We were here primarily to get some dental work done but we enjoyed Yuma very much, especially our condo. Friendly people, convenient stores and restaurants. We would like to come back for a month next spring! Karen called to let us know we could check in early and was available when we called with a question. Check in and Check out simple. Hope to be back soon!

This is just the cutest VRBO townhouse. So nicely decorated and very clean. The linens were super, so soft and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that is needed for a short stay or a longer stay. I cannot say enough about our hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy. The communication was fast and helpful. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone. Not one tiny thing was ever an issue.

We absolutely loved this place! Convenient location to pretty much anything you would need including getting into Mexico for our dental work. Covered parking right outside the door was a huge plus as well. The place is spacious, neat and well stocked with all the essentials including a hair dryer and pool towels. The pool is right outside the front door and was perfect in the 112 degree weather! All in all, the place was delightful and Karen was super easy to work with! Would love to go back sometime!

This palce was everyhting you can ask for and more! A wonderful, nicely appointed home. Great neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Karen provided excellent communication and helped to make out stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning a trip for next summer and hope to stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Why stay at a motel when you can enjoy these accommodations. Though we didn’t meet face-to-face, our host Karen was phenomenal! Everything you could need or want had been provided. Wish we could have brought our two small dogs but understand why they don’t allow pets. Will definitely return!👌

This condo was exactly what we expected based on the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great neighborhood and very quiet. The pool area was clean and we would have loved to spend time there if the water was warmer this time of year. The condo had everything we needed to spend a few days and we would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Good communication with owner. She was very professional, but kind and friendly. It was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for my family (4 teenagers). The pool was great to swim in. And all the little extra touches/amenities were nice (like coffee and sugar available, as well as some water bottles left for us!!). T.V.'s in 3 places/rooms was great, too. I would stay here again if I was traveling with my entire family. I really loved it.

I booked this condo for a weekend stay to attend my in-laws' 50th anniversary. The place was very clean and organized so everything was easy to find. I especially liked that this condo offered a king sized bed as there was enough room to fit my twin infants between my husband and I. I would definitely book again on our next trip to AZ as there's a second bedroom that our boys can use when older.
