Nestled in Ogunquit, this charming house for £376 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This charming home has a prime location in the heart of Ogunquit. There’s no need to find parking when you can walk to shops, fantastic restaurants, Ogunquit’s Main Beach and the Marginal Way. The beach is less than a half mile away. This spacious home sleeps 8 and is perfect for all ages. Kids will enjoy the supplied games and toys. This house feels private even though it is on Main Street in the center of town. The house features granite counter tops, 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms. The home is very cozy and bright. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time in Ogunquit, including high speed WIFI and two smart TV’s. There is air conditioning available in every room, but feel free to open windows and get fresh air as well. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor next to the kitchen. There is a propane fire place in the living room to warm up with on cooler nights. A grill and private patio are also available to enjoy. Beach chairs and toys available to use in the garage. Big side walks and summer trolleys make wandering around town very safe and easy, especially with a family. Our rental guests continue to comment on how spacious, clean, well-appointed, and quiet the home is for being on Main Street, as well as its amazing location. No worries about finding a parking spot at the beach when you can walk to the Main Beach at Ogunquit. This town is extremely safe and friendly. Big side walks and trolleys make wandering around town very safe and easy, especially with a family. This is the perfect town to visit if your family has young ones in strollers. Home has two garage bays available with two parking spots in front of the garage. No need for a car unless traveling to the grocery store. The beach, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Trolly available in town. Explore surrounding areas with ease. ৹ During peak season the house rents at a 7-day minimum Saturday to Saturday ৹ Dog friendly with an additional pet fee, $25/night per dog (breed restrictions may apply) ৹ A signed rental agreement is required to finalize the booking ৹ No smoking on the premises ৹ Allergies: This home is not allergen-free. There may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies. We stayed 3 nights and I wish it could have been longer! Our 2 1/2 yo grandsons experienced the ocean and beach for the first time (easy walk from house). As we were babysitting, we appreciated being sandwiched between Greek and Taiwanese restaurants for easy take out. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked! Bonus was not having to bring our own linens. The beds were very cozy and the towels were very good quality. when I had to reach out to the host with a question, she was very prompt in returning my phone call. I would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Great location, plenty of room, almost everything worked as it should. Only one complaint really - When we arrived it smelled strongly of dog and other musty smells. It took almost 24 hours to get rid of that smell with the windows open.
Be advised, Ogunquit has only one main street thru town and the traffic can be really bad during tourist season.

We had an awesome stay at this home. It was set up with everything anyone could need. It was clean and welcoming. The weather was crappy this weekend but the home was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of so many things. We didn't have to drive anywhere. It was a getaway for my husband, daughter, her boyfriend and myself. We all loved this home. We hope to be back.

Within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Never used the car. Allowing our dog was also a huge benefit. A bit noisy on Saturday night until the club closed. We had a great weekend!

The house is large but cozy and updated. It was exceptionally clean and has all the conveniences of home. The location couldn’t be better within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The host is responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

This house was amazing! Location was perfect, right on the main drag and walking distance to everything. We took this trip with our adult children and they all said they can’t wait to come back. The house was immaculate and everything you need is on property. We have absolutely no complaints and are already looking forward to next year!!

Great vacation!
The house was beautiful and perfect for our family - we loved being in the middle of town and the walk to the beach was easy. The management company was very responsive to all my questions. Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

Maine Street Property Management Review
We were supposed to stay at this property, but due to a situation out of everyone’s control, the house was not available. We found out an hour before we were going to head up to OGT. Maine Street was so great to work with during this crazy situation. They were honest and offered us a full refund or a different property. The new property was farther away from the town center than we wanted so they let us use the parking at the original house, which was key to us agreeing to stay at the new house. It saved our vacation. My kids are all adults now and are busy with college and grad school and us all being together is precious time! I can’t say enough about how easy and communicative Maine St was during and after our stay. When we peeked into the original house it looked awesome. And what a location!!! To be that close to all things Ogunquit - the Backyard and SoZap (best dumplings!) would be amazing! I also have to mention that at both properties you truly didn’t have to bring anything but your own food and personal items. The amount of space that is saved when a property truly has linens and towels and the kitchen and laundry basics is substantial. And my pup was also able to enjoy our vacation, which is important to us since she’s an old lady now. Highly recommend the property on Main St AND Maine Street Property Management.

Cozy Home in Perfect Location
Our party of six (four adults and two four-year-olds) had an amazing time in Ogunquit at this warm and lovely house! The location could not be beat, just minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, Marginal Way, and the beach! The home itself had more than enough space for all of us and there were just a bunch of thoughtful touches that we appreciated, like a cabinet full of games, and a welcome basket full of supplies to get us started. The Mediterranean and Thai restaurants neighboring this house are also great! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this house. Not only is it a perfect location, it had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable and the house was spotless. The house was very nice! The location was great...we walked to everything in town and walked to the beach. The house was spacious, well appointed and comfortable! Bonus points for letting us bring our pup!

Family Getaway
From the beginning of our booking this house to the moment we left, it has been wonderful!! Skye, the property manager, is amazing! The house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed! The location is wonderful because you can walk everywhere and believe me, we did!!! This has been such an incredible weekend and we are hoping to rent it next year at the same time. Thank you Skye! Everything you need, in the heart of everything
Had a great stay. House was precisely as advertised. Easy in; easy out. We've stayed at five different motels in Ogunquit and went with the rental this time due to having a different set of circumstances. We did not regret our choice and will strongly consider this property in the future.

Perfect family vacation
We loved everything about our stay here! The house was very comfortable for our family of four plus grandparents and pup. The location is perfect, we were so happy to ditch the car and walk to everything Ogunquit has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the enclosed front porch each morning with our coffee from the shop across the street and planning our adventures for the day :) Skye is wonderful to work with, we hope to be back soon!

Perfect location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in the ideal location to enjoy the town. Everything is walkable including the beach, the Marginal Way and all of the lovely shops nearby.
The property manager Skye was really easy to connect with and very helpful. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Would highly recommend this property especially if you want to park your car when you arrive and never need it again!

Great location, beautiful roomy house!
The house was in perfect proximity to food, shopping, the beach, nightlife and the Marginal Way. Rooms were adorably decorated, tons of space for our whole family to eat in the dining room. There were lots of toys for the kids. Great having a washer and dryer and air conditioners in each room. We will be back! Skye was great to do business with.

4th time here. New owner
I've been staying at this house for 4 years. I can say this is my best year so far. Everything you need is here. Parking right in town. Close to all the shops. Although the club is a few doors down you can barely hear anything. The few upgrades such as hear pumps in the rooms and a gas fireplace made sure every one was comfortable.

We were looking for a quiet Thanksgiving retreat away from house projects, and it was perfect.
Clean, had everything we needed, easy access, and close to everything Ogunquit. To bad it was sooo cold we couldn't go out much. We found the dog park less than a mile away, so Blackie had a good time too. Wonderful to rent a home and avoid motels!

Great Girls Weekend
We had a great weekend in Ogunquit. The self check-in/out process was easy and convenient. The house was clean and provided everything we needed (linens, towels, coffee pot, hand soap, etc.). It was perfect for me and my 4 girlfriends. There was plenty of seating for chatting and hanging out. The location is perfect. We walked to shops, restaurants, & Perkins Cove. We can't wait to return next year, or sooner if we can!
