Nice ocean views from the lanai, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. True beach front complex. Our unit is just a 4 minute walk to Ulua beach (consistently voted one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui). Complete renovation in Fall 2018. All new appliances, air conditioning, furnishings, & travertine stone flooring. Oversized private front lanai & fenced back patio, two full bathrooms, premium furnishings and large flat screen tv's. New premier-hotel grade luxury pillow-top beds, including the adult twins in the second bedroom (which can be converted to a king). Also new residential sized washer and dryer. Coffee lovers? There is a Nespresso machine, a Keurig pod machine and a full pot drip brewer. Pull-out sleeper sofa in living room has a premium 8” pillow top mattress. Far superior to a hotel stay, once you try a resort condo you’ll never go back. NOTE: 3 things to be aware of when shopping condos; 1) Ocean Views; A number of units claim “ocean views” when in fact the view is only from a balcony. Consider the perspective shown on the photos. Our unit 2105 has an excellent ocean view from the master, living room, kitchen AND lanai. 2) Beach View, or Beach FRONT? Most Wailea resort complexes have ocean views, but many require you to drive (and hunt for parking) OR to cross busy roads to access the beach (while shlepping your gear). Elua Village is LITERALLY ocean front. You will also love the convenient beach showers, the ocean front pool, and huge private ocean front lawn with loungers. Enjoy some of the best snorkeling & stand-up paddle boarding on the island without ever having to leave the resort (See the guest photos of turtles & rays, taken just off our beach). 3) Fitness Center - Few of the vacation rental complexes in Kihei or Wailea have a fitness center. Elua's is ocean front... pretty hard to beat! We also provide yoga mats in our condo for your convenience. Elua Village has a Pickle ball court with gear provided. Bring the family - Lots of water toys & private back yard for the kids. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, tennis & pickleball rackets and ice chests provided. You will also find a nice selection of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and sun mats. ELECTRONICS; Our condo has USB fast charge outlets throughout, 2 desk top USB/AC chargers. Large HD flat screens, Blue Ray player w Netflix, and a state of the art Marshall amp/speaker with Blue tooth connection for your music enjoyment. Look closely at photos of similar Elua units and you can see that ours is one of only a few where the master bath was expanded to add a large walk in shower, and the kitchen was expanded and opened up to the living room and ocean view. (By eliminating unnecessary closets and moving the AC and hot water into the garage.) This was an extensive renovation component that makes 2105 markedly superior to units without this change. Elua Village is one of the most desirable developments in Wailea with 152 condos spread out over 24 acres of lush, private tropical landscaping. An amazing destination with 24 hour security gated entry, a private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jogging paths, a party/barbecue pavilion, pickle-ball court, fitness room & more. (Take a look at the drone photos!) Ulua beach is listed in Frommers and Lonely planet as one of the top beaches on the island. (Trip Advisor rates it #16 in the US!) Beautiful sunsets, gentle surf and gorgeous white sand. The beach is book-ended with two small healthy reefs where you’ll see thousands of fish and many turtles. Golfers? The world renowned Wailea "Blue Course” is directly across the street from Elua Village. Great location. Fabulous view from front lanai. Convenient for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping.
The unit was clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, great showers.
The owners are very responsive and the local reps very helpful.
The Elua property is well maintained and a very pretty setting.

We suggested upgraded bedding for second bedroom and Alisha advises that new comforters have been obtained.
There was a bit of a stuffy/musty smell that was stronger in the back bedroom and while the condo itself was clean, some of the glasses and plates needed to go in the dishwasher before being used.
Overall, we had a great vacation!

Enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo! The property is gorgeous. Condo was clean, quiet, and convenient to shopping and beach. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the wonderful lanai! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing property!! Excellent location with everything you need. Pool and beach were beautiful, condo was spacious and stunning. Amazing views of beach from front and a back patio for grilling. Walkable to shops, restaurants and luxury hotels. Alisa and Tim were great hosts recommending many activities/restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I (2 teenagers and 3 adults) had a wonderful stay in Maui. The place was perfect for us and located in a great location. The condo is exactly as advertised and included beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc as listed in the description. Alisa responded in a very timely and helpful manner with any questions I had regarding our trip. She also provided us with some great restaurant and activity recommendations. Being able to walk and run along the Wailea beach path was a huge plus for us. As stated, the condo is located near the entrance at the top of the hill so it is approximately a 5 minute walk to the main pool and beach. This was not an issue for us and gave us a chance to explore the Elua property grounds. We had no trouble finding chaise lounges under the umbrellas down at the main pool and enjoyed the fact the property feels more spacious and quieter than the neighboring hotel resorts. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday soon.

