House was located within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. Older house but very well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend this property, and stay again if visiting Rochester in the future.

We stayed for several weeks while I recovered from a kidney transplant. The house was clean and comfortable. The adjustable bed was such a blessing. The location was perfect- close to Mayo, restaurants, stores and pharmacies.

I stayed here for five weeks while receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic and the property checked all the boxes for me. It was within reasonable walking distance to the hospital and had many stores and restaurants nearby. It was very clean and had a home-like feel to it. The property management was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and overall I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay if needing to go back and forth to Mayo Clinic often. Jenny was quick at communicating and the house was clean and had everything we needed!

The Hospitality House was absolutely superb! The place was clean, completely furnished, had on-site free parking and free (and fast!) internet connection. The house itself was warm (we had the ability to change the heat level) and the amount of ambient light during the day made it very cheery and bright. The only drawback was the fact that the basement (where the coin operated laundry was) light was not working. (The light in the actual laundry area was working; it was the light in the part of the basement which you had to go through to get to the laundry which was malfunctioning.) However, Jenny and Kent (the manager and the building maintenance man) were on top of everything and attended to all of our needs very quickly. I cannot praise this property or its managers highly enough. If we have to go back to Rochester again, we'll be wanting to stay here!

The stay was perfect for us as it was only 7 blocks for the Mayo Clinic/Hospital. I could easily walk to visit my husband. My husband did some recovery there -we were able to prepare our own meals.

The property is an older house but in good condition. Getting to Mayo Clinic is a breeze, about a 15 min. walk. Don't expect top of the line furniture, but everything was in good usable condition.

We liked it very much. We had a power outage the 1st day due to too much on circuit beaker in 90 degree plus heat. Help came over promptly to correct and advise us to keep the microwave unplugged if not in use-seemed to take care of it Vrbo needs to show in the online listing all fees i above the advertised per night rental.. I think the actual full cost should be listed up front.

Super responsive property manager. Sunlit. Nice neighborhood for walks.

Not luxurious but very adequate and reasonably comfortable! Two window air conditioning units kept temperature comfortable but living room unit was extremely loud, which made tv hard to hear.Jennifer plans to have that checked out. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes,etc. We did not cook but it was nice to bring in snacks and keep beverages in clean refrigerator. Jennifer was very quick to answer questions and help. We highly recommend the restaurant “Twigs” which is one block away. They have a complete gluten free menu! My husband enjoyed the 6 block walk to Mayo.

This was a wonderful place to stay while doctoring at the Mayo Clinics. Easy walking distance when you have multiple appointments per day. There were several parks nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks while attending appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We couldn't do much because of the COVID-19 shutdown, but we found some neat trails to wall to pass the time. It really is just a few blocks from the Mayo Clinic. We used food delivery services and online grocery pickup which worked great - thanks to the recommendation from Jennifer! We watched plenty of TV on the roku tv, which we hadn't used before. Our only negative about it is that we had to tell the upstairs neighbor to be more quiet. It was pretty loud at times. Other than that, we were pleased.

I rented this for 4 weeks while my husband was at Mayo. Good location, clean, well stocked. The bed was very comfortable (didn't use the other 2 beds). The only thing I missed was a TV.

I was an enjoyable stay for a month during my kidney transplant, Would recommend the duplex to everybody who needs long term care. It was very close to a lot of stores/restaurants and Mayo.

This property is very conveniently located near the hospital and the clinic and to downtown restaurants. The apartment is roomy and nicely furnished. Contact with agent/property manager was seamless.

The property is about 6 blocks from the male clinic which was very helpful to us to earning our stay. The accommodations were flexible allowing family and friends to help and support during our stay at the hospital. Provokes you won't be using mail, the space is quiet and clean, and close to major roads for easy access. Is also close to downtown and a lot of great restaurants. I can't recommend it enough. I'll be back

Our family has been incredibly impressed and pleased with our stay. The place is very convenient to Mayo, is well stocked with all you may need, AND has off street parking. We do not have enough nice things to say about the communication and responsiveness of Jenny & Kent who manage this property. We would HIGHLY recommend booking this place!

Everything you need and more.

The Hospitality House was a very comfortable size for my husband and I during my recent trip to the Mayo clinic. The apartment is well outfitted, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment is well maintained. The only drawback is the tv, which is smaller than most desk computer monitors. Also, actual television viewing is not available. We had brought our own computer though and we used hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and steady! The upstairs renters were mostly quiet and considerate and the house was completely quiet after about 10 pm. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Gonda and Mayo buildings. If you take your car, there is some construction to drive around, but it's still only about a 5 minute drive. All in all, we had no complaints and will definitely look for this property again in the future.
