About this house rental
This home is located directly next to the Island Club pool, giving it an excellent spot to soak up the sun on a lovely Put-in-Bay day. There are three bedrooms and two baths; with a capacity of up to eight guests. The eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances, as well as the items needed to cook up a delicious meal. At the rear of the home there is an elevated wooden deck with a seating area. A propane grill is also provided for the grill master of your group. Two vehicles are permitted to park at this unit in the adjacent driveway. Golf carts are available to be rented on site, and are by far the preferred way to see all of PIB. The Island Club at Put-in-Bay is an excellent choice for your vacation. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional stay with friendly staff and spacious homes. Why cram into several hotel rooms when you can relax and unwind together under one roof. This home can be rented with neighboring homes to house even the largest of parties. We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I did want to share that the floors looked dirty especially along the edges. It could be because they were dated. We did not mind but others may. Overall we were more than please with our experience and it met all of our needs. I loved having the pavilion behind us for my son’s 30th birthday! Had a great time ... suggest if bringing a car to the island try to checkout and be at the ferry by 10 got there around 1115 and had to wait 1 hour 45 mins to get on ferry

If you want a spot right next to the pool, this is the place for you. Our home was super clean, and the staff was so helpful with anything. Golf carts are delivered right to your home, and the staff was available late at night to help with our broken golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!

#21 is a good size for group of 6 adults. Let’s start with the positive: enough beds, deck is large, nice pool, staff is responsive, enough living room seating/space, Wi-Fi was good, flooring in main living area was newer and nice. Negatives: refrigerator didn’t work for the first day or 2 (they did fix it), this cabin is older and kind of dirty-tub and toilet caulking is gross, bedroom carpets need replacing, grimy shelves), full size beds don’t fit 2 adults. Some Kitchen drawers didn’t shut properly, no batteries in remotes, no bathroom or kitchen hand towels, no fitted sheets (after I called they did bring us 1), but seriously - no fitted sheets!? I paid $100 for bedding and towels and they only have flat sheets, 1 bath towel and a wash cloth/person, I could go on and on... $750/night is outrageous for this place. I understand it’s expensive to stay on South Bass, but I won’t stay here again.

Nothing to do with the actual house, but the pool area and grounds were taken over by drunk people. They were drinking in the pool, spilling their drinks in the pool also. They had inappropriate toys for a bachelorette party in the pool area too. It would not be a problem if the common area was 18 and over, but it is a family establishment. If you are not going to Enforce the rules clearly stated on the board that needs to be placed in the contract very big so that people can see and make that choice for themselves. It needS to State families can come but we do not monitor the common areas and leave rules to be followed only at suggestion. It was bad. I will not stay here again because of it. I am guessing you don’t need my money either and will rent it no problem, it is just sad for the people that take care of your homes to get run out because money beats out quality of renter. Oh well.

Quaint little 3 bedroom cottage was comfortable enough for three couples. We prepared breakfast in the kitchen and used the supplied gas grill.the ceiling fan in the living room was connected to the master bedroom light switch and there was a minor issue with the shared bathroom light switch but contacted mgmt and they fixed within half hr. Comfortable and clean cottage. Will rent again.

The location is a bit of hike from downtown, which can be a good thing or bad thing depending on how you look at it, so make sure you have a golf cart to get around. had a hard time with the payment plan.We thought that the total payment would be put on our card. No one informed us that we had to call. I then received 2 nasty texts that you were going to cancel our reservation. The house had some things broken and we called the office and they sent someone right away and the next day came and repaired things. Also you sent our deposit check back(100$) and we could not cash because you did not sign it. It has been 10 days and we still do not have our check!!!

My mother and I took my twin 9 year olds to Put in Bay for three nights. Great fun for kids during the week. Pool small and had some riff raff (not staying on property)around but it was clean. Rooms could use a over all cleaning of the dust etc. but otherwise fun place! Will stay here again!

We were in villa 21 next to the pool which was nice and never got very noisy. Our trip in was a little confusing though, not being very familiar with the island, the directions would have helped if the map included the streets we were told to take. The home was big and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. The bed was so rediculously uncomfortable but each night we were to tired to unmake our bed and remake another. So we're not sure if the other beds were as bad. Our bed sunk down the center so we kept rolling or sliding into each other. There is a stagnet pond behind the villa which really should have a fountain on at least a few hours a day to prevent mosquito breeding. If my hubby and I return to the island again for an overnight stay we would stay here again.

Great time. A few things were wrong with the unit: It was not vacuumed (found fingernail clippings in the bedroom) and the towel rail was missing. Otherwise, unit was in good condition and was adequately stocked with all of our needs.

Property was in okay condition. There were a few issues as far as a lamp being wripped, bedroom door handle being broken, and back patio screen door not available. The back patio screen was the largest issue as there were may flies everywhere and no way to keep them out when people were in and out of the house cooking and such. It proved to be a large hassle. Otherwise location was very convienent next to the pool, swamp out back was gross. All in all good place to stay if you are looking for a party house.

Great location! Far enough away from downtown for quite but close enough to do anything you want to do. Beds were comfortable. Floors were not the cleanest, our socks were nearly black on the bottoms. Unit could use some updating. Mishmash of cookware but useable. Certain items such as can opener were unusable. Several holes in the walls as well as loose towel holders. I realize some folks rent and don't care what they break, but these items should he been repaired or replaced. Those things wouldn't keep me from coming back though. I would recommend renting here.

The house was clean and as described. We had a minor problem with the toaster and washer. One phone call and we had a brand new toaster and the maintenance man was there within 20 minutes! I was very impressed by the courtesy of the staff. We rented the golf cart and it was delivered right to the house. Everything we needed to know was on the downloadable app. The pots/pans were limited, but adequate for basic breakfast. We did not cook any dinners there.

My family and I rented a cabin from Island View and we were not disappointed at all. The homes was clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed and if we needed anything (iron, skillett) they were brought to us literally within minutes. We plan to go back during the fall, and out next summer stay will be a minimum of 5 days.

Overall it's pretty nice. The cost is a little high, but it's a nice roomy house near the pool. There are things that's broken, but you can tell it's from previous renters. All the important untilities are working fine: stove, AC, fridge, hot water, TV, etc.
