About this cabin rental
Uncle Tom's Cabin is the perfect getaway for either couples or a family (up to 8)! Darling, comfortable cabin located on an acre lot with immediate trail access for ATVs (Trail #626) and snowmobiles (the groomed Shotgun Trail). Cabin is located 30 miles from West Yellowstone Park entrance and is the perfect home-base for enjoying fishing, hiking, boating and kayaking. House amenities include Wi-Fi, outdoor grill, dishwasher, coffee-maker, washer/dryer, smart TV's, DVD players, hot tub and more. Cabin access is available year-round. County-plowed road in the winter. ATV trail is #626, and the Shotgun Trail is groomed for snowmobiles. Kitchen: all appliances, pots, pans and utensils needed to make your meals. Extra seating available with fold down table attached to the counter (+ 4 stools) Living room: 50" TV, DVD player, rocker-recliner couches, and gas fireplace insert. Small selection of family movies and games available for rainy days. WiFi access (password provided on-site). Single bath with shower. Laundry and utility: Spaces adjoining the cabin house a washer and dryer and provide ample hooks to hang wet items like bathing suits, towels, or snow pants. Downstairs bedroom: Queen bed, 47" TV, DVD player and storage drawers. Upstairs loft: 2 full beds and 2 twin beds; 2 of the beds haves storage drawers. Loft also has curtained storage space and changing area. Hot tub: seats 8, has LED lighting, and is great to relax in after a hard day of fun! Patio furniture with umbrella seats 8. NOT AVAILABLE IN THE WINTER. Fire pit and benches provide seating for a lovely evening around the fire. Fire pit is not AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER. Please practice fire safety! Fire-wood NOT provided. Security camera's located outside. One is facing the west entrance. The second is on by the door facing south. You have access to the entire house and lot. There will be no other tenants. Entry is a keyless lock, so only a code (provided prior to arrival) is necessary to enter the property. Check-in is 4 PM, check-out is 10:00AM. Please note that the nearest full service grocery is 30 minutes away in Ashton, Idaho or West Yellowstone, MT. There are groceries closer in the local convenience stores but they are expensive and very limited in selection.

Cabin was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very, very comfortable. Loft upstairs has 2 sides, each with 2 beds so each kid had their own space. Hot tub outside in beautiful forest was great after long days in Yellowstone. Drive into the park was 30 minutes. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here while we explored the Yellowstone and Island Park area. The cabin was cozy and clean, just as pictured. Private, but just a short drive to all the amenities. My daughters loved having the little upstairs area to themselves. The jacuzzi on the cool nights was perfect and loved by all. The best part, on our final morning, we woke up to a young bull moose in the backyard, a mere 15 yards away. The perfect ending to a great trip.

This little Cabin was the perfect get away for our anniversary. We wanted somewhere nice and quiet where we could just relax together. This cabin was just that! The hot tub was so nice to just relax in during the day it at night. I definitely will plan on staying there in the future!

My wife and I stayed at Unce Tom's Cabin for several days including New Years Eve/Day. Fantastic property, and the owner Scott was very easy to communicate with.
The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The other (positive) reviews are spot-on. As for the hardness of the bed mentioned in a few reviews, there is a memory foam mattress topper, and they tend to harden up when cold. No biggie for us.
We'll definitely, definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed here while we explored Yellowstone and we absolutely loved it. The cabin was exactly as pictured. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and answered any/all questions. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. Perfect for a couple or if you have kiddos tagging along too.

Lovely Cabin
My family of 3 stayed in the lovely cabin for 3 nights while we visited Yellowstone National Park. It was a clean and cozy cabin in the woods. We had a wonderful stay and the host was great with communication.

The owners of this property have fully stocked this rental and it is in a nice quite pretty secluded neighborhood. I think I saw a moose walk by! The rental was comfortable and relaxing. We fully enjoyed our stay, cannot recommend enough!

perfect place
this place was great! it was a perfect retreat for a few days. It's about 30 minutes from Yellowstone, (west entrance) but it was great to relax there after a long day in the park. Would absolutely stay again!

It was the perfect spot for a nice getaway. You’re within driving distance to Yellowstone national park entrance , yet just far enough to feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the towns that are outside the park entrances. Loved every minute. Hot tub was toasty and saw plenty of wildlife.

Adorable spring getaway
This cabin was perfect for 4 people and was just as described in the listing. We were able to cross country ski on the main road right out the front door and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. Note that the snow covers the fire pit, so we were unable to use it this time of year. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Cozy cabin
The cabin was easy to find. It was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The owners had a binder of a wide variety of activities for the area. The cabin was well stocked with items we needed. We enjoyed the grill for cooking and the hot tub was clean and such an enjoyable way to end each day. I highly recommend and we plan to stay again in the future.

Cabin was clean everything looked great... Until, we went to sleep on the mattress. Hard as a rock! So uncomfortable didn't get any sleep left the next day. I originally booked for 2 nights.. 1 night was all we could stand. Besides the beds being so uncomfortable & hard everything else was great, clean & neat.
