Pros are the great location and the staff at the real estate were friendly to deal with.

Opening the door to this place we soon noticed that the floors hadn't been cleaned, luckily there was a vacuum in the laundry so before our bags were even unpacked I had vacuumed the whole apartment. Each cup we pulled out of the cupboard had stains/lip stick on them so we had to wash everything before we used it. The thin see through curtains in the main living area are not ideal and offer very little privacy. We booked this place for 4 adults and before the first person was done showering the hot water ran out. Also on first arrival we quickly saw we had to go out and buy toilet paper.. they only supplied the one roll that was already on the hook and it was not a brand new full roll but what was left over from the last guests. Its very out dated and over priced for what you get.

Water views, pool, ground floor, comfortable beds, spacious, good variety of cooking implements, close to shops.

No airconditioner. Kitchen utensils, crockery could have been cleaner. No Foxtel. Tradies attended a job on carpark door and left their mess all over floor at exit ie wood shavings etc.

the position right across from the water pool was nice friendly residents

Spacious and clean

Spacious rooms convenient location to beach park and the shops. Grandchildren loved the pool
