Nothing. The place is out not good located, the stuff can’t speak English and it’s incompetent. They made me change room 4 times. They ask money for the deposit and the room was already a mess when I walked in: light was broken, air conditioning didn’t work, water in the toilet was blocked and window couldn’t be locked.
Everything. Also the place is full of old ladies that try to approach you

Location was great, on the main Rawai road, very close to seven eleven, 3-4min with scooter to the downtown.
Kingsize bed was really comfortable, have a big fridge, it was clean enough.

The room was big and comfortable. We had little noise from the road but no noise from the bar below. Fresh towels and mineral water everyday and the room was cleaned. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend you stay here. A good place to eat is Cashew nut about 200 meters walk up the road at the side of the bar.
We didn't have. transport so it was a bit out of the way, oh and the broken tap in the bathroom..

I liked the atmosphere of the bar down stairs. The entrance of the hotel is through the bar, which might put off some people.

price was OK for what it was. Basic, but clean, and nice staff.
noisy from the bar below

Good quiet a/c. Balcony. Safe with code. Rather quiet considering there is a bar that stays open late underneath. Heard nothing from the bar, just traffic noice. The bar can serve a good Curry Wurst ;-) And much more, if you are interested...
Nice staff.
For breakfast I highly recommend the Cashew Nut restaurant (from 9.30) nearby. A 7-11 open 24 hours a block away.
And 20 clothes hangers in the wardrobe must be a record :-)
The location is a bit off. Preferably you should rent a bike. Taxis are rare and expensive. I stayed on the second floor with steep steps.

The staff and the girls downstairs at the bars were very nice and always up for a laugh.
The bedrooms are located directly above the girls-bar, which gives the stay a special charm and there is also a market right next door.
The bed was very comfortable.
Unfortunately the room was not really pleasant to live in.
What bothered me the most was the condition of the bathroom:
- there was large areas of mold on the ceiling
- the water pressure in the shower was very weak, with long hair it is almost impossible to wash it
- the water tap was broken and splashed water over the sink.
- TV & safe were broken
- Internet is very unstable and at times the WLAN was completely gone for a day.
- I spent 5 nights there and after the 4th night the room was cleaned for the first time.
- my room was at the back and had a wall a meter in front of the small balcony, my request to move to one of the front rooms was not complied with. Instead, a guest who arrived after me but stayed longer was offered a move.
- there is no soap or other free complimentary stuff, like shampoo a a bottle of water, except two towels.
- my booking said it included a ocean/mountain view, coffee machine and terrace, that wasn't the case.

It was clean and the workers were very kind. Not really a place for families just a heads up
No hot water. No wifi in the rooms.

The street facing room actually has a decent green view and it was a nice size with a big fridge. Staff was lovely and I was invited for a drink by the owner, saithong
The back facing room I stayed in was quite bleak, and nothing was working in the room. Happy to be moved to a better room

Location is fairly close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. Staff was nice and "very friendly" to male customers. Bar downstairs with food and drink.
