Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. This community is packed with the best amenities such as a resort-style pool that includes a new kid's water feature and a lazy river. You will also have access to the clubhouse, a park with pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, a basketball court, and walking trails. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort-style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay! The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 28 guests with the assistance of 3 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. Compete in basketball, pickleball, tennis, or hockey on the sports court; or pull out spike ball and corn hole from the garage for even more entertainment! The kids will love climbing all over the kid rock wall or playing in the kid toy room while you barbeque a delicious meal. Wonderful home and it accommodated all our family Boys bunk room beds were a little small for our teenage boys but they were OK .

We love coming here every year! There are 24 of us and we are comfortable here! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans/utensils/bowls/etc, you would need to make anything. And the fridges hold all the food we bring. The home was so clean and it's very intuitive to find anything! The pool was clean and so lovely- even in October! And the hot tub was glorious. We are so excited to come back next year.

This house was amazing! So much to do, and was exactly as presented in the listing. It was so nice that every room had their own bathroom, lots of storage, and everything we needed for our stay!!

My only disappointment was the pickle ball court. Following any rain, the puddles were prohibitive, and the squeegee was near useless. The only reason I chose this property was the private court.
We had 2 veterans staying with us, one disabled. I was not offended a veterans discount like Red Rock. They gave us 10% off. That was much appreciated.

Our family of seven adults and five children stayed for five nights. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The amenities couldn't have been better with a stocked kitchen, outdoor living space, private pool, pickleball court and game room just a few to mention. The Paradise Village Lazy river and waterslide was conveniently next door. Everything about this house was the best it could be. We will be staying again at Paradise Village #107!!!

This is the 2nd time we've rented this unit and will do so again. It was spotless upon our arrival. It has all the kitchen accessories you could desire and even multiples of most for large groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We took children and grandchildren for our 50th anniversary-19 total, and there is plenty of room to never feel crowded. The outdoor pool, eating/lounging area, and basketball court plus gaming room provides everyone with plenty to do. The Red Sands management was very timely with updates on our trip and responses to questions. We would rate this rental, the management company, and our experience EXCELLENT+ !

I had my share experience with 'summer house rentals' And this is our second rental experience with Red Sands ... the first time was three years ago with a group of 35 and this year with a group of 29 ... and all i have to say is: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL RED SANDS !!!! what a pleasure !!!

The best house in Paradise Village!
This property was simply amazing! It had the best location, with the giant slide and lazy river right across the street. It’s at the end of the cul-de-sac so not much traffic. Best of all, it has A pickle ball court, basketball hoop, soccer goal, huge patio space with multiple seating areas, a fantastic pool, lounge chairs, etc. Inside it could sleep up to 26 people, that we did not need that many. My family loved being able to jump in the pool anytime they wanted! The older kids especially loved The gaming room with three Xboxes and three large screens. We had all the entertainment we needed right on the property and everyone was happy!

Loved everything about it. Only issue we came across was the tech side. Controllers not in correct tv spots, etc. but all in all, it was an amazing family experience. Super easy process to add on. Thanks for having us!

Paradise Village 107 was better than advertised. It was well stocked, clean and ready to go. The Location was great and everything in and out of the house worked perfectly. It is definitely a place we will return again with our family of 22.

This rental is almost perfect, It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and so much to do that everyone was kept happy and busy. The grand kids loved the game room. The only issue was it wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been for as much as we were charged. Maybe the cleaning crew had a bad week .There was tomato sauce splattered on the backsplash behind the stove and there were tons of bugs in the vent above the stove, bread under the fire pit, hair in the master bath tub, a fruit roll up melted under the kid's table and so much dirt on the pickle ball court. We have pictures of most of that. We swept the court and scraped off the melted fruit rollup. Despite the cleanliness we loved this rental and will definitely recommend it to others as well as stay here again ourselves. Other than the cleaning the kid's toys under the stairs are in extremely bad shape and I would recommend updating those. Otherwise it was perfect.

This is a great home. Very well appointed with a very well stocked kitchen. The owners of this home have thought of everything. We had 10 adults and 10 children and there was room for everyone. We enjoyed the pickle ball court and hot tub but it was too cold to use the pool. Thanks again for a 5 star stay!!!

We have vacationed at several properties in Paradise Village; and this was, without doubt, our favorite. The home is beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bath. There are many televisions to accommodate everyone. The gaming room was a huge hit with the teenagers; and all enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, basketball/pickle ball court, and outdoor seating.
We had a large group of 17-20 but never felt cramped due to the spacious layout of the property. Management was great to work with. We will be booking again for next year and highly recommend this property to all. Fantastic!

We've been to this property several times. We had a good time with my family. I would add that the house was a bit dirty. Needed vacuuming and just needed a bit more cleaning. Otherwise it was good.

all-inclusive vacation home
This property very well-managed and easy to check in and out. Communication was prompt, and the property had more things than we even could use. Location is the best, right next to the children's waterpark in a cul-de-sac. Everything was clean and supplies were plentiful. Everyone loved this house with all the amenities, game room, protected pool and outdoor court, grill, firepit, and seating for so many to have wonderful family time. Winter months when not so hot would be heavenly with all the outdoor covered patio seating. Just a great property!

You can immediately tell this was a professionally managed property. Check in process was easy and communication was very good. I had several questions before our arrival date and the management company was very quick to answer my questions.
Property was clean and everything was in working order. There was plenty of trash bags, seasonings, and towels. The kitchen cookware was plenty to use for my party. The private pool and spa were clean and in great condition. There's also a gate for the pool in case you have little ones running around. The basketball court were in good condition. The bbq grill also was great and able to cook for a big party.

Just as awesome as the first time!
Our family stayed at this property in July 2018 for our father's retirement celebration. We stayed again this year for our parents' 40th anniversary and it was once again such a fun place to be with our family. We loved the options of things to do at the home. We had so many friends and family ask about our stay and we highly recommended they stay here. We will definitely keep coming back.
