The apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The host was very helpful organising an airport pick up. It was also conveniently located for us as we were learning how to dive in the area.

we had the studio with the view to the banyan tree. at night it was really beautiful. The apartment is modern and very clean. Jacques, the host is very attentive and available next door.

It’s location for me was excellent. It was across the street from my family. It was modern, clean and had everything you needed for a short stay.

The only thing I could say is to add some mugs as the cups were on the small side. But thats just personal preference.

Jaques is a great host and we had a great stay in Cap Heureux Villas. The appartement is in a nice residential area with a beautiful, green garden. It's quite new, great furnished and the kitchen is good equipped. Tip: use the breakfast service from the nearby bakery - the pastries are so good and that's for less money!

No Cafès, Bars or Restaurants in walking distance - but with a car no problem.

Jacques, our host, was communicative and attentive throughout - resolving questions at all hours. The room itself was quiet (even when the other 3 rooms in the apartment block were occupied), the mattress was firm, wifi good and reliable, a good sized fridge and access to a communal washing machine also helped. The open plan room can be divided easily through pulling down blinds that bisect the room and all windows can be effectively darkened if that's an issue for sleeping. The kitchen area is well equipped and water can be drunk from the tap - no need for the expense and waste of plastic bottles of water. There is good access to Bain Bouef and the preferable Perybere beach, as well as supermarkets such as Winners and a variety of restaurants nearby.

The location is slightly challenging to find, though there are signs nearer the property - we arrived well after dark, making it a little more challenging.