We enjoyed our stay while vacationing in Maui. The owners quickly responded to a couple minor details when we arrived. Check in was easy and location of this condo is perfect. The owners booklet gave many great recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, etc. The condo offered plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs and equipment. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the views from the lanai both early morning and evenings. The property landscaping is beautiful and well kept. We will definitely return!

The property is modern, up-to-date, in good shape and well-stocked with linens, towels and beach gear. It's in a great location, with a front lanai with an ocean view and a gorgeous patio at the back. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The owners have a very light touch, providing us with space but also providing a handy guidebook of information, and recommended restaurants and activities.

Lovely ocean view from your covered lanai - the place to be for coffee every morning. Beautiful remodeled condo, fully equipped, plenty of space in all living areas inside and on the outside lanai's. Meticulously landscaped grounds, private pickle ball court, relaxing pool areas and easy beach access. Walking distance to neighboring resort dining (Morimoto's, Humble Kitchin),
Wailea shops and market. Easy access to the walking path for morning walks to Polo Beach and back.
The owners were responsive, generous and super accommodating, they really wanted us to have the perfect Wailea vacation - and we did!!

We had an awesome time here - condo is a big 2 bedroom with plenty of space for the family, and the Elua Village complex is fantastic. We'd spend the mornings at the beach, the afternoons at the pool (which has one of the best pool views of probably anywhere in the world), and the evenings walking along the path. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed location. The showerhead needs replacing in guest bathroom- no water pressure. The back bedroom smells musty, mildew even with fan and air purifier. Two sheets in closet found to have stains need to be replaced.

We stayed for 9 days with our family of 5 and really enjoyed the property. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great ocean views off the front porch, and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the guest room shower had really low water pressure so the kids showered the master bathroom. The location is perfect and the pool area is excellent with easy access to the beach below. Great way to get a beach and pool day in. The pool area had a full kitchen , ice machine etc so you can bring food and drinks down for the day without having to back to the unit. We would stay here again which is the highest compliment we can give!

Located in Elua Village. Close to excellent shopping, dining and golf. Lovely property. Had everything there for surfing, snorkeling, bike riding, private pool. Beautiful view of the ocean.

We had an excellent stay in Wailea. Alisa and Tim (owners) were super to work with, as were David & Patricia (cleaning crew). The condo was a perfect size for our group, and having the 2 outdoor areas was a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay at Elua Village. The property is located within walking distance to the beach and walking path to multiple resorts. We loved that the condo came with all the things to use at the beach! This made the experience that much better. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all things needed. Only thing to note is the water pressure in the second bathroom shower is minimal. Over all it was a great vacation and we had a blast!

It was our second time staying in this unit and we’ve already reserved it for a third time. One only suggestion is to offer housekeeping. I sent Alisha a note and she quickly booked a cleaning for us.

Our stay was absolutely awesome! Loved waking up cooking breaking and eating outside and looking at the ocean! We had a short walk to the beach and utilized the owners beach chairs, ice chest, mat, and other items. House is well stocked with everything you would need. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The condo was perfect! We could not have asked for anything more. The condo had all you could need for a vacation..beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers. We'd pack up each morning and head to the beach and came back up in late afternoon. The condo was spacious for all 4 of us. The kitchen was very well supplied and easy to maneuver. Parking was right outside building. Owner was quick to reply to any questions asked. Only complaint was we should have stayed 2 weeks! Thank you Alisa and Tim for a beautiful place for our stay.

Wailea Elua pure heaven
The condo has a large living space prefect for two couples or a small family. It is clean and well appointed for cooking. We all enjoyed being able to barbecue in the backyard area. The front patio has a nice view, comfortable furniture and it is covered from any rain. The only suggestion I have would be to add a extra hair dryer for second bathroom. Plus be aware the condo is at the back of the property so there is a lot of walking to beach and pool. The great thing is at the pool there is a refrigerator, tables and chairs plus bathrooms so you can take all you things down to the beach and pool just once a day. P.S. the pool area is gated.

Wonderful vacation!
I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Alisa’s and Tim’s condo! We had such a great time and no issues with whatsoever-it is a beautiful property and as advertised. Also-Alisa and Tim were very accommodating to allow us to move trip dates along the way. We cannot wait for a return trip to Maui in the future! Mahalo!

