill was great for dinner and the location is super convenient being a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you book this house you will not be disappointed!

The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, well stocked and well maintained. We were there off season but enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kevin was very responsive and extremely helpful. He genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay in his house. Would love to return one day.

The house was beautifully updated and extremely clean. Great location only a few blocks from the beach (the state park beach was gorgeous and also has a playground - great for the little kids!). Outdoor areas were very nice and well-maintained - the fire pit was great too but be warned that a little gas goes a long way (we almost made a giant fireball when we first turned it on!).
Kevin was extremely accommodating and a great host. He let us check in early so that we could keep our kids on their nap schedule (THANK YOU!!!!) and was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

Kevin was an excellent host. He was extremely communicative and responsive both before and during our stay. We rented during a tropical storm and he was very communicative and accommodating about that unusual situation as well. We would like to return and rent from Kevin again.

Really enjoyed the two weeks I stayed here with my family. The house is beautifully renovated, furnished, equipped, and appointed. Plenty of room for a large family. Very clean and very comfortable. The homeowners really go the extra mile to make your stay and your experience memorable. So close to private beaches, sights and restaurants. Can’t say enough about this home.

The house was beautiful and spotless, and we loved the patio! The location was only a short walk from the beach, and Kevin was the perfect host, very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend this place. We hope to book again soon :-)

The listing did not include information that the beach parking and restrooms were closed starting September 8th, during the middle of our stay (and should have been at the "off season" rate). This made it much less convenient at the beach. The first 3 days with parking and bathrooms were good.

Great house, great location, Kevin very helpful with house & area tips. Our two one year old grand daughters loved the beach. Would certainly enjoy a future opportunity to return to your lovely house.
