A desejar

Localização boa não excelente, supermercado próximo.

Lâmpada queimada na cozinha toda hospedagem não solucionaram o problema nos 3 dias de hospedagem, 4 andares sem elevador não constava na descrição, manutenção a desejar, sofá cama péssimo, sem cortina na sala, péssimo pra dormir.

Nice place but hard self checkin

The location was very nice, the place was relatively large and clean.

It was a self check-in which indicates that I was doing the part normally a stuff member should do. Meanwhile the prices were not cheap. And the checkin process was a challenge since I booked two apartments for a large group but I was not able to check-in for both under my name. It is a contradiction between the booking.com system and the internal one they use. Furthermore, I asked whether two apartments can be close to each other and whether we can have a early check-in right after booking the place (around 3 weeks before the arrival) and they promptly answered that right now it is impossible to guarantee that and i should contact on the day of the arrival. I did that and they answered that it is impossible since our apartments are on different categories. Now I think to myself whether it was not possible to find it out 3 weeks earlier 😀🤷

Custo benefício foi ótimo, só faltou ter estacionamento mesmo

O apartamento possuía os cômodos bem definidos, dormitórios, sala e cozinha, banheiro espaçoso com máquina de lavar roupas. O wi-fi funcionava bem até.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor, a cozinha poderia ter mais utensílios.

This place is not at all suitable for this price, and I definitely do not recommend it.

The kitchen was very dirty. The kettle was very dirty. The surfaces of the kitchen utensils were dirty and dusty, meaning they hadn't been cleaned at all. The bed and sheets were clean, but the lights were broken, and the house was poorly maintained. When going to the room, we had to climb four floors and many stairs. Someone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to access this place, and there were no warnings about it.

It was clean and spacious. You can find everything you need. Location is fine.

It didn't have a lift and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor

Gute Lage, sonst leider nicht so gut

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Direkt in der Neustadt, so dass man viele Sachen zu Fuß erledigen kann. Auch gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Die Unterkunft war leider insgesamt nicht so gut. Der Toilettendeckel war lose, im Schrank lagen zerbrochene Bügel, auf der Couch und auf den Stühlen waren Flecken und Verschmutzungen und im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste der Vormieter. Teilweise Nachts sehr laut durch die vorbeifahrenden Bahnen.

Fernseher gingen in beiden zimmern nicht Im wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch sehr kalt - heizung ging nicht und fenster haben gezogen Heizkörper wäre dringend notwendig

Großzügige Wohnung mit neuer Küche und top ausgestattet 👍🏼

Für den Haupteingang ist ein Schlüssel in einer Box mit Code hinterlegt. Hier wäre ein ErklärVideo wünschenswert, wie man den Schlüssel aus der Box holt. Die schriftliche Anweisung ist leider zu kompliziert und schwer verständlich.

Cozy and comfortable

Nice location, access system with code. Before entering accommodation need to take care in advance about check-in etc. Quite time consuming but from the other side safe and convenient. The accommodation itself is spacious, clean, cozy, room's allocation is good. I stayed with my family just one night. We are satisfied.

Große Wohnung, tolle Lage, etwas lieblos eingerichtet: Gummibäume aus Plastik, z.B. … Geschmacksache.

Sehr gut gelegene, große Wohnung. Unkomplizierter Zugang. Praktisch eingerichtet.

Die Küche: es gibt kaum Platz, das abgewaschene Geschirr abzustellen und keine Geschirrtücher zum abtrocknen. Wozu legt man Spülmaschinentabs hin, wenn es (in dieser) Wohnung keine Maschine gibt?. Im Tiefkühlfach stand ein Teller mit ner (ausgepackten & angeknabberten) Eistüte.

Das Apartment gibt mehr vor als es bietet

Die Lage und die Größe des Apartments war sehr gut. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend.

Es fehlten leider einige Dinge. Die Beleuchtung ist dürftig. Über dem Badezimmerspiegel und der Küchenarbeitsplatte gab es kein Licht. Ein Apartment für 6 Personen mit 5 Stühlen passt einfach nicht. Es fehlten auch Tassen/Becher und Gläser. Kein Haken für die Küchenhandtücher. Leider hatten war auch klebriges Besteck in der Schublade. Die Fenster scheinen auch länger nicht geputzt worden zu sein und hatten viele Fingerabdrucke. In der Salzmühle war auch Pfeffer. Generell zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern. Die Check-in Info kam erst am Tag der Anreise. Wer kein mobiles Internet hat, hat das Nachsehen seinen Ausweis hochzuladen. Die Schlüsselbox vor der Haustür geht ohne Handybeleuchtung und 3 Hände garnicht. Es war immer aufwändig ins Haus zu kommen.

Bad experience when get the password for the apartments. We online check in at 5, but finally got the password at 8pm.

Really big apartmaent.

There was some issue with the suites allocation - someone else was able to access our room. Beds are quite narrow. Some stuff is missing in the kitchen - like sponges for wasching the dishes.

Pleasant experience in Dresden

The apartment is very clean , comfortable , well equipped , really very nice and pleasant , with a good light ; bed are comfortable and bathroom is well organized; the apartment is in a nice street well connected to the old town zone.

Good location in a peaceful street. Trams stops very near. Lot of space in the appartment. Beds comfortable. Large bathroom, well equipped. The salon with TV, large table and sofa - lot of space and comfortable.

Kitchenette very small, however, and not well equipped. We had some small problems - one was fixed quickly, the other one - not at all.

Very cozy and good stay in the heart of Dresden

The house, location, and was very good. We really liked the design of the rooms and all the provided facilities. The tram station was nearby and easy to access to the old town, as well.

There is no elevator in the apartment, so bringing up heavy luggage could be a bit problem. Bur overall the experience and provided service was very nice.

It is just what we needed for a quick an overnight stay. It's got good size and it is fairly clean.

Tram line is so close to the property that it makes some noise when it passes through.

Very nice, highest grade!

Very clean, everything in place, everyone got ear plugs and coffee mugs. Many beds, good kitchen and special bonus for Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

A bit noisy outside - but that's normal for city, we just got used queit life outside of cities.

Very clean, easy and smooth check-in and checkout. The apartment had everything I needed: hygiene products, towels, tea and coffee. I always choose Limehomes whenever possible when I'm traveling and never got disappointed.

Great place at great location and at great price

The location is great. There are many shops near by and the city center is 15 min walk from the apartment. The standard of the apartment is very good and great value for money. It is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and clean. A great spot for both a short and a long stay.

It is not a complaint, rather a warning. If you travel by car, please remember that all the places around are restricted to local dwellers only or have to be paid for, even at the weekends. Yet, it is easy to find a free parking space in distance of 300 meters from the location.
