We loved our location, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with the best view of the river, so scenic. Our concierge, Catia was very helpful and responsive! Her recommendations for restaurants was perfect.

Our group of 6 women stayed very comfortably. The common area with amazing views over Porto and the Douro River was a wonderful hub. Property was clean and well maintained. Location was a convenient walking distance to Old Porto and other sights. Kitchen well appointed and stocked with basics. Highly recommend.

Vania communicated with me early in the day t say she was expecting our arrival she was so pleasant in her communications with me. When we arrived Vania was there to greet us and get us situated. The first thing that grabbed us was the incredible view of the Douro River! We were a bit tight in our sleeping quarters - two bedrooms had 3 single beds and one bedroom had two single beds. But we were only there for one night and we were comfortable. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to many beautiful sights and restaurants.

A great place to stay , view over the river stunning , apartment was clean , really comfortable and spacious for 6 .We were there for the football and as the bars shut at 10.30 due to covid restrictions, it was a brilliant place to go back to and enjoy a drink . Perfect location , in easy walking distance of everything and about 15 mins to the river . Owners were contactable all the time and really helpful . Excellent place !

This is a nice apartment close to most of the sites. One problem we had was with the checkout. Their check in/check out procedure involves their representative meeting you personally. Our problem was no one showed up at the designated hour for checkout. We called all 3 or 4 numbers provided and left messages, but no one answered. As we had a plane to catch, we just had to leave. Someone finally called me as we were leaving and advised us to do what we were doing, just leave. This is a good system only if the representatives follow through. Also, they didn't want to take credit cards (wanted to use PayPal) even though the deposit/initial payment was paid through credit card.

Great property for our group, good location. Had a major issue with the door lock - Maria from LV was super helpful and there within 15 minutes to help. Would recommend LV for the great properties and prompt response to issues!

Apartment worked great for 6 adults. One bath is separate in the maids room but hall bath for others worked fine. A couple blocks away from start of historic area, lots to do. Many hills in Porto, so it goes.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for us; clean, large, well-equipped with a gorgeous view; although there was a homeless man living on the entryway. The personal check-in I find awkward and we were 30 minutes late checking out as we waited for the representative who was running late. We were also 45 minutes late checking-in due to traffic on our way to Porto. Additionally, LV Premier changed their policy after booking, as I used PayPal. However, they told me they didn't take cards (which I thought meant credit cards). But they meant PayPal, so I wound up owing an international fee for using PayPal. :( Poor communication. Otherwise they were responsive. We enjoyed the country immensely.

Maria was wonderful. Greeted us with a smile and provided us with a wealth of information. The apartment slept 8 of us comfortably. However, the place could use an extra blow dryer for large families. The other problem was the bathroom had ants and one very large roach. Very sorry to have to mention that but was alarming when we arrived.

This apartment provides a great central location to allow for easy walking distances to loads of attractions in Porto. The small balcony provides great views across the skyline. The facilties are more than adequate although we spent so little time in the apartment we couldn't really judge. We'd recommend this to a group of people looking to stroll around Porto and possibly stumble back home.

This is a large and centrally located apartment with fantastic views over Porto. The housekeeper (Maria) was very helpful and oriented us on arrival. All the major city sites and a range of affordable restaurants are within walking distance. The property was very clean, well appointed and quiet at night. No hesitations in recommending this property. Do not use the nearby Parque Palacio da Justiça car park ... it is extortionately expensive!

The view from the appartment is stunning. Near the centro but just far enough to be quiet and away from the touristic buzz. Kitchen is very small, ok for breakfast but not for real cooking. The 3main bedrooms are good, the lasr one a bit small (but with its private bathroom). Maria José Mendes was very kind, professional and helpful. I would recomend this appartment.

Apartment shares building with professional offices. Quiet even though on fairly busy street. Charged 30 euros for leaving before 8:00 to catch a flight. Skimpy supplies in apartment (toilet paper for first day, one dishwasher pod and one washing machine pod for 4 adults 4 day stay.

Nicely located apartment. The lady who checked us in and out was extremely nice. Beautiful view of Porto from the 6th floor. Apartment has all the necessary amenities. Only negative aspect is there is no easy parking in front of the building, even for quick loading and unloading luggage as there is a cable car track that runs in front.

I traveled with my 2 daughters to Portugal to celebrate their birthdays. We stayed in a fabulous apartment with views of the Douro River. While there, the celebration of St. John the Baptiste happened. It was so exciting and we joined in on the celebration, we had a blast. From our balcony we saw fireworks on display over the Douro River and could hear the music playing there as well. The sky with dotted with lanterns, it was magical. The apartment is large and very comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, the 4th was tiny and only used it for the bathroom. WiFi was great. The kitchen was fun to cook in. There are no ice cube trays, you might want to bring your own. Don't let the outside of the building scare you, the apartment was great. We could walk everywhere, even over the bridge to Gaia, where the Port Caves are. There is a market about 2 blocks away, shopping and outdoor restaurants nearby. Maria, our house manager, was very good with information and actually getting us involved with the celebration activities. She also arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the train station on our departure. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return.

The flat is lovely, well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Wonderful views, excellent location. The only thing missing was an ice cube tray! There were 7 of us so we had plenty of space although wardrobe space was very limited. I would happily recommend this apartment.
