A fantastic cosy 3 bedroom (with NEW QUEEN-SIZED BED) semi-detached home located in a whisper-quiet street in the smallest suburb in Australia. Beautifully presented and equipped with only the best fittings and appliances in an eco-friendly environment. Fully equipped and supplied with two double beds and bunk beds for the children. If required a high chair and cot are also available at no extra charge. This home is oriented to families, professionals or couples seeking a home away from home in a location that will relax and impress. Mabel Talbot Park is 100 meters down the road and is ideal for a leisurely stroll around the lake or easy access to Wembley cafes, restaurants, pub, post office and supermarket. Subiaco is a short stroll away,1km, and the Daglish train station, 750m, allows easy access to Fremantle, Perth CBD and all the stops along the way! Enjoy a barbeque on the front deck overlooking the park just down the road. Easy and close access to several hospitals, HBF Stadium, Domain Stadium, Bendat Basketball Centre, State Rugby Centre, WA Athletics Stadium and State Netball Centre. Great location, lovely house that met our needs perfectly. Awesome shower!! Great beds and all the kitchen amenities we needed for Christmas cooking. The park at the end of the road was perfect for an energetic 7 yr old ( as was the McDonald's playground :)) Hope to stay again.

A fantastic place to stay. Had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. A gorgeous tree lined street just a stones throw from a very pretty park and an easy stroll into Subiaco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying. The hosts were so lovely and easy to communicate with if needed.

What an amazing location - quiet, family friendly and only 15 mins (at the max) away from everything. The cottage was spacious, amenities included were all of quality and easy to use. Great shops close by including a great local coffee shop and a short drive to the Good Grocery Wembley IGA, easily the most amazing IGA we've ever seen. Wonderful walks close by (including easy access to GOLD netball centre), beautiful older style houses and a gorgeous park just down the end of the street.
Minor feedback: the fridge seals and the master bed need a bit of loving. Access to the car port is tricky if you have a large car but can be mitigated by street parking.
Overall I would definitely visit this property and location again.

Lansdowne Park was the home away from home that we needed while visiting Perth. We were in town visiting a critically ill family member in hospital, and the home gave us the quiet and comfortable space that we needed as our base. The kids loved the books and the playground at the end of the street, and we all enjoyed the early mornings and evenings on the deck. Thank you!

We booked this house as it was near to my sister and her family. Lovely welcome pack greeted us on arrival. Kitchen was fairly well equipped , very quiet street with easy caress to local park which was beautiful. Plenty of wardrobe space . Mattresses were ok but maybe we are a little spoilt with quality of our mattresses at home . Overall would recommend this property for short, medium or long stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One feedback would be that the shower mixer and shower is positioned a bit too high for my 7 year old.

A particular joy was walking to the nearby local Jolimont Park that has a view of the lake. Places like this one are rare and we are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience. Great property, really well equipped and excellent location. Everything we needed was available, up to date, clean & tidy.
Fridge did get a bit annoying as it beeped, after a time delay, every time you opened it and continued until you silenced the alarm. Other than this we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home in a brilliant little suburb
A divine little house, with a cozy lounge room and a gorgeous, light-filled kitchen. The yard area isn’t big, but the front deck is perfect for spending outdoor time with the kids or friends.
The kids room is good, with a little collection of toys and books which was nice. We stayed in the middle room to take advantage of the air conditioning blowing into that room, as the back room was a little too warm to sleep in on hot days.
The suburb is brilliant, complete with the loveliest of people, a good cafe just down the street and an outstanding park/lake/green area a few 100 meters away from the front door. Loved it.

Unfortunately we hit a ‘record breaking heatwave’ for Christmas and the fans in the bedrooms weren’t sufficient for the very hot nights. We also weren’t expecting to be bitten by mozzies which was a bit stressful for the children. We were very grateful though to find a safe place we could stay and be together to celebrate Christmas.

Lovely little house with good accessibility to everything we needed
We enjoyed our stay in Jolimont. The house was set in a lovely area. We are a family of 5 with kids ages ranging from 9-14. We stayed in the house for 5 weeks and it was good for our needs, albeit cosy. The space is a little small for a family with 3 big kids/teens (only one toilet, but separate from the bathroom), but definitely doable for a short term stay. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor eating area helped us with the space. The BBQ and outdoor table and verandah were lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were grateful for the washing machine, clothesline outside, and cleaning products. Clive and Lisa were really lovely and accommodating hosts, easy to communicate with, and made sure we were comfortable. I recommend to others.

Home whilst Renovating.
We are a local family that wanted to stay in the general area of our house whilst renovating. Landsdown park was perfect! Most holiday rentals have the bare essentials for getting by on holiday. This property has a full functioning kitchen with everything you need - slow cooker, rice cooker, coffee machine and more. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space and many other things that make family life run smoothly. Clive and Lisa responded quickly to our only small problem and we have loved staying at this property.
