About this villa rental
A completely fenced finca with main house ("casa") and two side houses ("apartamento" and "estudio") in Roca Grossa. A villa for individualists who like to retreat to their own shady terraces (pergola or awning) in front of their bedrooms and enjoy the conviviality of family and friends by the pool, on the charcoal grill or under the large portico. A finca for families in up to three generations. If it gets too hot even in the houses, in the pergolas and under the awnings, switch on the air conditioning - and should you arrive in the off-season, warm the house with the heating. You can park up to two cars in the protective enclosure under a shade-giving pergola; and a few bicycles or motorbikes also have space next to it. The finca also has a bike rack for 6 bicycles; and ask our caretakers if necessary for the repair stand for bicycles and the bicycle pump. Bed linen (€ 15 per person and change) and towels (€ 8 per person and change) can be rented from our caretakers in the required number. License number (Codi de Registre) HUTG-025114

We had a great stay in Lloret with friends. The villa was perfect. Clean, parking spots, well equipped with essentials, sea view, spacious,... With the extra logements on the property, it feels like you're staying in a small resort. Also very friendly and helpfull owner and housekeeper!

Very nice accomodation with a beautfiful view over Lloret and the sea. Very nice swimmingpool as well, including sunbeds and chairs. For us very posistive that the landlady spoke flamish, so communication was very easy. Afterall we looked back on a very nice week at the Costa Brava. Absolutely a recommendation!!

The accommodation consists of 3 different places, which makes it excellent for parties with different couples that want to be able to have some privacy.
It was extremely clean, great beds, excellent showers, relatively new kitchen and kitchen appliances, sufficient beds around the pool.
Although it is only 1,5 km from the city center, I would recommend a car, because of the altitude (it is located uphill).
We had a great stay with 7 adults and recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Lloret and its surroundings.

This has to be one of the best villas we have stayed in - so much space for all of us to have our own area with the focal point of the pool area for family time.
Close enough to everything but far enough out not to be bothered by anything.
Fantastic staff who welcomed and look after us during our stay.
Cannot fault anything about our visit other than having to leave to come home..........

Super séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec ses dépendances, tout était parfait, très bien équipées, piscine magnifique entretenue 2 fois par semaine, 15 MN du centre de lloret, Isabel, la personne sur place, toujours disponible, agréable, gentille...
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, et je pense louer à nouveau cette maison.

Super Haus für Familienurlaub
Wir haben das Casa in Lloret mit unseren 3 Kinder sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick vom Pool zum Meer sehr schön.
Isabel und Tom sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Traumhaft
Eine Bewertung dieses Objekts fällt extrem leicht. Das Konzept mit Haupthaus, Appartement und Studio ist perfekt für mehrere Generationen oder 2 Familien. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Gesamtzustand kann nur als ausgezeichnet bewertet werden, da es wirklich an nichts mangelt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder Gast sein, da auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter exzellent war

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer
Das Haus ist wunderbar und entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und Bildern.
Es war sehr sauber und alle benötigten Utensilien waren vorhanden.
Die Lage ist in einem Wohnviertel in den Hügeln mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Stadt ist fußläufig (ca. 20 min) erreichbar, ein schöner Strand (Canyelles) ist mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den Gastgebern vor Ort war freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell.
Alles in allem ist das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances, les photos représentent parfaitement la réalité. Une vue superbe, une grande piscine. La maison principale très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, les 2 dépendances étaient super pour nos ados.
Nous vous la conseillons. Et pensons y revenir un jour.

Ein rundherum schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Wir durften im Juli 2021 zwei Wochen in diesem rundherum schönen Haus verbringen, der Haus war sauber, dem Pool fehlte zwischenzeitlich ein Zusatz, sodass er etwas Moos angesetzt hatte. Dies wurde aber zügig durch den Hausmeister vor Ort beseitigt.
Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus - wirklich zu empfehlen.

