The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, extra fridge, indoor and outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze. Everything was wonderful with this property! We loved having 7 bedrooms, 6 of which had king beds and everyone had their own ensuite bathroom. We cooked a lot during the week we were there and always found everything we needed for our group of 14. I called beforehand to see if there was a pack-n-play or a high chair and I was told that there wasn't, but there was one and two booster seats that had trays to attach, so we really didn't need to bring any of that with us. The hot tub was hot and clean, which is always a plus. A big bucket of pickleball paddles and balls was also fun. We will be back for sure!

The house was perfect and your service was as well.
I do think small things like tissue boxes, and more towels, and better coffee makers, and coffee grinders and maybe even more mugs. We had 13 people drinking coffee and only 12 mugs???

Renting the house was easy. Communication with the property was quick, easy and efficient. We had a great experience.

Great time, great house, rest of the facilities were great. Pool, hot tub, fire ring, Pickleball, weather, perfect weekend. Air hockey tables doesn't work, but your folks let us know that. Downstairs guest toilet clogged, but we plunged out. We will be back.

WE HAD SEVERAL SMALL CHILDREN WHICH WAS QUITE DANGEROUS.We reported

Special place
Having stayed at many AirBNB locations, this home in Paradise Village stands at the top to the list. For multiple couples or families we have not found its equivalent anywhere else. The six master suites (a private bath in every king bedroom) makes staying away from home as close to being home as you can get. We love that this home is a roughly 100 steps from the "Splash pad/lazy river water park. And a short walk away from a beautiful two tiered swimming pool. Both locations have group hot tubs and slides. This location is a short walk to multiple pickle ball courts and a volleyball court and we were only 6 minutes away from Tuachan.

Great! I think it would be nice to have a small. BOx of kleenexes in the master bath and one upstairs— then we wouldnt use up the t. Paper as fast. Everything else was great! Leslie

Great vacation house
This was a great place to stay for a family gathering. We had 13 adults and the hone was spacious and in excellent condition. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and all of the nearby pickle ball courts were reserved for tournaments the weekend we were there but we loved the house and had a great time there. It was well stocked, very clean and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!! We'll probably be back again!

Reunion House
This place is really close to the water park, which was a bonus. They had everything we needed. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. So comfortable and well stocked!

Beautiful Santa Clara Utah
The home was spacious and beautiful. For the price we felt like the unit could have been clearer, especially with the CoVid situation. Parking for the unit was a challenge. The rental complex was very busy. To many cars for space provided. Beautiful pool area in the complex but there were so many people, no room to lounge or swim any time of day.

It is an excellent location and the home was beautiful. Everyone had a great time. The family especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub outside and inside was cozy and fun. We plan on coming back again. Thank you.

Nice place to stay for a large group or just your family.
Response time, even after hours for a small issue was immediate and very gracious. The home is spacious, and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay with parts of our family coming and going during the week. Kitchen is very well stocked. The pools and splash pad are very well thought out and heated. The kids loved the water slides and the lazy river. After dark we our kids were the only ones in the pool and it was a very special time.

Excellent vacation rental for families
We had a wonderful vacation week in St. George. Vacation rental was new, fully stocked with all needed supplies, lots of space for families with kids and parents who could stay on fort level suite. The pool areas are amazing with multiple pool and slides. House was in top notch shape and plates, bath towels, and seating for 16 people. Noise from other complexes was not an issue. Red sands property management was very organized and responsive through the rental process, top notch rental agency. We would love to return in the future and wish there were more vacation communities of this nature in other areas of the country to visit.

Great stay for a big family
Lots of living space. Everyone can also feel like they have their private spaces as well since all bedrooms have bathrooms in them. Pool was awesome as well!

Great stay, but I have to say that the tall beds are terrible for older folks.
I will say that we did have one issue that could effect others' planning. My 91 year old dad came with us and he doesn't do stairs any more. the only bedroom on the ground floor had a bed with those extra thick mattresses and dad could not get in and out of bed on his own. He either needed help, me lifting him, or so he could go to the restroom during the night he took a chair into the room that he could use as a ladder..?
These tall beds look pretty, but are a nuisance for older folks when that's their only option.
Now with that said, upon arrival I called the mgmt company and they sent someone over and removed the box spring set from under the mattress which lowered the bed... but then the king size mattress only had 3 boards supporting it and he had to be careful if he was just sitting on the bed, the mattress would sink between the boards; for laying on it was fine.

Paradise Village 95
Nice big home. Bedrooms are spacious with King beds. The beds are comfortable and it is nice to have on suite bathrooms in the bedrooms. The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is stocked well for cooking and the Home is very clean. Close to the water park and park with pickle ball courts and volleyball. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. We will be back.

Great Vacation
House and all the amenities were great! Property manager was quick to respond with the few questions we had and thankfully they were able to fix the AC within a few hours. Great location and the house was awesome for our family vacation.
