nice recently updated interior and exterior very nice. the location in my opinion was to close to other people. right across the street from an inn. there was no bother but it really hindered me walking around in the nude

This is a nice cabin with all the right amenities for a family trip. It has a bit of rustic charm but has good updates. The pond is great for a some catch and release.

We are a family of five and this is the PERFECT cabin to keep the kiddos entertained. The basement arcade games & foosball are so fun (for grown-ups too!), the firepit is gorgeous, the backyard pond is picturesque, the hot tub is so relaxing, and the set-up & decor is nothing short of gorgeous. Bonus for parents: Kroger is right around the way and does an outstanding job with online order pick-up (HUGE time-saver when you're checking in). Very close to all parks & hiking. This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin - owners are fantastic & extremely responsive. Felt right at home - surrounded by the beauty of Hocking Hills. A must-stay!!

We are a family of five and this is the PERFECT cabin to keep the kiddos entertained. The basement arcade games & foosball are so fun (for grown-ups too!), the firepit is gorgeous, the backyard pond is picturesque, the hot tub is so relaxing, and the set-up & decor is nothing short of gorgeous. Bonus for parents: Kroger is right around the way and does an outstanding job with online order pick-up (HUGE time-saver when you're checking in). Very close to all parks & hiking. This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin - owners are fantastic & extremely responsive. Felt right at home - surrounded by the beauty of Hocking Hills. A must-stay!!

Inside was nice and as advertised. Couple of bugs but who cares you're in the woods. However the dead bugs in the light fixtures (especially the upstairs loft bedrooms) should be cleaned out for the look.

My only "beef" if I had one would be not set far enough back from road, would have liked a little more seclusion, woodsy feel.
Overall this was a wonderful getaway and we thank the property owners for living up to there end of bargain with proper communication and the cabin in the condition it's advertised as.

This was a perfect place for our group, some old friends getting away for a weekend. Only needed to contact host once prior to check-in, and response was immediate. Place was even roomier than expected, actually, and everything was clean and well-organized. The fire pit was perfect place to kickback, and the hot tub was larger than others we’ve seen at VRBOs.
All and all, a great find, perfect for a group of 6-8.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hocking Hills cabin. It was very relaxing and had small touches that made it feel like home. We were able to cook breakfast, dinner, and use the grill! We were sad we were unable to utilize the fireplace due to it not working which owners notified us and let us know this. Also the pull out sofa is downstairs in the basement, on the listing it states it is in the loft. Bedrooms were nice.. upstairs bedroom has a problem with stink bugs finding there way in. A few light bulbs needed replaced and the hot tub had mold around handles and a headrest just needs a good scrubbing. My kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond out back. The outside fire pit was very nice, we also enjoyed sitting on both the upstairs and downstairs patio. My kids enjoyed the Foosball table in the basement. While we were there we went to kroger for food which is right up the street. Also went on a hike at Old Mans Cave which was perfect for little legs. I definitely plan to come back in the future.

Great Cabin
Stayed 3 nights in this cabin with my parents (in their 70’s), my husband and two boys (ages 6 and 9). It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and furnished. My kids enjoyed going among the hot tub, fishing pond, Nintendo, foosball and pool table. We all relaxed around the fire pit in the evenings and sat/rocked on the front porch in the mornings. The owners were super responsive before and during our stay. They clearly care about creating a good experience for guests.
We drove 25 mins to Old Mans Cave - it was very busy - but a neat hike. It was 15 min to Lake Logan where we rented a pontoon and 15 min to HH Canopy tours where my kids zip lined. We made all of our meals in the cabin with the exception of one night of take out from Millstone BBQ which was pretty good.
A great cabin and fun area for all ages.

Perfect Family Cabin
My jaw dropped the moment we pulled into the driveway - IT WAS AMAZING !!!! It had snowed in Logan so the yard & cabin looked straight out of a Hallmark Christmas Movie - huge, gorgeous pine trees perfectly blanketed in snow! It was PERFECT! The inside of the cabin was even decorated for Christmas, complete with a large tree and bucket of ornaments my kids could put on - that was a nice extra touch I will not forget. The fireplace was beautiful and gave off great heat. The kitchen is lovely. The layout of this cabin & property is wonderful - the upstairs loft is a perfect hangout/hideaway for the kids. It was close to all the major hiking trails/nature landmarks. We did online grocery pick-up at the Kroger the day we got to the cabin and that worked out perfectly (huge time-saver.. highly recommend). I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this cabin/property and the wonderful owners who were responsive and super-friendly. Stay here, I promise you will not be disappointed.