Schöne Villa mit schöner Aussicht
Alle Angaben des Vermieters sind richtig.
Die Villa hat 3 Wohneinheiten. 1 Haupthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad und Küche.
Ein Nebenhaus mit einem Schlafzimmer und Bad und eine Küche.
Noch ein Drittes Haus, worin sich ein Etagenbett befindet mit Bad.
Der Pool war toll und die Größe ist optimal. Dieser wurde auch regelmäßig von Tom 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt.
Sehr viele Mücken vor Ort, Mückenschutz nicht vergessen.
Von der Küchen Ausstattung her hat alles gepasst.
Bei Ankunft war die Villa leider nicht im gereinigten Zustand, was ein bißchen Schade war.
Dennoch schöne Unterkunft, ich würde es jedem bedenklos weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons été bien accueillis par Tom et Isabel qui sont les concierges facilement joignables. Belle villa rénovée avec ses dépendances. La villa est très bien équipée. Vous avez juste à faire vos courses. La cuisine comprend tous les ustensiles de cuisson, couvert, machine à laver, four et micro-onde, Lave linge, grille-pain, machine à café, ... Salon confortable. Chambres bien équipées. Climatisation douce et uniforme. Bonne connexion au Wi-Fi. La piscine est de bonne taille et bien exposée au soleil. Attention cependant aux enfants en bas âges car elle n’est pas sécurisée. Notre fils a cependant réalisé ses premières nages dans la piscine sous notre surveillance. L’environnement de la villa est calme. Cour fermée par un portail électrique pour garer son véhicule. Très bon logement que nous recommandons.

Schöner Osterurlaub
Die Ferienunterkunft war Klasse! Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität 100 % überein!
Lloret ist der lebhafte Ort den man erwarten durfte, aber es gab eine große Auswahl an wirklich guten Restaurants.
Ohne Auto oder noch besser Roller kommt man nicht klar!

Das Hausmeisterpaar Tom und Isabel war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte für alle Fragen immer einen guten Tipp!

Rundum perfekt!
Eigentlich gibt es gar nicht viel zu schreiben, es war einfach perfekt und komplett problemlos. Von der Buchung über die Anreise, die Hausverwaltung vor Ort, bis hin zur Abreise.
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind (unter 2) und haben alle 3 Gebäude genutzt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es ist wirklich alles da was das Herz begehrt. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen, das möchte ich noch erwähnen. Vor Ort sind Tom und Isabel jederzeit für einen da, wenn man es wünscht. Unsere späte Anreise sowie die frühe Abreise waren gar kein Problem.
Wir haben 8 ganz wundervolle Tage verbringen können und vom Kleinkind bis zum Opa konnten alle den Urlaub genießen.
Wir geben gerne 5 Sterne und freuen uns dass wir dieses Anwesen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.
Kleine Anmerkung an die folgenden Gäste: Nehmt was gegen Moskitos mit, gegen Abend werden diese kleinen Plagegeister doch sehr aufdringlich ;-)

Wunderbare Betreuung durch die Hauskeeper Isabel und Tom. Poolreinigung und Wartung nach Absprache. Tom hilft so gut er kann. Inklusive Transfer vom Bahnhof mit Stopp am Supermarkt und Einkäufe reintragen. Vielen Dank.
Es fehlen an allen Fenstern Verdunkelungsrollos.

Une super villa refaite à neuf, idéale pour des vacances en famille 'et/ou amis, avec deux petits appartements/bungalows indépendants qui ont enchanté nos ados !!!
Confort top : très bonne literie, climatisation, tous les appareils ménagers dont on a besoin, garage pour 2 voitures, jardin fleuri totalement clôturé idéal pour notre chienne, villa situé sur les hauteurs de Lloret donc environnement très calme : en bref, nos amis et nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et inoubliable !!!!

Great holiday setting for families
Lovely house with flexible accommodation to suit a grown up family trip. Fabulous pool and really lovely caretakers who couldn't do more to help. The pictures don't do it justice. Well maintained and lovely setting.