Fantastic location!
Elua Village is located in one of the best locations in Wailea. This great property is minutes away from Elua Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were a party of 6 and found this upgraded unit very spacious to accommodate us all. Alisa & Tim provided a well equiped unit with everything that you needed from kitchen utencils to beach chair and outdoor equipment. Property staff was always cheerful and accomodating and we appreciated the property ammenities and extra security Elua offers. We thank Alisa & Tim for sharing their vacation property with us and will definitely try to make it back soon!!

Perfect Getaway
The condo exceeded expectations. Comfortable, clean, and perfect in every way. The complex grounds are extremely beautiful and safe, with easy access to fantastic food, activities, and relaxation. We would have absolutely no hesitation in rebooking for another trip.

Really nice property
This was probably the nicest rental we've stayed in in Maui. We had previously stayed in this same condo complex before but that issue had some bug issues which was annoying. This unit did not have these issues. The location is a little far from the beach compared to other units which was ok walking down to the beach but kind of a pain for carrying your gear back up hill to the unit. So after a few days, I started just loading the car with our stuff, driving it one minute to the club house area, and parking over there. Then it was very easy to go back and forth with boogie boards etc and wash them off at the outdoor shower area before putting them back in the car. This is one of the nicest beaches in Maui and the condo development grounds are very pretty and nicely kept as well. Another thing I liked about this unit is that it had plenty of stuff you would need for your vacation including gear like boogie boards, beach chairs etc. we also brought some inne rtubes with us. They have snorkeling gear as well but you are probably better off brining your own. We liked sitting out on the front lanai and watching the sunset or just strolling down to the beach for that. One thing we weren't crazy about is that someone very heavy footed was staying upstairs and they were a bit noisy a few times of the day - I think they have a child who was running around. It wasn't intolerable but kind of annoying. I don't know if it was a guest or an owner. Lastly, be aware that there is a 2nd pool and hot tub (it is actually very hot) that we discovered on one of our last days and it's closer to the unit. The owner had told me it's for owners only but we went in a couple times and it was not locked. I wish we had known about it earlier in the trip because my kids love hot tubs and we wouldn't have wanted to use it earlier. I don't know what the story is with it being for owners or not but we were certainly able to use it. The pool is smaller but it's nice and my kids enjoyed it. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect location, very easy to walk to all the resorts and restaurants in the Wailea area. We thought we would miss resort amenities, but the pool area and pickleball court made this just as fun. The only downside was the check in process. Our name was misspelled on the paperwork, so we had to wait about 30 minutes at the gate before the guards were able to contact the property manager and allow us to access the property. Otherwise it was perfect.

From the prompt communication from the hosts, to the hospitality of the welcome note and gifts and the grocery discount card, we felt this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in! There were ample snorkeling masks, chairs, beach toys and umbrellas to use if needed. The multiple coffee options were a nice touch as well! Having both the front and back lanai was a plus for our family with kids spread out 4 years apart from one another too! And the property was just lovely. It was quiet and safe, and we felt our kids could walk to/from the beach without issues. My favorite part is I never had to stay in the condo to cook meals! Elua Village Stay
This is a wonderful property in a beautiful location. Access to all Wailea has to offer from shopping to beaches and to the rest of Maui. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we have stayed in other condos on the property with grand views and higher end amenities. For example the linens and towels were of lesser quality and worn. One more example is that there were approximately three tissues for our use. Not enough paper goods to accommodate two people for even one week and we were there for two weeks (and it was just 2 of us in a 2 bedroom). But again, this unit is overall very nice, and located on the best property in Wailea and offers a great time! The owners provided great information on activities and places to explore and eat on the island. They gave restaurant suggestions that even we had never heard of, and we go to Maui frequently. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying here. We would stay in this unit again and only discount the one star due to our experiences in other units in this complex.

We also loved our unit - we were there for a month & was the perfect home away from home! Our daughter & her fiancée came for part of the time & the front and back lanais were perfect for working remotely! The spacious, well-appointed unit was not only comfortable but stylish. So much attention to detail - from our “Welcome goodies” to the spa quality toiletries & towels. A 5* star stay!!!

From the lushly landscaped grounds to the Wailea Elua facilities & top notch staff - it exceeded our expectations. Our daughter & her fiancée came for part of the time & the front and back lanais were perfect for working remotely! The spacious, well-appointed unit was not only comfortable but stylish.
