Nestled in Norris Lake, this lovely house for £471 per night is a great option for your next trip. This 2001 Custom built home is 3600 Square foot lakefront home on Norris Lake with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and can accommodate 14 to 16 comfortably. It is located in Windsor Pointe(Big Creek area) only 20-25 minutes from I-75. The house sits in a deep water secluded cove which allows for safe swimming around the dock and easy access to big water for boating. The house has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, wet bar, pool table and air hockey table in the lower level. The house has wood stairs down to a dock. The house has two large decks in the back to enjoy the view of the lake. Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer only. 3 day minimum during the off season. Check In: 4:00pm Check Out: 10:00am Parking: There should be plenty of parking in the driveway which is kind of steep. No parking at the top of the street. The property is exactly as described. When I booked, there were 8 adults going but by the time we went, the group grew to 11. There was plenty of room and privacy for all guests. Great location on the lake. I would recommend parking boat trailers at the marina or ramp you drop at as it is tough to maneuver and park in the drive.

This was our first time staying at this house. We come to Norris almost yearly with family friends. House was great, had everything we needed. Dock was large enough to dock our pontoon and 5 waverunners! We had a great time!

The house was wonderful! It was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at the lake for a week. The property owner was ready to get ahold of when needed and the location of the dock was perfect for swimming off of with the kids if we weren’t out on the boats. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is a fantastic location sitting very close to Whitman Hollow Marina and not too far from Indian River Marina. The dock is in a no-wake zone, so it was perfect for swimming and jumping off the top deck of the dock. Our kids, ages 5-23 loved it! The house is nice and we had ample space for a big group. It was very accommodating for a large family to spend a week all together!

The house was great for 3 families. There were 3 bedrooms with king sized beds and two awesome bunk rooms for the kids. The steps were very manageable compared to other properties we have stayed at. We were able to keep 3 boats at the dock with no problem. It was nice to be in a central location and be able to visit several different marinas that were close by. We had an amazing stay!

Great house and property. Jeff is very easy to get ahold of. Our family had a great Thanksgiving here at the lake! Lots of fishing and so convenient to have our own dock. All the kids had a blast!! Jeff even left us a recipe (with ingredients!) to add to our Thanksgiving dinner. Great time!!

Our group of 12 had a fabulous time. Plenty of beds & space for all. The dock was our favorite location. It is so nice to be able to rent a boat & keep att he house for the duration of vacation. Plenty of room to tie up jet ski as well. During the rain, we just floated around the dock & ate way too much food! We would definitely rent this home again.

This was a great house that was on a quiet cove. It was nice for the boat to not be getting beat to death by large wakes while at the dock as well as for the kids swimming off the dock. There are a couple rope swings located close to the house by boat as well as a great rock for jumping off of!!

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of open space were we all could gather as a family for dinner and games. Bedrooms were spacious, cozy snd comfy. We rented a boat and we’re close to a couple of marinas. Everyone enjoyed our stay. It was a great choice for our family not knowing anything about Norris Lake.

The open design of the kitchen and den area shared by all guests was conducive to preparing and sharing meals, setting up and playing large group board games, and enjoying extended family chats. Note that the driveway is steep, cell service was sketchy, and guests must bring towels. Also note that some items, such as dishwashing soap and kitchen trash bags, ended up not being present for our stay. Recommend you bring your own of some basics since the nearest store is 10-20 minutes away. There are several bedrooms with a variety of child-friendly beds and the air hockey table was a big hit. Bathrooms and wood floors were clean upon arrival. Use google maps to get a sense of the topography of the lake area and surrounding docks.

The Windsor Pointe Home was beyond perfect for our stay! We are familiar with Norris Lake and knew we wanted to be staying close to Whitman Hollow and not too far from the Jumping Bridge and the Jumping Rocks. We had 3 boats that were able to fit nicely at the dock and it was super nice staying in a no wake cove. The accommodations within the home were amazing. It was nice to have all the cooking essentials you needed when cooking for a few families. The refrigerator space was great between the kitchen, garage and even the basement bar fridge. Our guests were so happy that all of the utensils, cookware and even spices were available - this made it super helpful and nice to not have to unpack the cookware that others brought just in case. The steps from the dock to the home were not bad at all. We've stayed in other places where it was MUCH more and a lot of work. It's always easier going down, but coming up wasn't too bad either. Thank you for providing your home, it's beautiful and just what we needed for a quick getaway. We've already shared the link and our experience in your home with others, as it was just so perfect for us. Thanks again for everything and being so prompt and thorough in all communications. We’ve rented a ton of houses on the lake and this one is up there with the best of them. Plenty of beds and open floor space. Dock was awesome. Will definitely be back!

We loved Jeff’s place. We had 9 people stay in the home and it can fit plenty more. We spent 99% of our weekend trip out on the dock or on the boat. The house was well stocked and perfect for a lake weekend trip. Spacious house and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. WiFi was out but we were told prior to the trip that it was out. That did make it harder for us to connect with our other family that was staying across the lake but we managed! Cell service is not great either but we were there to disconnect and relax so that did not bother us either. Lake was awesome. The cove is great too! We loved the dock — perfect for hanging out & relaxing after a day on the boat. The undercover slip is awesome as well. We rented from Whitman Hollow marina & it’s about a 10 min boat ride to the house which is great.

This is our 2nd stay at this location, and we really enjoy the home, as well as it's proximity to specific items on the lake that we frequent (rope swings, open areas for watersports, etc). Owner is excellent with communication. Dock/boat slips are great. Home is very nice, just remember to wear shoes on top deck, the decking will share some splinters with you if you aren't careful. I'm confident this won't be our last stay at this location. Thanks for sharing your home!

It was very clean and comfortable! Lots of space our family enjoyed it! Just wished there was a working fire pit and fireplace it was cold a few days. Be careful of the Adirondack chairs they seem brittle! Our check out at 10 am was very rushed for having 15 in our family.

This house is very accommodating for a big family. It is also a great house for the perfect boat vacation. The house sits in a cove and has a 2-story dock with multiple slips and plenty of space to hang out.

Jeff, the owner was fantastic communicating with me the entire time. The house was in order, just as described and is located at a great point in the lake. There was decent internet, smart TV's, games, and plenty of kitchen amenities too. It well accommodated our group of people and we all agreed we would gladly stay here again. If it's available and your debating on where to stay, just book this place and have a great trip!

There were 16 of us and this property met our needs well for sleeping, refrigerator space and kitchen equipment, docking for our boat, and a good swim and ski area for all. We had no idea the driveway is so steep from the picture on the website which meant handling a trailer with a boat on it was tricky. However, the major problem we encountered was the kitchen refrigerator and freezer had not been cleaned of a very strong fish odor such that we cleaned on it for hours the night we arrived and again the next morning instead of being able to load our groceries right into it. The garage fridge was not clean either, although the stubborn fish odor was not present. We had to wipe out normal fridge stickiness and debris from it. There seemed to be a lot of hair on the sheets which was concerning. Then the cleaners left a bag of garbage on top of the can outside of the garage, which we did not notice, and animals tore into it that night. So the first morning, we had to go clean up someone else's garbage from the driveway. If the cleaning service had done their job or the owner had offered something for our inconvenience, we would rate this property higher. We had a really wonderful time after we got through all of that.
