Stayed for a month waiting for our home to close and we could move in. Nice private back yard, close to so many places and wonderful calming decor. John was great to work with and checked in to see if we needed anything. He made us feel welcome.

Very nice and perfect for our situation. The location and neighborhood were very nice with quick access to anything we needed and family in the area. The owner lives close so any questions or issues are resolved quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. It had a very nice outdoor area with grill. We would definitely stay again! John was very easy to work with.

We have stayed at this home several times and have always had a good experience. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The home is well appointed and has Asian inspired decor. It has an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with split bedrooms. There is a small barbecue grill on the covered patio. The home is located near restaurants, grocery stores and the AZ 303 loop. We have always enjoyed our stays here.

This home is lovely, well maintained and clean. It's in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We loved the walking trail and green area that is close by. The owners, John and Cathy are wonderful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation home.

Very nice home and John was very accommodating and helpful. Excellent location, very quiet, with lots of park space to walk my dogs. Linda was recuperating from hip surgery and the house was the best possible location. The house listing is accurate in terms of location, layout, and amenities. Will definitely return next winter.
